We have requested deletion of our Trade Line from [redacted]s Credit Bureau report

The complete acct number [redacted] paid was [redacted]. There are additional different accounts open. Please have [redacted] contact our office and we can assist her.

I would need additional information to investigate/verify this account. I would need the acct # from the credit Bureau. I would also need that last 4 digits of the social security # as well as a date of birth to verify if we have a correct party

We have tried to research and can not locate the account. If  [redacted] has the account # on his Credit Bureau  Report it would help.  We also have no one in our office by that name.

I am rejecting this response. I requested that the $75 service fee be waived due to the extreme unprofessionalism that I encountered not only with the associate Joanne but also with her supervisor Curt when simply requesting a statement. I did not request a detailed statement as my medical provider had given me a verbal itemization. I only needed a general statement to reference my payment when requesting the debt to be removed from my credit history of which I explained. It is inappropriate to expect payment for such horrible customer service. The reasoning of changing systems does not excuse the unprofessional manner of which I was treated.
Considering the volume of Revdex.com complaints for Berks Credit & Collection Services which amount to over 90 and 38 of those within the past year not including my own, I'd say that my request for the $75 fee is warranted.
Please contact me at the most earliest convenience in regards to resolving this matter.

Notification was mailed November 1,2012 and January 25,2013. I have requested itemeized charges so we can forward to [redacted] for review.

I have coded the account as disputed and ordered a copy of the itemized bill be sent to [redacted].

We have requested removal of our Trade Line from Ms. [redacted] Credit Bureau Reports

We had sent a notice and spoke to [redacted] on 12/18/08 as the same telephone # and address she has listed. It made many subsequent attempts after that with no success. I have mailed another notice to [redacted]

We requested deletion of our Trade Line from Ms. [redacted]'s Credit Bureau Report on 08/13/15.

I have researched an can not identify the account Mr. [redacted] is referring to. If he could supply the account # on the Credit Bureau Report it would assist in the investigation. He can also call me direct @ ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because:I NEVER received any response back in terms of validation of the accused debt nor anything bearing my signature stating I owe the debt.  I would like all these accounts off my credit report now or I'm bring you to small claims court as stated in my letter and I'm sending out a public release about your poor communication skills and lack of credibility in your reports.
Someone looking up in your computer system and seeing the debt does not validate it...give me proof bearing my signature, since you CAN'T provide that I DEMAND it off my credit report!!!!!!

Terrible collection agency, very rude and disrespectful customer service (called twice) and have a policy of not removing or reviewing erroneous information they filed on your credit report. More than happy to hurt your credit but no desire to help or correct their mistake.

I have not recieved the legal instrument contractually obligating me to pay this debt. According to the FTC, mere itemization of a debt does not constitute a legal debt validation.  At this point, I will continue by intiating civil litigation in small clai** court for violation of my consumer rights. Please note that I have kept all correspondence from this company for that sole purpose. At this time, I am alsoi requeting that your company cease and desist in all collectyions efforts and or reporting this fraud account. Regards,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I had tried to pay the balance owed and resolve the matter, I requested that the credit account be deleted off my credit report, once the balance was paid in full. Their response by their rep and also their supervisor was that It was illegal for them to remove and delete any credit accounts they hold off the credit bureaus. I was informed by a third party Im working with who are guiding me to clear my bad credit, that this indeed was wrong and illegal for them to have said so.  They also stated that I can in fact sue for such false responses. That they had broken some laws. 
I am in turn am not seeking to sue but am asking that they delete any and all credit account information they hold. That would be what I would accept as a resolve to this complaint.  I do not wish to but will have no other choice to bring this matter to court if they do not resolve this matter as written in my request.

We did receive disputes through the Credit Bureau which our client investigated and verified that the information is correct. I have mailed a copy of the bill to [redacted] today.
