I am rejecting this response because: You have not read the messages. You continue to act like a fool and try and play games. I never died any extensions and for you to accuse me of that, is illegal. I ordered bellami 24" chocolate brown extensions on 5/10/16. I sent proof of purchase via email yesterday to you specifically. Ironic hoe you gloss over the entire situation and try and pretend that it is something that I did. I have all of the legal documentation I need to take this into court. So, I encourage you to do your job, re-read the entire email thread that has been sent to you specifically on multiple occasions. Get it together. I would rather settle this out of court. Also, please stop trying to email me personally..I saw that you emailed me this morning...this is a public matter now.

I am not satisfied with this response from Bellamy. I don't appreciate the damaged and now unwearable $300 dollar hair you sent me and are still requesting I spend more to send it back hopeful of a refund. I will not be wasting anymore time, you broke the trust sending me damaged product already. Horrible company, will be going viral with pictures and warnings about this company to protect other buyers hard earned money.

We see that Ms. [redacted] received her purchase of our BELLAMI 6 in 1 curler on Dec 19, 2014. Based on the email correspondence we see that she has been encountering some difficulty with the current functionality of her set. We have gone ahead and sent over return instructions in order to have her send the item back to our facilities for inspection and to determine why it won't turn on. I ordered 24 inch bleach blonde thickest hair extensions with money ive been saving for months since a 24 yr old working minimum wage cant just come up with $270 out of the blue. I placed my order for two day shipping (paid extra for it) they were suppose to arrive Saturday april 22 2017 and were delayed till Monday. Monday comes and I wake up to a email saying my package was delivered but when I looked at my porch it was nowhere to be found. I started panicking and called the local post office, ups, and fedex people and filed a police report. They all claimed my package was delivered. I emailed bellami and got a "we will respond within 24 hours" email and when they did respond they told me to file a claim with usps but when I did they said I was out of time for the claim? the customer service has been horrible as they are avoiding answering my obvious question of if I can get a new set resent or a refund and by reading these other reviews it seems this happens a lot. I want a refund of my money my family lawyer says I'm eligible to take this claim to court and I have no problem doing so.

Review: I have been trying to reach this company for almost 2 months without success. The company does not answer their phones, does not return voicemails, does not reply to the email set up on their website for contact, and the "Live Chat" feature on the website is always offline. I was very dissatisfied with the product they sent me and have tried to contact them every day for almost 2 months to see if they would send me a new product or refund my money. This company had no problem taking my money in the first place, but now I can't contact them for an refund, since I no longer have any interest in a new product due to the horrible customer service. There is also nowhere to leave comments or reviews on their website and they do not have a Yelp page; The only reviews are positive ones made by women who are given the hair extensions for free to review (beauty bloggers). I'm extremely upset with the lack of customer service by this company that now seems like some sort of scam, and I would really just like my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like Bellami Hair to refund my money in full. The product I was sent was not what was described and was terrible quality. I spent $200 on the product itself, then another $200 in the salon as my stylist tried to fix the hair I was sent, without success. I disagree with the statement that I have no outstanding emails; I sent several and never received a reply. I'm not sure what is considered "outstanding" to Bellami Hair. The business should be aware that the product has been opened and the original packaging is missing since I couldn't contact them for an exchange for 4 months, and I do expect an exchange considering the inappropriate manner in which this company has provided customer service. This company is horrible. Over priced for poor quality product. They have given me such a bad hassle after sending me poorly constructed hair, clips falling off and coming unthreaded after just a few wears (never had this problem with their hair in the past though)...I buy a new set and more problems yet with the clips...and they are of no help anymore, claiming to send out a replacement soon but very vague about when. I have heard stories of them dodging customers in this same way. No worries...I will just await my refund for the original defective product, and will just take the latest defective set as a sign of this company no longer deserving my business. On to buy better extensions!

Review: On 9/14/14 I ordered a product from Bellami Hair totaling to $149.73 order number(#1021133). When I did not receive my package between the 3-5 business days as agreed apron I reached out to the company. I was informed I missed my delivery and to pick up my package from my postal office. The postal office lost my package sending me to multiple locations. I once again reached out to Bellami hair to either help me locate the product I paid for or send me out a new one. After receiving the worst customer service I have ever experienced they told me call back on 9/28/14 (15 days from the order date)to receive a full refund including shipping charges. 9/28/14 came and I was told I was mislead that I had to wait 15 business days not calender days to receive my refund. This brings us to 10/3/14 once again calling for a product I have yet to receive. I was rushed of the phone and informed I had been lied to once again! I had to wait till 15 business days FROM WHEN THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED OUT. I told them how taking advantage of I felt and how they were stealing if I paid I paid for a product I had yet to receive. The manager apologized and ensured me that on 10/7/14 I would be refunded my money. 10/7/14 came and I was informed a new package was sent out. I informed them I was calling my credit card company, leaving a review on there site, and reporting them to the Revdex.com. However, they did not care whats so ever. It has now been a month since I ordered my product! They have basically stolen my money, providing no service whats so ever, and been deceitful in every way possible with there 100% refund policy. After dealing with this disgusting customer service I made one last attempt and asked if I refuse the product at delivery and it goes back to them will I then receive my money back? There response was of coarse no, I will still be charged the $10 fee for me 3-5 day service (which is outrageous !) and pay to have it shipped back to them before receiving my refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and cant belive they wouldnt componsate shipping considering my awful customer service and its been a month !

Review: I had recently purchased some hair extensions from Bellami. To be exact they are the Bellami Balayage by [redacted] 220gram 22 inch in color 1c/18 for $307.00. I had received them this past Friday on April 10 2015. The extensions look extremely horrible. Yes I had contacted them and yes I got a reply. They had told me that the extensions that were dipped are the ones that goes on the bottom but my question is, why are they selling dipped dye hair extensions that are $300? They obviously are doing fake advertisement by saying that they only give the best but how are they giving the best when they DIP their hair extensions?? With that being said they had sent me a return label only to get them INSPECTED not RETURN but inspected. I then asked them why do they need to inspect them now, why couldn't they do it before hand. In other words they don't inspect their items for good or bad batches, and thats just completely wrong. Above it all, another woman had approached me on Facebook asking me about what actions they had taken because she had received some horrible looking extensions as well. She had informed me that Bellami had blocked her from posting on their Facebook page and that is how I found out my review has been deleted from their Facebook and as well as blocked from commenting or liking any of the post. If this isn't consider bad customer service, I don't know what is. Not being able to own up to your mistakes and being professional about it only makes you look money hungry. Horrible company. I will continue to state my honest review on this company.Desired Settlement: They are inspecting them before considering on refunding my money. As I had said to them, I do not want them back, I only want my refund.

Customer States that was not satisfied with the originally

purchased. Researching this case, the customer purchased (Order 190**2) on April 6th.

Her Order was the Guy Tang Balayag 220G 22: 1C/18 set. On

April 10th the customer

notified Bellami Hair at 9:11 am with concerns about the transition lines and

the extension being “dipped” We

responded on April 10th at 4:19 pm with suggestions on blending the

extensions as this is sometimes a difficult thing for some customers. On April 10th at 7:53 we offered

the customer a return label and instructions on the return for an inspection.

The Guy Tang Balayage Extensions are ordered with very

specific requirements. Each set is hand

gathered, dyed and put together. The

blending of the Guy Tang hair can be difficult.

Once the extensions are put together, they are processed and prepared

for shipment. Due to the FDA

regulations, once they are sealed, they are not opened again until the customer

receives the package. We open random

packages from each batch to make sure compliance is maintained.

If a customer has an issues, we will address each one as

they come to us. In this case, the

customer also contacted Revdex.com while contacting us. Our process for returns is for multiple

Review: I placed an order for hair extensions from from this company the day they were supposed to arrive I made sure that I was going to be home receive my package I needed this item for work, I am a hairdresser and had to work on a client, the package never arrived I contacted USPS regarding the status because they claimed they attempt to deliver and and a notice was left which I did not receive the following day there was 2 feet of snow here in New York so obviously there was no mail on to the next day still no package received I went to my local post office as well as called the post office hotline trying to locate my package still nothing the following day via the Internet I attempted to track my package again and it said that the package was delivered, to where I'm not sure because I never received it they are claiming that they left the package inside of a mailbox at 6:30 at night its dark at that time and everything was covered in snow I contacted bellaminate hair directly, and they informed me to contact my post office to file a claim I attempted to file claim and was informed that I am NOT eligible to file a claim on this package the only thing they were able to do for me was open and educationand informed me that I had to contact the shipper directly which I have tried to do numerous time but no one seems to be willing to help me they continue telling me to contact USPS who is also unable to help me, now ive lost a client, as well as lost money that I put it out of my pocket on this item and a week later I am still without my product, I have never experienced such un professonalism in my life it's as if the employees of bellami hair are trained to say that's not my problem in a nice way and push customers off to USPS, as if they do not want to be bothered nor do they care about correcting the problem, I can not believe what is happening here!Desired Settlement: I no longer wish to deal with this company and would like a refund of my purchase price if that's not possible I would at least like a re shipment of my item

Hair quality not that great. Bought my hair over a year ago and have only used them 5 times max they are real stringy and red yarn hair is all over it. Waste of 160 dollars.

Review: My complaint is related to both customer service and product of Bellami Hair.After wearing my extensions ONCE, one of the clips fell off. I contacted customer service, received an apology and a promise of a new weft being sent, but never received anything. A week later, two more clips came off of the hair after only being worn a couple of times. I contacted customer service who said that my previous weft was never sent because of a shipping error, which I took to mean that they forgot. When I received a package in the mail two weeks later from Bellami Hair, not only did I not receive the promised wefts, but I only received clips that I then had to sew in myself. This hair extensions were absolutely not worth the money I paid for them. I asked the customer service representative through email for my money back several times, but all I was offered were new clips - I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE FIXING SUCH AN EXPENSIVE PRODUCT - it should not be breaking so soon and easily. The representative asked if I was mistreating the extensions or treating them roughly which I was NOT. They were very well taken care of and had been worn only 3 - 5 times before I had as many clips fall out.Desired Settlement: All I ever wanted was my money back. The extensions became unwearable after the clips came off and I was unable to fix them properly myself and was offered no help from Bellami Hair. I also tried to color the extensions to match my hair color better and the hair turned gray. Needless to say, this is one of the worst purchases I have ever made.

Review: I Had placed an order with [redacted] 11/26/2014. Order#126581. It says it was delivered 12/15/14 at 4:05pm. I never received the package. I called the customer service number and the representative would not help me. I was constantly going back and forth with the company and the post office about filing a claim and Bellami would not help at all. All they would tell me is they do not file claims that I should have upgraded the shipping for a confirmation. They basically took my money and I still do not have the product. I have ordered plenty of things online and this has been the worst customer service experience! They did not want to help at all! Review: Bought a set of guy tang bellami extensions. Got them on time in the mail. Packaging was great. Opened them and looked at the tester swatch. They looked so so. Opened the full set and the ombr was hideous. As a stylist I could never wear them. I tried curling them thinking it may help and it didn't. I called customer service and thy offered me a carrying bag for the trouble... I asked for a return address. They said they'd call me back. Finally after a week of calling and being hung up on I got a return address. Once they were recieved I then waited another 2 weeks to get an evaluation of them. I called periodically asking about them one woman even told me they would call and I needed to have my card number to get my refund credited. It took me 2 hours to get to someone who could tell me anything about my hair evaluation. No one could even find my extensions. Sure enough they said the color was altered and my money would not be refunded. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was hung up on. I called back and waited and waited and when I called back I was told the supervisor was "unavailable" now when I give an honest review on Instagram go a girl who asked on one of their pictures they block me and reported my page. They hang up on my calls when I call their company and never sent my extensions back. I'm out 280$ I don't make a lot of money and it took me some time to save for those extensions. had originally sent our customer service team an email on Nov 9th, 2014 regarding the condition

of her set for our Balayage 220g #2/#6 in Dark Brown/Chestnut Brown. After receiving

her initial response via email, we agreed to have her send back her set for

inspection. Once her return was received by our returns representative we then responded to Ms. [redacted] to inform her we are unable to accept an item back for refund or exchange due to it being tampered with, or altered. I have provided an image to our Rep

at Revdex.com that shows the condition of our customer’s hair compared to our current

Balayage set #2/#6 Dark Brown to Chestnut so you can see the differences. Ms. [redacted] claimed to have not

touched the hair, although we completely understand her frustration, we do have

a strict policy regarding opened packages and following FDA/health regulation

guidelines as no item can be returned once the package has been opened and void sticker removed. If she would like we are more than happy to offer a discount on her

next purchase for any inconveniences she may have experienced.

Review: I have emailed this company several times reguarding them sending me a return shipping label for a product I had ordered. The color of the hair I recieved was not the color that was shown on the website at all. They want me to pay for shipping for an exchange and then pay shipping for them so send me the correct product.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that they send me a return shipping label and that they do not charge to have the correct product sent back to me.
