I clicked on a free trial for teeth whitening with a $shipping fee, I have not received trial product and have since been charged the full price for product which I did not authorise this transactionI have since called the company and was rudely faced with an extremely rude consultant who gave me a tracking number which after consutling with my post office was advised this was a fake tracking number and no product has been received by Australia post nationwide This product has not been received trial or products that were assured were sent the order for the trial product was placed on 23/06/2016, the product has since been cancelled from the site but the issue still stands that the money has still been deducted from cc details

I purchased their product as a promotional dealI received the product on a Thursday and on Saturday was charged the full priceI called and spoke to a customer service representative and he told me that I should have called sooner that my (8) day trial had expired even though I only had the product for (2) daysVery misleading when you purchase!

They charged me for a product that I never ordered

I filled out an offer for a free trial and was charged $on my charge cardAT NO point did I ask to continue with their product and they said I would only be charged for shipping had I known they were going to do this I NEVER would had signed up for the "FREE TRIAL"
