On 3/22, I placed an order on-line for a teeth whitening product trial offer for $and all I had to pay was the shipping price of $ I decided to cancel within minutes called customer service (***) and spoke with customer Rep named Harold to cancel the purchase He confirmed the order was already in process to ship; I was surprised to hear this when I just placed the order a few minutes ago He told me upon delivery of the merchandise to return it with RMA#*** within days Checking my email I was sent a cancellation notice with an RMA*** When I received the product on 3/28, I wrote both of the RMA #'s on the front of the unopened box and took it to the PO the same day to mail My *** also contacted me to see if this was a legitimate purchase ($1.03) They told me I was responsible to make payment until credit was applied which I made payment for both the $+ shipping of $that was billed on my April statement I just received my
I received a trial product which wasn't what was advertised, and practically the next few days later before having a decent chance to try it, I received another one Then I saw a charge of $on my credit card The product was worth less than $ I had called to cancel but the product had already been sent They gave me the address to mail it back which I did Then they only gave me $credit When I called to complain and note when a product is returned to a retailer, the full sale price is refunded or at worst a minimum restocking fee is charged, they offered no further credit Over $ripoff!
I participated in a "free offer" from Amazon and was shipped a tooth whitening kit which I had NO intention of purchasing$CD was deducted from my account and I never did receive the free offerWhen I contacted the company for cancellation and refund they said they could refund 50%, as I had not returned the product! I never received it!
I will have my bank dispute the charge but thought it should be reported
Thank you
On the 2nd of june, I read an advertisement of a trail teeth cleaning product by BELLA AT HOME.This product was advertised as a trail product which will cost $ canadian dollars and $1dollar shipping feesI ordered this product and on the of june 2016, I got a bill on my credit card of $122,dollars I did not received anything, not even from the original purchaseSo I'm writing to Revdex.com because I tried to call them, but the line was always busy
I ordered online a trial sample of BellaAtHome product and agreed to pay for the sample and shipping amounting to less that $ The trial product was sent from Henderson, NV on June and received by me in Kentucky on or about June At that time the sample or trial was shipped, a full order of the product, which I did not order and have since determined that I do not want, was shipped in the same package I called the company and through an automated response system cancelled any further ordersWhen I checked on my account on the first business say after July 4thweekend, I found that my account my being debited in the amount of $ I do not want the product that was sent to me without my order/permission and I am very willing to return the unopened product to the company at an address of their choosing and at my expense I was told when I called a second time on Tuesday, July 6th[as spoke to a person!] that I had missed the deadline they had determined for me to reque
A Bunch of Crooks! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!
They make charges without notifying you!
You can't return their product and get refunded!
They automatically charge & ship you their products whether you've had time to try out the trials they send! THEY'RE A BUNCH OF MONEY MONGERS!
USE A PREPAID CARD IF YOU WANT TO TRY THEIR PRODUCT!
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
This is a complete ripoff. No product was sent to me only any applicator. I was charged initially $1.03 then two days later $3.37.: then $94. then $105. then $136. Still no product. I feel like a complete fool to have been suckered by this company

We recently received your...
complaint from the Revdex.com regarding your Bella at Home account. According to our records, we received your order on March 21, 2016.
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 10 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that “you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $92.13 ten days from the date of your order processing for the product.” According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancelation of your account was on March 23, 2016. At the time you canceled your account, we issued you a return merchandise authorization number (both through a live customer service representative and through a follow up email) so you could return your shipment to avoid all further charges. An email was sent to your email address with full instructions to return your package. Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges. Since the time your account was canceled, you have contacted your credit card company and initiated a chargeback. If you should need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Center. April 27, 2014 and shipped your package the next day.
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a one week trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that “you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $92.13 ten days from the date of your order processing for the product.”
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.
When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you had read and agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer checks that box we must assume that they have actually done what they are stating they did. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $92.13 on May 7, 2014. The first time we heard from you regarding the cancelation of your account was on May 8, 2014 after you had already been charged. Your account was immediately canceled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.
At that time we reminded you of the terms of the offer that were agreed to at the time of your order which state that once the trial period has ended, product from the initial shipment is not eligible for a return or a refund.
However, in an effort to maintain our standard for customer satisfaction I have made an exception and allowed you to return your product for a full refund. The following return instructions were sent to you outlining the steps required to receive your refund.
Dear [redacted],

Please note the return due date. I did extend the due date beyond our standard 15 days to make sure you would have plenty of time to return your package to receive a refund. Upon receiving your package back, we will issue a refund in the amount of $92.13. Once again this is an exception as our terms state you are not eligible for any refund. Additionally I am unable to assist you with any products you may have ordered other than Bella At Home.[redacted]

This company is deceiving to customers. They say they will send you a risk-free sample of their product to try - you just have to pay S&H. Once you get it, you cannot use it because you have to cancel and return it to them or they will charge you $94.31 for it. The return shipping to send it back is not reimbursed. So now I have not even gotten to try a new product and have paid $15.00 and gone through so much trouble all because they are liars to innocent people. I went ahead and looked at the Revdex.com for them and they have an "F" rating! I don't know why I didn't think to do that before ordering the "free sample", oh wait, yes I do, because I believed them when they said it was a risk-free trial sample. WATCH OUT EVERYBODY! I read product reviews on it as well and people who actually used it, and got charged a hundred bucks (unlike me) said that it doesn't even work! Lesson learned I guess do not trust companies when they say risk-free trial.
U can buy the same thing on eBay, tons more, they want to charge u 90 something $ a month...ummm...nope
I was led to believe that I was getting a free trial period of 30 day for their priduct and that I could cancel any further charges by calling the number I would get via email AND regular. I never got either so I had no way to cancel. After 30 days I had $105.00 taken out of my account. I should have known better. When I questioned them about they had no answer for why I did not get any cancellation info. They had my correct email address...obviously they had my correct mailing address (I received my "free trial package). It was a scam!
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The package was returned to the company the day after I received it. I was unaware that it had to include some number I received in an e-mail days later. It was my understanding that credit was impossible but I returned it anyway. Now the return instructions say that without the designated number written on the outside of the package, there will be no refund. It seems to me they are determined to keep my money. I simply want my money back in full. The package should never have been sent to me and I do not feel I should be responsible for postage. I am requesting a full refund of the amount listed in my original complaint.
Regards,
