The quality of hair is amazing but the customer service is not aware of their policyI've been having issues ever since my first time placing an order and I still have this company the benefit of the doubtNow apparently I can not order from this company simply because the first time I ordered the billing and shipping address did not matchI did not want my $order sent to the apartment complex I lived in so I used my mothers home addressEver since I have been flagged in their system for "fraudulent behavior" even after verify with multiple customer service representatives and verifying through my bankI have already stopped recommending this hair to my friends and they agreed to not give this company anymore serviceIt's not worth the hassle

This is in response to *** *** complaint regarding her Magnifica set from BELLAMI HAIRDue the length of the time MsVelasquez as had the product when ordered Nov24, 2014, we are more than happy to go ahead and send out replacement wefts to help replenish the set she
already owns, as a courtesy today.
Our customers do come first, as she has already been sent two complimentary items including a "Untangle Mi" Hair Care spray and Hanger/Carrier set for any inconveniences she may have experienced to help store and protect her BELLAMI'S from tanglingAs we do our best to inform our customers on what are the best tricks and tips to properly store the product by increasing lifespan and reducing tangling from occurring.

reference to complaint ID 10813776, however I do not have the order numbers as they have not been saved in my emailsI do have my credit card statement that the extensions were charged toIf you have lol my ordered in your system then it is the only two for extensionsI ordered two sets of two tape in one was a chocolate brown and one was a blondeBoth of the orders I received were horrible after about weeksI had to refund my client her money for the blonde extensionsAs for the brown they were for me and I have to take them out and could not wear them as they were a ratted mess even after using your products on themI'm sorry for some reason my email does not save messages that far back and I had no idea I would need to save it.

As per our website, "Our extensions are 100% human hair that have gone through its own dyeing process, and although they were constructed to accept color, we do suggest getting a professional opinion by an experienced coloristDyeing may lead to shortening the lifespan of your BELLAMI's and possibly cause damage if not done correctlyWe also recommend not lightening or using any bleaching agentsWe do not recommend dying our Balayage or Ombre sets as they have been processed multiple timesDue to the processing they have gone through they do not take to dying well.[redacted]Please keep in mind, that if chosen to dye BELLAMIS, it is up to the customers discretion and done at your own risk.[redacted]"

The shipping cost is not refunded for the order as it is regular processing and handling charges that you have to pay for the order to be shipped out. Even if the item is returned the full amount of the items order can be refunded but not the cost of the shipping charge.

I still had to cancel the existing order because even after all of that they were out of stock and still did not inform me of when it would return so I just ordered a different color. fact still remains that they could have sent me the order that was returned to them instead of using it to fill another order and fact still remains that they still did not send my original order in a timely manner. even after looking at their own response, if someone has to go through THAT much for one order it says something is wrong with that company... It took well over a month but I did end up getting an order just a different color, I was just tired of all the stress from it...

I am rejecting this response because: I was charged $10 in my initial order to get the items shipped to my address.  That's the part I don't understand why am I being charged for shipping if I had to pay when I placed my order.  Bellami hair did not pay for shipping to send the items or to send them back.
