We have reviewed the account and reported to the credit bureau with one account number. The additional trade line was not initiated or reported by our agency. Upon the review of the consumer's complaint, we have sent a *** *** *** to help the consumer remove the additional
trade line that appeared

We did receive *** *** letters of disputeWe coded the accounts as being in disputed and contacted our Client to verify the information was correct and to get a copy of the itemized billsWe then forwarded a copy of the bills to *** ***.Under the FDCPA other action is required

The location of the business is within minutes of my address. They are saying they have sent me an itemized bill on May 28th, yet on June 10th I still havn't received that letter in the mail
I would love to get this issue resolved/cleared up, however I don't feel as though the business has the same common goal, otherwise they would have left a message on the times that they claimed they calledThey also wouldn't have taken days to respond to the complaint that I left through the Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because: It was listed on my credit report in November 2012, therefore your initial contact was in November I contacted you after discovering the account on my report on June 25th, 2013, if a notice was mailed on June 26th, that means it's months lateIt is an unfair and irresponsible debt collection practice not to notify someone you are trying to collect a debt fromI had no reason to check my credit reports, if I wasn't trying to buy a truck (which I got anyway) I would have never knownIt strikes me as though you do not take your business serious if you are unwilling to reach out to the people you are trying to collect fromYou get more ants with honey than with vinegar, and judging by your Revdex.com rating, you have yet to understand that.

Due to name similarities, the Credit Bureaus attached the incorrect account to Ms*** credit bureauWe did do a Universal Data Form requesting deletion of our Trade Line on 09/24/If it is still appearing on her Credit Bureau Report she should file a consumer dispute with the BureausIf
she would like to call me directly I will do another Universal Data Form with her Social Security Number

*** *** stated terms on her request to settle that we can not comply withIf she would like to call our office the number is ###-###-####

As this bill was paid in full within the days from placement this has not affected ***'s Credit Bureau Report

I have removed Ms***'s telephone #If she would like to call me direct to discuss she can call ###-###-#### Ext

We have requested deletion of our trade line from *** ***'s credit bureau report

An itemization of the balance due was sent to the consumer. Upon receipt, the consumer may contact our office with any questions or concerns

We have had no contach from our Client that this bill has been paidWe will reach out to them to verifyIf the account was previously paid we will remove from ** ***'s Credit Bureau Report

Validation was sent to ** *** at P O B *** Atlanta Ga on 04/29/ We recvd another dispute and remailed 07/20/*** *** called in today and paid the billWe are requesting deletion of our trade line from her Credit Bureaus Report

A new notice sent to *** ***I also requested itemized charges from our Client. I was not in the office 12/26/and did not receive any message in my Voice MailWe are in the process of changing systems and that is possibly why it never went to Voice MailIf *** *** has any future
concerns please have her contact me directly at###-###-####

This consumer has an open balance with our client for $617.00. The consumer sent a request for an itemized bill to be sent to their address. We sent a copy of the bill at their request to the name and address on file. This account was confirmed with our client as still due
