Review: I ordered 2 fave creams on line from this company for $4.95 each advertised as trail sample. I checked for small print to make sure no other purchase was necessary

Weeks later $87.63 times 2 was taken out of my online account. My bank gave me the phone number for the company, I have tried calling the number several times and was put on hold for 30 mins or more then the phone disconnects or goes to a answering machine where I leave messages and on one returns my call. I live on a fixed income of $772.00 SS per month and can't afford to be ripped off like this. Would appreciate your help on this matter.Desired Settlement: Would like foe business to advertise so that even a dummy like may self can find the truth easily in their advertising.

At BellaLabs, every customer is given the option to try their first 30 day supply without charge for 10 days after receiving their order. During the 10 days, if the customer is not satisfied with their product, they are to contact customer service via phone or email with a notice of cancellation and the product must be postmarked for return within those 10 days. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after 10 days from the date of delivery, they are automatically billed for the product and then billed and shipped a new 30 day supply every 30 days thereafter. The customer has the ability to cancel at any time by calling customer service or emailing [email protected]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on www.bellalabs.com, the product, the pamphlet that arrives with their order, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms are disclosed clearly on www.bellalabs.com where the customer would have ordered the product. The customer also has to click “I agree to the terms and conditions” twice before the order is processed. If the customer does not click the box to agree with the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website, at the bottom of the first page, and also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where the customer inputs their billing information, as well as sent out with the product. The customer placed the order on 1/17/15. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply they were sent. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 2/1/15 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The customer started a dispute processed on the charge via their bank or credit card company which we were notified about on 2/6/15. The account was cancelled immediately and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. Based on the nature of the dispute, we refunded the amount of $87.63 that day. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account. We stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis card with our contact information, with each order. Terms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reason. Please refer to our website, www.bellalabs.com or www.bellalabs.com/main/index.php. Below is a brief explanation of our terms and conditions:Terms and ConditionsYou will have 10 days from the date you receive your bottle to decide if BellaLabs is right for you. You must pay a shipping and handling fee of $4.95 for us to send you a full 30 day supply of BellaLabs. We ship the product the day after you place the order (orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 10 days, you must call us at 1-877-767-9942 and cancel your order to avoid being billed for the full cost of the product. If you are satisfied with our product, then do nothing and we will bill you $87.63 for your initial order, and every 30 days thereafter we will send you a new 30 day supply of the product for $87.63. To cancel automatic delivery and billing, please call us at 1-877-767-9942 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm PST) or email us at [email protected]. Review: I selected a trial size of a skin care product as part of a "reward" for completing a customer satisfaction on line survey for my bank. (In retrospect, this was a pop-up and not connected with the bank at all.) I was told it would cost me postage of $1.99 and gave my mastercard number to cover the postage. The product arrived, and one month later a charge of $47.33 appeared on my mastercard bill. When I phoned the company (1-877-767-9942) to complain, they told me that I needed to cancel the "subscription" within 14 days of the receipt or I would be billed. There was no enclosure in the product that informed me of this. When I pointed this out to the company representative, he stated that it was included in the conditions that were on the website which I had an opportunity to review. I think this is entrapment and a very shady business practice. Any company that has to sell its product by deceit should not be patronized.

Review: I already filed a complaint with Revdex.com against [redacted] that is the same as my complaint against Bella Labs - that I was deceptively lured and entrapped online in a 'subscription program' masquerading as a "free trial". There are already hundreds of complaints - same as mine - against these 2 companies. [redacted] has refunded the $87.63 they evilly charged me for the "free trial" and cancelled my 'subscription' - the one I never signed up for. Bella Labs has sent me an email saying they have cancelled my 'subscription' (again, one I never knowingly signed up for), but they have not refunded me the $87.63 they also evilly retroactively charged me for a "free trial"; they apparently think they get to keep this ill-gotten money. I have also filed a case with my [redacted] card - they knew all about these scams, and will pursue Bella Labs, but it takes months, whereas Revdex.com got immediate response and credit from [redacted]. We all know these "labs" are the same sleazy, deceptive company., and I would like Revdex.com to get Bella Labs to credit me back what they owe me. I am very, very grateful to Revdex.com! Thank you so much for helping to protect consumers from these terrible practices.Desired Settlement: For Bella labs to IMMEDIATELY apply the $87.63 credit they owe me -order# 10727584 - to the [redacted] credit card number it was charged to.

For Bella labs to never contact me again, after they email me announcing my completed refund.

Review: I placed an order for a "Free 14 day trial" of the product on 2/28/14. All I had to pay up front was S&H of $4.95. On 3/17/14 a charge appeared for $87.63 and the "free trial" sample arrived 4 days AFTER. I called and explained the issue and asked them to extend the trial and reverse the charge. They said they could extend the free trial but would not reverse the charge. In essence, the advertisement of a "free trial" was totally deceptive. I did open the product and used it for about 3 days. It was greasy feeling and caused my skin to break out. I called again (877-767-9942) to cancel all future shipments. On 4/15/15, Bellalabs charged me another $87.63 even though I had previously cancelled all future shipments. In the card that came with the original "trial" bottle, the Terms and Conditions state:

Thank you for purchasing Bellalabs. Your credit card has been charged $4.95 for shipping and handling for a 1 Month Supply of Bellalabs. You will have 14 days from your original order date to decide if Bellalabs is right for you. If you are enjoying Bellalabs do nothing and at the end of your 14 day trial period you will be charged the low rate of only $87.63 for the bottle you received. Approximately 45 days from your original purchase date and every thirty days thereafter, you will be sent another 1 month supply of Bellalabs and your credit card on file will be billed for $87.63. You may cancel your membership at any time by simply calling customer service. Please note, most customers see most noticeable results by using Bellalabs consistently for 3 months.Desired Settlement: Ideally, both charges to my credit card need to be reversed. In addition to filing this complaint with the Revdex.com, if Bellalabs does not reverse the charge(s), I will take further action and file a complaint with the FBI Internet Scam division.

Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 03/16/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The consumer was charged for their monthly bottle on 04/15/14 as per the terms and conditions at $87.63. The consumer contacted our company on 04/16/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the second charge of $87.63 on that same day for the return of the second bottle. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back. As we are invested in full customer service, we will issue a refund of $87.63 on the original charge. The refund issued in full has now become $175.26.

Review: I ordered a "free trial" of their skin cream from my facebook page...it looked harmless, only $4.95 to ship with my credit card. I thought it was a "free sample". However, when I received the package I realized that I would be billed almost $88.00 for a bottle of lotion and every month thereafter. I quickly called their phone and requested to cancel this immediatley! Thank goodness I was within the 14 day cancellation period (others have not been as fortunate). The advertising is extremely misleading! I am a college educated individual and something like this has not happened to me before. Now I must go to the post office and pay an additional $2.75 to return this to them or they will still charge my credit card! Totally false advertising, they should not be allowed to continue!Desired Settlement: I just wanted to voice my complaint in the hope that this advertising scam will be stopped! I hope to never hear from them again...I will return their lotion tomorrow!

Review: Bellalabs advertised a free sample of skincare product with a shipping fee. I was charged for the shipping and then 14 days later, another $87.93. Nowhere in the ad did I see that I would be charged more than shipping fee.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on my bankcard.

Review: I ordered the BellaLab anti aging cream and LaCreme from Bella Labs in Fed 2014 for a trial sample at a cost of $4.95 for shipping. After 2 weeks my credit card was charged $87.63. I called to question and they offered to give me half back and then my credit card was used or sold by the representative that took my information and $1500.00 was charged to my card. I have called numerous times and left word but no one will call me back. This company should be put out of business and all the employees should be jailed for FRAUD ! ! ! ! They are still advertising, and my conversations were taped. They have not resolved anything and I have contacted no one else except the Nevada Attorney Generals office as I found and address on there site in NV. I can't afford to hire an attorney and no court action is pending. I just want my money refunded and these people jailed for FRAUD. Thanks for your help in this rip-off. On my brochure there are 2 other addresses: P O Box [redacted] San Diego, CA 92169 phone # as noted above, and 8895 Towne Centre Drive #105-553 San Diego, 92122 [redacted].Desired Settlement: That this business is shut down and proper action is taken to Fraud. And I would like to get my money bak.

Review: I ordered the BellaLabs product via the website on November 15, 2015. Items arrived on November 20, 2015. On November 21, 2015, I called BellaLabs customer service to cancel my subscription and asked if I would be charged anymore and was told no. On December 14, 2015, my credit card was charged $47.32. I never received additional product, but my card was charged. I did not notice the charge until January, when a second charge came in on my card for the same amount. I called BellaLabs again. I told the customer service person I wanted to ensure my account with BellaLabs was canceled, and they told me straight away my account was already canceled before I even called. Then when I asked why my card was continually charged, they claimed I didn't cancel in time originally in November (14 day trial, which I called in plenty of time to cancel). I told him I did call and cancel right away, and was still charged. He said he needed the phone number I called from to find the recording as "proof" of my request to cancel. I gave 2 phone #s and he said there were no recordings. He also claimed they do not see the date of cancellation in their system. I only have a cell phone, and I remember calling from home to cancel in November, even wrote a note on the packing receipt with the date of the cancellation. They did not email me any confirmation of cancellation at that time. So they refused to give refunds for their mistakes even though they confirmed my account was in a canceled state before I called this second time. After continually arguing with the man, he said he could give me a refund on one of the charges, but only by check. I am skeptical on whether I will receive a check or not. But I feel the refund should be for both charges since I complied with their trial period policy and canceled within the 14 days.Desired Settlement: I would like to ensure they send me the promised check for $47.32 to refund the January charge, and also I would like a refund for the December charge, as neither charge should have occurred. I would like to see this company not scam other consumers ever again.

Review: I was on my banking website when I received a popup asking me if I would complete a service survey and I would receive a free gift for the price of $4.95 shipping and handling.. As this was on my banks website, I thought it was a customer service survey regarding my experience with the bank.. Well, I trust my bank and like them and decided to fill out the survey for them.. When I got to end it gave me a choice of 3 free gifts and I could take my choice. I chose a facial cream as my free gift and gave my credit card number for the 4.95 shipping and handling fee. I received the free gift and my credit card was charged 4.95 for the shipping and handling. A few days after submitting for the free gift, I got a call at my home wanting to know if I wanted something sent to me monthly.. I told the lady, No.. I was just filling out the survey on my bank and all I wanted was the free gift advertised and I was not interested in anything else. The 4.95 was taken from my credit card by a company called Bella Labs on 4-21-2014. On Saturday, May 10th, I went to my banks website again and went to view my credit card and I find I am being charged $87.63 dated 5-6-2014 by Bella Labs.. I tried to call them with a number I got off my credit card transaction.. It was a weekend day, so no one answered.. On Monday morning 5-12-2014, I called again.. Just got something saying leave a message. I told them there was a charge on my credit card that I did not make and it needed to be taken off. I paid shipping and handling on a free gift for filling out survey and that was all I should have been charged. I told them I did not know what was going on but delete this charge as I did not make it.. I did not know if anyone would call me back so I went to Revdex.com and found an email adrresss. I emailed support at Bellalabs.com regarding this situation. Someone named [redacted] called me back re my email and said I signed up for something monthly and there was a 87.63 charge for it. I told him I signed up for nothing monthly. I told him about popup on my banks website. Thinking it was the banks I filled out survey. I told him the ad said fill out service survey and receive free gift for 4.95 shipping and handling and that I ordered nothing else other than free gift advertised. Mine did not say trial... It said free gift..I also told him about the call from Bella Labs I received and me telling the lady No, I don't want anything monthly.. I just filled out what I thought was my bank's survey and got free gift of facial cream for 4.95 shipping and that was all I wanted.. Just the free gift.. He tried to tell me they don't make outgoing calls so if I got a call it was because I ordered something from Bella Labs and they were just trying to sell me another product. He said he would cancel my subscription and I would not have anymore charges on my credit card however they would not refund the charge on my credit card. I told him again my ad said free git not a monthly subscription to anything. I told him I wanted that charge off my card because I did not authorize it and did not place and monthly order for anything.. I then asked to speak to a Manager. I asked over and over to speak to a Manager . He put me on hold and I thought he was sending me to a Manager to talk to.. The same person, [redacted] came back online and said he had talked to "a supervisor and they would agree to 25% refund of $21.90 and credit it to my card.. I told him again, I wanted it all deducted as it was false advertising.. It said free gift not trial gift on the ad I replied to.. Believe me, I do not order free gifts or free trials from anyone.. I merely thought this was an offer from my bank who I trust for free gift when ad popped up.. This pop ad led me to believe it was a survey from my bank. I again asked over and over for a Manager while her continually talked over me the whole time I was asking for a Manager.. I had to talk louder to talk over him.. I finally asked him was he refusing to let me talk to a Manager.. I told him I had asked for a Manager and had gotten nothing in the form of a Manager only him again saying his supervisor said they would refund 21.90... He never put me through to a Manager, He said he would have a Manager call me.. I told him what happened if I never got a call back and that I wanted to talk to the Manager while I was on the phone. He just hung up of me.. I told him I was dealing with lung disease and did not have time to deal with something like this... I have since gone online and find several complaints under such headings as pissedconsumers.com and complaintlist.com and reviewopedia.com and it literally scares me to death to think a company can do the things . A lot of the people ordered a free trial size and the same happened to them.. There were some that like me, got the ad popup on their bank website and trusting it to be survey from bank did the same I did.. I do not like the way this has been handled in my call to BellaLabs and do not like the way it was advertised as free then try to add nearly a 100.00 more to my account.. I have not received a call yet from the Manager regarding taking this charge off my card.. I am reporting this because I do not want any other person to have to go through this when all they did was answer a survey ad and in turn would receive a free gift for only 4.95 shipping.. Buyers and Consumers need to be award of advertising practices of this Company.Desired Settlement: I would like to see this company refund my full charge of 87.63 they put on my credit card. I applied for a free gift.. I paid the 4.95 shipping.. I did not authorize anything else monthly or otherwise other than a free gift.. I am going to contact my bank regarding the popup on their website and the charge made.. I can give you the transaction number if needed but I can't see where it asked for anything like that on here.. I would like to ask BellaLabs to do the right thing and credit my card for the $87.63 they took from it.. I hope I put everything you need on this form but if you need something that I did not put on her, send me a email and I will furnish it to you..

At Bella Labs every customer is given the right to try their first 30 day supply without charge for the first 14 days. After the 14 day trial period, if the customer is unsatisfied with their product, they are to return the remainder postmarked for return within their 14 day trial period and also contact customer service to notify a request for cancellation. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after the 14 days, they are automatically billed for their product on the 15th day and then automatically shipped and billed a product every 30 days thereafter. The customer has the ability to cancel at anytime by calling customer service or emailing [email protected]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on bellalabs.com, the product, the pamphlet, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms are disclosed clearly on bellalabs.com where the customer would have ordered their product. The customer has to also click "I agree to the terms and conditions" twice before the order is processed. If the customer does not "agree" to the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website not only on the bottom of the first page, but also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where the customer inputs their card information as well as sent out with the product.

Review: On April 5, I ordered the Bella Labs and [redacted] cremes for $4.95 two times per an article on [redacted] Magazine magazine and [redacted] with an endorsement by [redacted]. Based on the [redacted] Magazine, [redacted] and [redacted] connections, I decided to order the product. Nothing on the page indicated that I was enrolled in a trial offer that would lead to subsequent billing of $87.63 two times. Had it, I would not have ordered it. This is deceptive advertising and needs to be stopped. I also should have the $87.63 refunded twice.Desired Settlement: I request that Bella Labs and [redacted] refund the $87.63 twice that was billed to my credit card and discontinue any future orders. I did not agree to these terms. There was nothing on the order page indicating these terms.

At this time, the consumer has been refunded in full. As a courtesy, we have refunded the original $4.95 for the shipping cost as well. There is nothing further we can do at this time.

I sure wish I would have checked here before ordering the "introductory" order. See the charges here

Dec 12, 2014 POS W/D LA CREME SKIN CARE 855 464 4015 CAUS Cleared $87.63

My "free" sample has now cost me $175.26. Just like the other reviews, I have left numerous messages, held for long periods of time just to be disconnected and will have to cancel my card to get them to stop billing me. Needless to say, shame on me for checking Revdex.com review AFTER I fell for the scam.

Review: I ordered a 14 day free trial of a face cream for $5.00 S&H only to find my bank account was charged for

$87.00 today. When I called they said it was in some small print somewhere that said if I didn't call before

the 15th day I would be charged. They also told me it was in some hyperlink on the page. This is fraud

as far as I am concerned. How do you hide something like this and then charge such an exorbitant amount

for a standard face cream. They did agree to credit my account and told me to send back the unused

portion of the cream. This also seems questionable to me unless it is just to make me spend money on

shipping for something that they are going to have to throw away.Desired Settlement: They tell me it could take up to 7 days to credit my account depending on my bank's policies. I would also like for them

to stop scamming people with their ads.

Review: Bella Labs does not fully disclose the Terms and Conditions of their 30-Day Trial Offer. I paid 4.95 for a free 30-Day Trial to be shipped to my address. Attached to one of the packages, there was a tiny Terms and Conditions card that they deem as a "Summary" of their Terms and Conditions. Nowhere in the Summary Terms does it state that the product must be returned after a 14-Day Trial Period or the individual would be billed for the use of the remaining product. The summary Terms are listed at the bottom of the web-page and the full Terms are hidden in a link that you have to look hard to find. They are not an ethical company and their business practices pertaining to a 30-Day Trial are very shady.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to ship a copy of the full Terms and Conditions, not the Summary Terms and Conditions with their product to each customer, so this does not happen to anyone else.

The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website not only on the bottom of the first page, but also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where you input your credit card information, as well as sent out with the product on the back outside of the packaging. Under the refunds and returns section it does state that you are required to return the remainder of the 30 day supply at the end of the free trial. The terms card that is sent out with the package is a synopsis of the full terms and is sent out as a courtesy from our company to remind you that you have 14 days for the free trial. It is not required that we send that card out, because our terms and conditions are listed multiple times on our website. Terms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reason. We have cancelled both of Mrs. Cobb's trial accounts and refunded both $4.95 shipping and handling fees as a courtesy from our company. We also allowed her to keep both trial bottles as we value customer satisfaction. Please refer to our website, https://bellalabs.com/main/ , and below is a brief explanation of our terms and conditions.

Regards,

Review: I thought based on their advertising I was getting a 30 day free trial for the cost of shipping and handling, which I gave them a credit card for and rec'd email verifying $4.95 order total. Then when I got my statement I was billed $87.63. When I called the company I was told that I needed to return unused portion within 14 days, and that I could not return the product and get reimbursed. I did not get my statement until the time period had already passed and therefore did not realize I would be charged $87.63. They billed me after 14 of my ordering the product. Very shady advertising technique going on here.

Review: This company is clearly a scam. I saw a facebook link with an ad to sample the product (face cream) for the cost of shipping and handling at about $5.00. When I got the product in the brochure on the very back I saw that I was now apparently signed up for a monthly shipment at almost one hundred dollars a month. Also, I found out that I would be charged almost one hundred dollars for the sample unless I spent my time and money to return it! When I called I was informed I was already past the 14 days trial period to return it, even though I just got it. I also had to wait on the phone for almost 20 minutes before I could talk with anyone. They just insisted I had agreed to their terms that they had buried in some disclaimer language. This is clearly a scam. They are not selling a product. They are trying to scam unsuspecting people who might want to try a new product with what is supposed to be a sample.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my shipping and handling. I also want a full refund if they ever try to charge me for the sample that was sent. I also want a change to their practices. They are intended to scam people and are highly unethical.

Review: Advertise 14 day free trial. Only had the product for 7 days before they charged me. I have seen numerous complaints about this company for the exact same reasons. There was no conditions of terms included in the packaging because I looked very carefully for it. The customer service rep said they only allow us time to see if we have a bad reaction to the cream, which is not mentioned anywhere in their promo. This is a deceptive and unethical company and I will do all I can to spread the word about itDesired Settlement: I want this company to pay everyone that they have ripped of in this fashion. Class action lawsuit. And I have had the greatest difficulty using this site. A couple of hours ago it wouldn't accept anything in the boxes where I needed to write about the problem or the desired outcome.

Review: On 3/25 I requested the BellaLabs 14 Day Trial Offer. The cream was sent to my home and I was charged $4.95 as expected.

On 4/10 I was charged $87.63 for the product. I want a refund for this charge because of the deceptive practices used with this trial offer.

On 5/11 I was charged another $87.63 for the product. When the package arrived to my home, I CANCELLED my order and RETURNED it to the mailing address. I have NOT received credit for the $87.63 charge yet.

Yesterday, 6/13, I received another package from BellaLabs! Also I was billed another $87.63 charge to my account on 6/9.

Also BellaLabs falsely advertised that this product was recommended by [redacted].

6/13/2015 I contacted BellaLabs with the above information and asked for them to refund me $262.89 and to cancel my account.

[First I want to thank you for your help with the shady business practices of BellaLabs. Today refunds were received in the amount of $87.63 each for April, May and June which is exactly what I requested. There are two additional mysterious charges to my account in the amount of $87.63 on 4/13/2015 and 5/11/2015. The PAYEE is not known to me! I will contact my bank to dispute these charges.
