Disappointing First Experience with Bellami Extensions Order
Dear Bellami Extensions Support Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order of Bellami extensions. This was my first time ordering from your brand, and unfortunately, the experience has left me feeling quite dissatisfied.

I was excited to receive the extensions, especially after seeing the vibrant and luscious colors showcased on your website. However, upon opening the package, I was immediately disappointed to find that the colors of the extensions looked nothing like what was depicted on the website. The discrepancy was so pronounced that I couldn't help but wonder if I had received the wrong product altogether.

Additionally, I was taken aback by the quality of the hair itself. The extensions I received felt thin and stringy, far from the promised volume and fullness that I was expecting. To add to my frustration, one of the boxes appeared to have been opened, yet the warranty was stated as void if opened. This only deepened my disappointment and raised concerns about the overall integrity of the product.

Considering that I invested $300 in these extensions, I had much higher expectations for both the quality and accuracy of the product. I feel let down and regretful that I did not receive the value I anticipated for the price I paid.

I kindly request that you address these issues and help me find a resolution. I am hopeful that we can rectify this situation and restore my confidence in the Bellami brand. Whether that involves a refund, an exchange for a different product, or another suitable solution, I am open to discussing options.

Jet black extensions
So iv ordered extensions from bellami multiple times. Iv spent a couple grand because I really like their hair and I pay over $500 each time. Im a licensed esthetician and I specialize in coloring. My hair is half red, half black. I normally just purchase a blonde set and color the whole thing but even after only using semi permanent dye it still feels damaged. This time I decided to purchase a black set that way I only had to color half of it. Well… iv bleached it 3 times and its still jet black! Wtf! Im so incredibly upset. If I bleach it anymore itll be destroyed. Iv spent over $500 that I cant even wear. I just can’t believe after 3 bleaches its still completely black. I just needed it maybe 2 shades lighter because the red is a pretty dark merlot but I cant get it to lift at all!): I thought id get it for myself as a Christmas gift. ):

I bought this for my wedding that will be in july2021, and I was trying to curly it for the first time to see how this would look and the hair start to “burn” and smell really really bad. I am so frustrated because it was so expensive, I saved for that for really long time because I wanted for my wedding and I feel like I threw my money away. And they don’t accept returns, I want my money back!

I bought the in curler set just over a year ago(begining of august last year) Within the first week of having the curlers going through and trying them out I had taken off the largest gold curler and it had broken from the bottom revealing cordsI messaged the company in extreme dissapointment that I have only had the product for a weekFrom what I remember there was constant back and forth messaging having to show pictures (understandable) before they sent me another oneThat one worked I use the flat iron typically as a traveling tool, and is usually left at my boyfriends house for when I stay there on weekends I have an Amika flat iron which I love and use on a regular basis at home I had cut my hair to have bangs just the week before - and styled them every day for a week before I stayed at my boyfriendsThat morning I woke up and got ready, and flat ironed my hairI went section by section with the heat all the way upWhen I came about to go over my bangs, I turned the heat down as they dont need the full heati waited about minutes for it to cool a bit (realizing it wouldnt be completely) went over my bangs with it and just smelt burnt hairit fried one side of my bangs turning them yellow and very brittle!! On wednesday I messaged bellami in hopes I could exchange my flat iron for a new one- the lady listened to what I had to say and looked up my information and proceeded to tell me that she is sending me a shipping label that I can use to send my flat iron back I then questioned her since I knew it was a month over warrentyshe said that she cant do anything but give me 10% off or 'free items'i was clearly unsatisfied since I work in a salon that sells flat irons and I know that usually when someone has an issue out but close to warrenty we usually try our best to help them outi sent about emails after and had no responsei also posted poor reviews on both the in and the runway flat iron which is the flat iron used in the in neither of my reviews got published i'm sorry but I have had my amika flat iron for over years with every day usage- this flat iron was used maybe times a week at most for under a yearpathetic im totally dissapointed and every other person I have told this story to is just as dissapointed with the lack of customer service

not real hair, it melts, it feels like barbie hair, it looks fake, and its is really thin, surprising about this because the claim that the hair is super thickIf you confront them with an honest review posted on their Instagram or facebook they will block you and erase the bad review about them, they wont answer to your concerns when its something negative about the hairIf you don't have anything good to say about their product they wont listen to you !
