I am rejecting this response because: I reached out to them several times and they were VERY rude, I did as they advised and I asked around to see if the package was mis-delivered and it was not. Even our mailman- who was on our route for 6 years!!! was transferred, or fired or who knows because now...

we have a new one.
So really Bellami didn't help and didn't care to help. They're product is very expensive and you'd think that they'd at least give a discount in a replacement but no. Instead they were mean and totally unprofessional.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11383562, and find that the resolution is semi satisfactory to me. I will indeed take my refund for the shipping. I, however, will politely decline your offer on complimentary products from Bellami. I do not seek to gain free products from a company just based off of a unsatisfactory experience. This was much more than that. I had an event that was near and dear to me and I wanted to of course look my best. I would like to see Bellami step up their customer service, especially when it comes to opening the phone lines. Us paying customers should hands down at least have that form of contact. It is a disservice to your clients to not be able to speak or get in touch with an employee about a 400 dollar order. I felt as if I was being ignored, and then after I got my hair I would be fine. That is not the way to think or to run a business. So I would appreciate the shipping refund. Thanks.

Complaint: I have emailed this company several times reguarding them sending me a return shipping label for a product I had ordered. The color of the hair I recieved was not the color that was shown on the website at all. They want me to pay for shipping for an exchange and then pay shipping for them so send me the correct product. Oh and their so call phone numbers don't even work!!!

The hair extensions themselves were okay, but the customer service not so much. I ordered the product in November to receive them before Christmas / my birthday. I've ordered from Bellami many times before so I didn't think there would be a problem. When I received my package, they sent me the wrong color extensions. It was no problem, I sent them back with no trouble and was just waiting for the right ones to come in. A week later they were sent by overnight shipping. My dad was home all day, nothing came in but on the FedEx tracking it said it was delivered. I called FedEx and they said they were looking into it so I emailed Bellami and they told me it was out of their hands. I understand that they didn't lose my package themselves, but I do NOT think its okay for them to keep $300 I spent if I never received the product I paid for and not do anything to try to fix the issue. So I called FedEx to file a claim, they said if I file one that Bellami gets my money on top of the money I had already paid. I was asked to call Bellami and ask them to file a claim and to reassure them they would be reimbursed for everything. So I called Bellami and had to convince them to file the claim for me (they weren't losing any money so they weren't interested). When they finally agreed they made me spend an extra $15 on top of the $300 I already spent due to "shipping". But as I said earlier I had talked to Fedex and they told me Bellami would be reimbursed for the product AND the shipping. I told Bellami this and they told me I still had to pay for my own shipping. I received my extensions the day after my birthday and Christmas already passed so I literally have no use for them right now. I used to love these extensions and the company and would recommend this product to anyone who asked about my hair but now I'm done ordering from a place that doesn't protect me. A good company does whatever they can to make sure their customers receive their product and love it. Bellami only cares about getting paid and doesn't mind screwing people over. I want people to know that Bellami keeps people's money and products are not being received.

had originally sent our customer service team an email on Nov 9th, 2014 regarding the condition
of her set for our Balayage 220g #2/#6 in Dark Brown/Chestnut Brown. After receiving
her initial response via email, we agreed to have her send back her set for
inspection. Once her return was received by our returns representative we then responded to Ms. [redacted] to inform her we are unable to accept an item back for refund or exchange due to it being tampered with, or altered. I have provided an image to our Rep
at Revdex.com that shows the condition of our customer’s hair compared to our current
Balayage set #2/#6 Dark Brown to Chestnut so you can see the differences. Ms. [redacted] claimed to have not
touched the hair, although we completely understand her frustration, we do have
a strict policy regarding opened packages and following FDA/health regulation
guidelines as no item can be returned once the package has been opened and void sticker removed. If she would like we are more than happy to offer a discount on her
next purchase for any inconveniences she may have experienced.

I bought the 12 in 1 curler set just over a year ago. (begining of august last year)
Within the first week of having the curlers going through and trying them out I had taken off the largest gold curler and it had broken from the bottom revealing cords. I messaged the company in extreme dissapointment that I have only had the product for a week. From what I remember there was constant back and forth messaging having to show pictures (understandable) before they sent me another one. That one worked.
I use the flat iron typically as a traveling tool, and is usually left at my boyfriends house for when I stay there on weekends.
I have an Amika flat iron which I love and use on a regular basis at home.
I had cut my hair to have bangs just the week before - and styled them every day for a week before I stayed at my boyfriends. That morning I woke up and got ready, and flat ironed my hair. I went section by section with the heat all the way up. When I came about to go over my bangs, I turned the heat down as they dont need the full heat. I waited about 10 minutes for it to cool a bit (realizing it wouldnt be completely) went over my bangs with it and just smelt burnt hair.... it fried one side of my bangs turning them yellow and very brittle!!
On wednesday I messaged bellami in hopes I could exchange my flat iron for a new one- the lady listened to what I had to say and looked up my information and proceeded to tell me that she is sending me a shipping label that I can use to send my flat iron back.
I then questioned her since I knew it was a month over warrenty... she said that she cant do anything but give me 10% off or 'free items'..... I was clearly unsatisfied since I work in a salon that sells flat irons and I know that usually when someone has an issue out but close to warrenty we usually try our best to help them out. I sent about 2 emails after and had no response. I also posted poor reviews on both the 12 in 1 and the runway flat iron which is the flat iron used in the 12 in 1. neither of my reviews got published.
i'm sorry but I have had my amika flat iron for over 4 years with every day usage- this flat iron was used maybe 2 times a week at most for under a year. pathetic.
im totally dissapointed and every other person I have told this story to is just as dissapointed with the lack of customer service.

This response is in regards to Nicole [redacted]'s complaint, after further reviewing Ms. [redacted]'s information, we do see that a return shipping label has been sent to her and her package has arrived back to our shipping facilities on Jan 8th 2015. Processing time for all returns does range between...

7-10 business for a representative to contact the customer once the return has been received and inspected. If she doesn't receive notification within this time frame, she can contact us at [email protected] and she will receive a response from one of our BELLAMI representatives within 24 hours to follow up on her current status. We have been communicating with you in regards to this set that you purchased on 12/4/2015 since 12/18/2015. We have sent you complimentary hair care products and offered an inspection so that you can send your set to us for our Quality Control Department to look at for defects. The point of an inspection is to have our quality control team take a look at your set and see what you are experiencing. If your set did not meet our expectations than we would have been happy to send you a brand new set.
Because your set has now been altered and is outside of our 30 day policy, you would not be eligible for a return, exchange or inspection.
