Completely awful service- first took 3 weeks to come and when I opened the extensions they were someone else's. Then called to return and was Sappose to receive mine over might shipping and still haven't received them after 3 days- called to check on the status and they proceeded to tell me they never even sent them out. Would never buy again and it's a shame because the extensions are great quality

Review: I received the Bellami 12 in 1 hot tool set as a birthday gift. I got it when it first came out which was not so long ago. I have been having problems with my tool. I connect it and it turns on and off and does not let me use it. I CONTACTED BELLAMI VIA EMAIL AND I TOLD THEM I WAS HAVING A PROBLEMS WITH MY HOT TOOL. It hasn't been a year yet. And I doubt people purchase items from that site full price because they are always throwing a promo code on their site. I payed too much already for this curler and I don't understand why there isn't any legit warranty that can help customers find a solution to their problem. I think the warranty is outrageous because what if a product has a malfunction like mine and they aren't able to help me because I didn't pay full price. Meanwhile the regular price for this item was almost $600. I still am a paying customer why can't I get the same warranty as a regular priced item. I shouldn't have to miss out on using my wand because something went wrong with my item. It isn't my fault your product isn't working. I kept contacting bellami about my issue and they said to send them a video of the part that isn't working. So I did and they said I have to buy a new part which will cost me $50 plus shipping. I don't understand why can I get a replacement part without having to pay. The item was already paid for which was around $240+ shipping. As a paying customer I should at least have a warranty. My item was very well cared for. It hasn't had any damages or rips on the cables.There something wrong with the power because it turns on and off when it wants. I can't afford to be always paying for a part that isn't my fault and cost so much already. The factory must of made a mistake and customers should get warranty for any wand purchased with discount or without because of the price. I think the warranty is a big scam because others can have this same issue brand new or not and still have to pay for a replacement part.Desired Settlement: All I was if for bellami to be fair with people that use a discount code and give customers the right to have an adjusted warranty. I want my part to be replaced or repaired that way I will be able to use my hot tool once again. I am really angry at the fact that they just wanted to buy a replacement when it wasn't my fault the my item is damaged. I am also willing to show proof of all messages as well as the product with problems.

Review: On October 18 2015 (Sunday) I placed an order for hair extensions online. Bellami advertises same day shipping as this was a Sunday I expected the order to go out Monday. I received an email that my order was confirmed and that I would be getting a second email with shipping info and my payment method was debited for $125.98. Monday came and went with no email. By Saturday (10/24/15) I had not received an email nor my extensions. I sent an email on the 24th asking when I was to receive my order. I received a reply on the 26th saying that my order had been cancelled because it was deemed a "high risk order" and that they would not provide me with any details as to what that means. No effort was made to contact me regarding a problem with my order and my money was never refunded. I sent an email demanding my money back which up to this point has gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded immediately.

Review: I ordered Guy Tang's new Balayage 220g 22" #1c/#18 hair extensions from Bellami on Tuesday July 14. I received them on Saturday July 18. I opened the tester they send to color match, it looked great so I opened the rest of the package thinking they would be the same. However upon opening the pack I seen that the hair was no where near the balayage standard and appeared more to be a very bad ombre. Immediately I contacted Bellami via email as it was already past their call hours. I explained my concern and sent pictures. They replied the following day saying they seen nothing wrong with the hair and would like me to send an additional picture of the hair laying flat, I did in addition to other pictures of what they claim the hair will look like. Again they replied and said they seen nothing wrong with the hair and they would not offer a refund or exchange. I contacted my hair dresser who confirmed that they were not balayage. I then contacted Bellami by phone, I spoke with K[redacted]. She said the only thing they would do for me would be for me to send them back the hair for inspection and then they would determine if they would issue a refund but that its not guaranteed because the hair looks up to their standards and a picture doesnt prove anything. I explained to her that I needed the hair for an event I was going to and that I would prefer a refund and I would return the hair or a partial refund so I could have the hair fixed. She said they would not do either. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told them they were unavailable and she would be the one to have the final say and her say is that I return them for inspection. I told her that would not be possible as I would not receive a refund in time to buy another set IF they decided a refund was possible. She said thats all they would do for me. So I decided to take the hair to be fixed. My hairdressers stated that the hair looked worse in person than in the pictures and she is not even sure she can fix them, even a rep at the salon stated I should be issued a refund. I already paid $320 for hair extensions and now I have to pay more out of pocket to have them fixed (if possible) because Bellami falsely advertised their product. I have pictures that show my hair verse what they advertise. I hope no other customers have to go through this nightmare.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund or a full refund, as it is costing me $150 to have the hair fixed, if it can even be fixed. If not then Im stuck with hair extensions that can't be used.

Review: I bought Bellami extensions around this time last year and had a horrible experience with the product itself. I bought the 22" 220g Bellissima Chestnut Brown extensions. I thought maybe I just got a bad batch but after I met a girl who ordered and had the same experience as me I feel the need to make sure no other girls get fooled by this company. When I initially bought my extensions, the website promised 100% Remy HUMAN Hair. The company had so many great reviews until I found out they were all sponsored. When I first received my hair extensions, I opened the tester and saw it was in fact very good quality. I opened the top of the package, which cannot be returned once I open it, and as I pulled out the set of hair I was horrified to see 2 wefts were falling off the clips and there was PLASTIC mixed in with the hair. The hair was very tangled, there were little knots and fuzz balls in it, it was very hard to work with and it was not the same thickness from bottom to top as they guaranteed. I contacted Bellami and they agreed to send out replacement wefts. I thought that solved the issue because the rest of the hair looked great. I then took the hair to my hair stylist and he told me half the hair was synthetic. By that time the company would not refund or replace my set of extensions. I thought maybe I just had bad luck so I tried to make the most of what I had. I attempted to dye my Bellami hair (according to their Youtube Channel recommendations) and followed step by step, even using the same products mentioned in their recommended video. The hair took color fine for a week then it started to fade and it looked blotchy; human hair extensions take color better than this. This is NOT my first set of hair extensions. I have had hair extensions since 8th grade. I know how to handle and care for hair extensions. I was only able to wear my Bellami hair extensions 7-8 times before completely giving up on them.Desired Settlement: I mostly did this for the Revdex.com to take action on this company. I know my friend, and many other girls who reviewed this company recently, have been disappointed and had the same or similar experience with this company as I had. I would love a refund of my money or a replacement that was what they claim to be selling but I mostly want to make sure no one else gets fooled into buying something they believe is 100% Human Remy Hair.

representatives had with her back in November of last year. For any

inconvenience, a complimentary replacement weft was sent to our customer after

our rep had spoken to her, as a courtesy for any complications

she may have encountered. Due to the length of time we are unable to

fully replace her set or offer a refund. We do have strict policies regarding

our hair care products as our hair is 100% Remy Hair and can not be returned when tampered with. We also strongly suggest to our customer to only dye the hair with a professional colorist and knowledgeable hairstylist as this could possibly lead to damaging their set as it would your own hair. If she would like we are

more than happy to offer a larger discount on her next purchase for any inconvenience she

may have experienced.

Review: I am a professional hair stylist who has used hair extensions for years. I heard of bellami hair and was told it was amazing and to try it. Hair extensions last about 6 months. I used these for two weeks and could not brush throughly hair at all. I used the products recommended to use. When I asked them for help they only stated that they couldn't give me a refund because they had been used. Well yes they were used but how else would someone find out if they are good or not other then to put them in! I sent them pictures of how horrible it truly was and none of that mattered. So now I am out $537 that is a lot of money! I would never have spent that money on crap hair extensions! Please help me. This company needs to be responsible for their products they can't just steal money from people like this. Who in gods name would pay that amount of money for hair they could only wear for about 2 weeks? No one! That is ridiculous! I clearly should have stayed w the company I was with before. I even asked bellami hair if it was a bad batch and if I could send it to them for new hair as they know how long ago I received it. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10813776, however I do not have the order numbers as they have not been saved in my emails. I do have my credit card statement that the extensions were charged to. If you have lol my ordered in your system then it is the only two for extensions. I ordered two sets of two tape in one was a chocolate brown and one was a blonde. Both of the orders I received were horrible after about 2 weeks. I had to refund my client her money for the blonde extensions. As for the brown they were for me and I have to take them out and could not wear them as they were a ratted mess even after using your products on them. I'm sorry for some reason my email does not save messages that far back and I had no idea I would need to save it.

Review: On October 23, 2014 at approximately 12:30 I placed an order for hair care products with this company. Around 3:00 p.m I had changed my mind and attempted to call this company at their toll free number. The toll free number was not in service so I tried calling their California number. The number only allowed you to transfer to a customer service representative and then left you on hold. There was no availability to leave a message. I then attempted sending several emails and about 20 minutes after I sent the first email, I was told the item had shipped and they would give me a refund if I returned the item unopened. At no time did they indicate they would recall the item from the courier. The courier advised me the next day that I had to pay $60 in duties and brokerage fees and I requested that they return the package to the vendor. The courier has attempted to contact the vendor but they are not responding to either the couriers emails or my emails. I believe the company deliberately ignored my request for cancellation and sent the package out to make a sale. I also suspect that they would refuse to accept the package even if I paid the brokerage fees! In total I am out of pocket $203 Cdn. not including the $60 brokerage fees. I am not happy at all, they could have recalled the package and their customer service (if you can call it that) is the worst I have ever had.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay the $60 fee to have the package returned to them and I would like the $179 U.S.D. they charged me repaid in full.

not real hair, it melts, it feels like barbie hair, it looks fake, and its is really thin, surprising about this because the claim that the hair is super thick. If you confront them with an honest review posted on their Instagram or facebook they will block you and erase the bad review about them, they wont answer to your concerns when its something negative about the hair. If you don't have anything good to say about their product they wont listen to you !

Review: I bought the bellami hair extensions and they constantly tangle! I wrote to them to find a resolution and they sent me a hair hanger as well a conditioner for them. They suggested to buy as well other products which I did as well as watch videos which I also did. Unfortunately these suggestions did not resolve the issue. The extensions they constantly tangle even when they are not on me just on the hanger itself after combing them and not being worn by anyone they tangled. So this is an issue I called them and they refuse to assist me any furthe.Desired Settlement: I tried asking to see if the product might have been defective they could send me another one, or even my money back.

Review: On October 18, 2015 I made an online purchase of hair extensions from Bellamihair.com. I paid a total of 367.11 dollars that was charged to my credit card and posted on my credit card on Oct 19, 2015. This amount included expedited shipping (stated to take only 3 days on the website) for a cost of $50.00 since I needed the item for Friday Oct 23. I also received an email on the same day confirming my purchase from Bellamihair The email congratulated me on my purchase and providing me with the order number #27[redacted]4. The email states the item was going to be processed within 24-48 hours and that an email to confirm the shipping will be sent later so that I could track my order. On Wednesday at around 9:14am and after not receiving such emai I called the company to ask for my order status and the person on the phone identified herself as IRIS said that I needed to provide them via an email with additional information such as the transaction on my bank account that showed the purchase. My reply was to her was that my account was already charged by her company and that her company and that I did not feel safe providing such a request. She immediately offer to cancel my order to which I agreed . She said that the money will take 3 to 5 business days to return to my account. So basically, my problem with this company is that they took money from my account for a product that I was promised but never received, which is also paid for. I asked to speak with the manager and IRIS stated that the manager so busy and that she would tell me the same thing anyway. I tried several times to call and speak with the manager and again IRIS took my calls. So, basically, I was charged for nothing by this company and I have to wait a week before I can get my money back. I feel that the company is committing fraud by promising a product unless you provide them with personal information such as copy of the bank account where it shows the item clearing.Desired Settlement: I was charged for a product. I provided the company with payment which they took. They refused to sell and ship the product after the fact and after taking my money. My money is tied up with them. As a costumer I was taken advantage of by this company. As a resolution or repair I want my money to deposited to my account immediately as it was taken out by this company immediately. Review: I had purchased a set of extensions from this company, who claims to distribute 100% human remy hair. The set came 24" long. After less than a month, I measured them again, only to find that I had lost 7 inches in length. As a licensed cosmetologist, I know that there is no way, if you are using the correct products, that this should happen. I expressed my concern in an email to the company, including pictures, to which a woman named Amanda responded. Amanda and I had gone back and forth emailing for about a week, unable to come to an appropriate solution to my problem, when she stopped emailing back altogether. This occurred when I had let her know that I was insulted that she would think that refunding 9.25% of my next purchase ($25.00) was acceptable, after I had stated that I believed that I should be refunded 50% of my next purchase. I believe, as I had told her, that 50% was a reasonable amount, as their company would still make a profit, and I would be a satisfied customer. Apparently, this is when Amanda decided that my issue no longer held value, because I have not heard back since.Desired Settlement: Full refund of purchase ($269.99)

when dyeing your BELLAMI'S there is a possibility that this may damage their set as it would someone’s hair that is attached to their scalp. Our hair is

processed and not 100% virgin and it may not take the same way to different

I placed an order for Bellami 160g 20"Ombre #1B/Platinum. When I received them they where not what I expected at all. They were very tangled, thin and the ombre part felt fried. I contacted BELLAMI via live chat, and the representative was very helpful and polite. She helped resolved the issue and within the next week I received my new set. I can honestly say I'm very pleased with the way the matter was handled and how fast I got my new set. My new set is perfect and I look forward to my next order with BELLAMI.

Review: I purchased hair extensions from Bellami Hair in July. I wore the extensions a handful of times when a few of my wefts started to come apart. Over the past 4 months I have contacted the company to resolve this issue to receive no response or resolution. I have also filled out customer reviews only for the company to not acknowledge, or post them, due to the review being negative. I contacted the company for the last time 1 week ago advising I was going to proceed with contacting the Revdex.com. They asked how they could help, I advised of the situation again and no resolution and still not a response or any type of resolution.Desired Settlement: I would like replacement extensions. I thought this was a reputable company and $200 is not cheap. I am unhappy with my product and highly dissatisfied with the customer service. I would like to give the company the benefit of the doubt and I had received a defective set of extensions. The poor customer service is proving otherwise. I would love to be able to wear extensions that are not falling apart.

It's the same excuse every time. Your company doesn't make the wrong right. I have used the same email address contacting Bellami. I have even used the same email address posting negative reviews, which conveniently never gets posted because it's negative. The last time I emailed Bellami was 2 weeks ago with the email address [redacted]@yahoo.com. Bellami found out I was contacting them again in regards to my wefts coming apart still and I NEVER received a response again. I have been contacting Bellami since August. I just want replacement extensions or my money back. I'm getting to the point where I will never refer Bellami again nor purchase from Bellami in the future if this matter isn't resolved immediately. Four months is a tad ridiculous and very poor customer service. Reading previous complaints on the Revdex.com website I'm not the only unhappy customer with similar situations. That's not saying a lot for Bellami.

This issue has not happened ones but it is now he second time around. Ordered a pair of extensions paid $50 for next day never received them because they were sent to a totally different address, I emailed them and they said they would fix the problem. 3 weeks passed and I never got my order. Nov 10,2015 I called to complain about this issue they apologized and said they would refund me half off and ship next day it is now the 3rd day and my tracking info sais I will receive it 6 days after shipping date. Horrible customer service and horrible shipping. Never ordering from this company again. Very dossapointed

Bellami hair is terrible. It mats and tangles after an hour of wearing. They offer a small piece to match to your hair color. It matched fine. So I opened the main packet and put a piece in to try. This voids the warranty. After trying to wear, it became impossible to even carefully run your fingers through. Customer service would only push their hair care products to remedy the situation. I have worn extensions for 10 years and I know quality. There is nothing that could fix these extensions.

Review: On September 25, 2014 my grand daughter placed an order in the amount 254.99. She never received the product or a refund. She spoke with Bellamihair who advised her it was the post office problem. She then called the post office which stated, it was Bellami hair that needed to resolve the issue with the tracking number they were given. Now two months later we still don't have the product or a refund. No one is trying to resolve this issue, only making us run around in circles trying to get our money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of 254.99.

Review: I thought I had ordered real human hair, instead I got plastic. This company advertises they sell real ''thick'' human hair, and that is a big lie, the hair is not even that thick it feels like doll hair. I had only wore my hair extensions once and the second time I was going to wear then, I was going through it with my straightener and the hair melted, it was all over the plates of my straightener. If I wanted fake hair I would have got hair extensions from ebay and pay no more than 20 dollars, I paid 160 dollar for real thick human hair not plastic. That is false advertising and also they don't offer a feedback page, they just throw you into youtube where the same youtube gurus advertise them over and over again, and at the end tell you how great the extensions are.One last thing they claim to have 5$ flat rate shipping and I was charged 10$ for shipping, one single package is about 5 dollars , why charge 5 extra ?I am a 100% not a satisfied customer , I only want my full refund.Desired Settlement: I just want the amount I paid back

Review: I am contacting you on behalf of my daughter S[redacted]. She order and received some hair extensions from Bellami Hair at the end of August. When considering this purchase she participated in the live chat available on the Bellami website and was told that the extension were in fact real hair and could be dyed to match her hair color. No bleach was used on the extension as we purchased the bleach blonde so it would be ready for the color. The hair salon we solicited has verified that the extension are NOT human hair as disclosed several times on the Bellami Hair website. The product was misrepresented and so the money spent was arguably stolen, not earned. I have contacted Bellami directly and have been unable to resolve the issue. They want only to replace the extensions with the same false product. Due to the misrepresentation of the product we are not interested in extensions from Bellami Hair. They were taken to a professional hair salon and confirmed that they are not 100% human hair. This is what we wanted and will look elsewhere to purchase them. We would like the money spent refunded .Desired Settlement: We would like the money she spent refunded via check as she used a gift card to purchase them. She paid $210.98 which included the shipping for these extension to have them totally unusable. Review: I purchased these hair extensions and paid around $300 for them and received subpar quality. The extensions tangle and matt up like a dog with mange, they are dry, and they shed like crazy. I contacted Bellami and the first time they responded, all I got was a message back telling me to watch a video on how to take care of the extensions as well as a link to purchase more products to fix the extensions. I am extraordinarily disappointed as this was a big purchase and I expected much higher quality. I really would just like my money back. I have contacted Bellami several times about the horrible quality of the hair extensions I purchased, and they ignore what I am saying EVERY time. They asked me to send pictures of the extensions, I did, and they reply back telling me to buy MORE products to fix the extensions. I have had them for around two weeks and the hair is thin, it tangles up, it matts, and it sheds. I have been completely misled by this company and they are not even attempting to help me. All I want is my money back. I recently bought my third pair of bellami extensions, my second Kylie hair. I have to say, I am surprisingly very disappointed. My first two sets were so thick and stayed soft and natural looking for several months. I have had this new set for about a month. Right away I realized they didnt seem near as thick as my other two pairs. I am not starting to experience it clump together throughout the day. I wore my last pair skiing then to the lake all summer and they were good until recently (matted like a dog's hair), thus the reason for the new set. It's been about a year so that doesn't seem unreasonable. However, the gathering of my new hair throughout the greatly concerns me these will not last me near as long. It really upsets me because I paid even more this time. Not to mention I am constantly referring others to this brand. I know of two girls who did buy them and a couple more who want to. I will not be recommending Bellami Hair after this set.
