Review: I reviewed my records very carefully and can find no reference to this account. BCC has not provided any proof of this account as requested. I have no record of this account on file. I have requested proof of this account from BCC and they have sent me nothing. When I tried to get a car loan I discovered this account on my credit report. My credit rating is suffering tremendously with this negative, false information on my report, and I want to have it removed. BAC has been unresponsive to my mutiple requests for information, so I have no choice but to file a formal complaint.Desired Settlement: I consider this defamation and I want this negative information removed from the 3 credit bureaus on my credit report."

Review: This company has called and harrassed me and have disrespectfully called me stupid. My doctor, [redacted], is sending me billing notification, therefore this company should no longer be on my credit report. The account in question was placed for Collections Sept 6,2012. Notification was mailed to [redacted] and we also spoke to her on Sept 12,2012. She made a payment of $76.63 and stated she would probably be able to Pay off the account in approximately 2 weeks. [redacted] did call back on Nov 8,2012 but paid nothing. At that point the account was on her Credit Bureau Report. We received a consumer dispute through the Credit Bureau on Nov 27,2012 and had the client investigate. They did confirm the balance and patient responsibility. We did receive several calls from [redacted] on April 2,2013 but the account still not resolved. We received another dispute through the Credit Bureau on Apr 3,2013 with the same result/confirmation from the client as the previous one. We had a call from the Client stating the patient had a letter from our office stating she was on a Payment Arrangement and that the account was on her Credit Bureau Report. We stated there was no such letter and explained the Credit Bureau Process. The Client again verified that all the information was correct. We received several more disputes from the Credit Bureau with the same results. We did receive a letter of dispute on May 15,2013 and mailed validation of the debt to [redacted] on May 17,2013. Our Client has not notified us of any change in the status of the account.

Review: Berks Credit ([redacted]) has failed to provide the requested and promised documentation after receiving payment. The Accounts with Berks Credit were paid in full on March 8, 2013 at which time I was ensured that I would recieve (by mail) documentation of said accounts being satisfied. After 2 weeks and still no documentation by mail, I called Berks Credit to request the letters be faxed as it would save time. All of my information was written down, along with a reliable fax #. 3 Days have now passed and I STILL have not received documentation stating that accounts are paid in full and/or satisfied. My last contact was with a Shift Manager at Berks Credit to discuss why the documentation has not been sent.

YOUR TIME REGARDING THIS MATTER IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

A receipt was mailed on 03/11/13. On 03/19/13 we received another request to fax a receipt which was done that day. On 03/25/13 we received another call with a new fax # and again it was faxed that day.

Review: My husbands dr's office turned over an uncollected bill to this company, they never left us know they were collecting this debt and we didn't have any correspondence to inform us of the transfer, we discovered this when we went for a loan and were told there was a bad credit debt reported by Berks Credit, since then we have been trying to work it out by sending payments and they don't credit out account with all the payments we've made, they keep starting over with the original bal. owed instead of CURRENT bal. owed, I just want a correct invoice to pay off bal. owed. We have been in contact on numerous occasions both with Dr. [redacted]'s office and the Berks Credit office to no avail.Desired Settlement: I need a correct amt. owed to pay from and then I need them to report bill satisfied to the credit bureau, my credit report is

This could all have been avoided if they would have responded to my correspondence months ago and left me know that I hadbeen missing 2 checks according to their records, communication is totally lacking in this case.

Review: Berks Credit & Collection have been trying to get me to pay a $100.00 debt that has been paid the day of service was performed, the co payment apparently was not recorded at the doctors office, I told Berks I dispute this debt but they still report to the three credit bureaus .This has been going on for years now and I had to order a cease and desist to Berks to get them to stop their collection attempts. I can not and will not be bullied into paying a debt I already paid, this was the receptions error not to record my co payment at time of service.Also I have not heard a word about owing any money until 2 years after the office visit.Desired Settlement: Cancel the paid debt and remove any & all remarks from all credit reporting agencies.

Review: I have contacted this company for approximately the last six months telling them that the account #[redacted] does not belong to me, I have further stated to them that this account is not mine and that I have requested a debt validation in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure #1.130. To no avail, this company has reported this fraudulent account on my credit file for the past six months and have not validated this fraudulent debt. I have tried to resolve this matter with less confusion as possible and the company has blatantly ignored me and continued to practice unethical tactics in order to get me to pay accounts that are not mine. Review: I have requested proof TWO TIMES that I and no one else accepted whatever this debt is for and have been provided nothing. I'm trying to buy a home and when they reviewed my credit they denied me because of this inaccurate account information. I looked deep into my records, as I keep track of everything in my personal home office and I cannot find anything showing acceptance of this account or ownership. At this point this account is actually preventing me from buying a new home and as a result preventing me from putting food on the table or a roof over my children heads. Review: I have been paying a hospital debt for the birth of my son that insurance didn't cover and that I couldn't afford since 2008. It went to collections and I've been paying monthly. I called a few months ago to obtain my balance and it was just over $100 left. I called again today to see if it was close to being paid in full and was told the balance was $390.47!!!! I was NEVER sent a single invoice showing any of this and was told JUST NOW that a $255.10 collections fee was tacked onto the account. This seems illegal, The woman was RUDE and said it wasn't illedgal. I had to hang up. I just wanted to pay what I owed (and couldn't even afford originally). I am sick to my stomach and disgusted that I have to pay an additional fee that I was never aware of and was told the account was almost paid the last time I called. Healthcare is just a business?!Desired Settlement: I want the mystery collections fee removed and my balance adjusted. I can't afford this and it is ruining my credit.

The patient had signed a financial agreement with the Client stating if placed in collections, the Client may add a collection fee which they did . Review: I guess my complaint involves a health issue, since they are a medical collections agency, however I cannot get any answers from them so I don't know exactly what this is for. They appear on my credit report as a delinquent account that I owe $46 to. I'm trying to clean up my credit report, and want to know what this is so I can either (a) pay it or (b) dispute it, but I can't get any answers from these people. After 4 emails, [redacted] finally answered me and said an itemization would be sent in the mail. For $46, how much itemizing could there possibly be? That was on 4/18/13. I still hadn't received anything by 4/30/13 so I emailed them again. No response. Finally on 5/8/13, after still receiving no response, I sent a 7th email to everyone that had ever read (and ignored, which I know thanks to sending read receipts with my messages) any of my other emails, including the [redacted] email address, the [redacted] email address, [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. Again, ignored. On 5/13/13, I emailed [redacted] and [redacted] again... no response. Review: On July 12, 2009, I became ill where my kids had to drive me to the hospital. Three months later, I received a phone from a representative who said he was from a collection agency I had never heard of before. Matt, he said his name was, was talking rapidly, pressuring me and demanding that I give him my credit card number right then to pay for a bill I knew nothing about. I told the representative to send me bill in the mail. Til this day I still haven't received a bill in the mail. This past April, this collections agency started calling my parents home.Desired Settlement: This company has placed a credit marker on my credit report. I would like for it to be removed. In October I will be paying this bill in full.

Review: In the beginning of April 2014 this company reported that I had an account in collections. It was said to be from April 30, 2008. I attempted to contact the company twice since than (Once in April and once in the beginning of May) and have not gotten a response. In my writing, I requested proof of the debt, their ownership of the debt and that this has not exceeded the statute of limitations. While they couldn't respond to either of my attempts to contact them and receive some sort of verification, they were able to report the debt once again on my credit report in the beginning of May. If they are unable to provide any of this information, they should not be allowed to alter my credit and affect my life in a negative manner. It is extremely frustrating that they could not take the time to write me back with an explanation but they were able to report the debt a 2nd time, effectively keeping my credit score altered and also possibly affecting any type of credit/ loan I could need in the near future.Desired Settlement: 1. At the very least they could have e-mailed me to let me know of the attempted contact, but they did not do that either.

2. The location of the business is within 45 minutes of my address. They are saying they have sent me an itemized bill on May 28th, yet on June 10th I still havn't received that letter in the mail.

I would love to get this issue resolved/cleared up, however I don't feel as though the business has the same common goal, otherwise they would have left a message on the times that they claimed they called. They also wouldn't have taken 9 days to respond to the complaint that I left through the Revdex.com.

Review: This company sent a negative collections report to the credit reporting agencies without ever contacting me about the existence of the account. When my I ran my credit report this year, I found the collection on my credit. When my attorney called the company, the company representative said the company is prohibited from collecting in California so no mail, phone calls, or negotiation was possible for this account. How can a company report to the credit bureau without allowing me the opportunity to dispute the account or even know about it? If they cannot collect in California, then how can they even take the account or report to the credit bureau for the account?

I travel internationally regularly so I have my attorney in Arizona as my address. This address is also reported on my credit bureau report along with my California address.

I offered to settle the account in order to remove it from my credit report but they will not respond because I am still a California resident with a California driver's license.Desired Settlement: I want the account removed from my credit report. If they cannot collect on California residents, then they should not be able to report negatively on the credit report without giving me the opportunity to dispute the account. I should have been notified about the account and given 30 days to pay or dispute the account before it was reported as a collection account.

Review: Berks Credit and Collections is the most un- scrupulous company - They state that they attempted to collect a debt when they did not and they abuse the credit reporting system like it's a toy to force people into paying something they were already 100%willing to pay (HAD I KNOWN ABOUT IT)! Currently there are FIVE negative listings on my credit reports from them.

Two of the accounts are duplicate reporting and were for deductibles for eye surgery. To make that clear they listed the deductibles on my reports TWO TIMES each on TWO deductibles which gives me FOUR negative accounts. Once I saw these listings I called them and asked what they were for. Once I was told I immediately paid them but I asked why they did not contact me. Their reply "I'm not sure, I'm sure they tried". At that point I verified that my contact information was correct and the address was wrong but the telephone has been the same for years

I am/was going through a divorce and have changed residences but I never got a call about this debt. I questioned why this ONE visit to the eye doctor resulted in FOUR collections to which I still have not been informed. I paid these 2 accounts TWICE when there are 2 for $63.00 and 2 for $77.00 which totaled $280 but I believe the amount was supposed to be $140. Now, before I paid this very condescending lady, I specifically asked "will you remove these FOUR nasty marks plus the previously listed account to which she said "YES" but the FIVE accounts remain.

This is certainly one of the most underhanded and deceitful ways I've ever seen to scam people out of their hard earned money with their fake, inaccurate, and abusive use of the credit reporting system.Desired Settlement: $140 refund, an apology, and removal of all FOUR accounts (BCCC[redacted]xx, BCCC[redacted]xx, BCCC[redacted]xx, BCCC[redacted]xx, and BCCC[redacted]xx) from my credit file.

Review: After going to a Dr. and experiencing billing and insurance problems with the doctor, my bill was turned over to BCC. Once talking to the collection agency and giving them the insurance information, I assumed the debt was closed; however, after receiving my first credit report, I discovered a derogatory mark for $20 from two years ago. After calling and asking why I never received a bill or phone call, I was told by the first representative that that was unusual and she herself was curious at why as that was not their standard procedure. She transferred me to her supervisor. The supervisor was extremely rude and after asking why I was never contacted he said there job was not to call and try to collect debts and that that was my problem if I wanted to be contacted. After telling him that I thought he was being disrespectful and I was confused as before the insurance was submitted I was receiving a few calls a day and then suddenly none, thus leading to my assumption that the debt was closed, he said there was nothing that they could or wanted to do to rectify the situation. I will be paying my bill as it is only $20, but I wish I would have been notified early to avoid hurting my credit score. Overall, what upsets me the most about this situation is how disrespectful the supervisor was to me.Desired Settlement: I would like derogatory report taken off of my credit report as this was not an error on my end but theirs as the first representative told me. I would also like an apology from the supervisor I spoke to. I think it is despicable that my credit is now hurt because they switched systems and decided not to call me and let me know the changes to my account and that someone who works in customer service feels that it is ok to talk to customers in that manor.

The account in question was placed for Collections on Oct 7,2011. We spoke to **. [redacted] on October 18,2011 at which time she stated she would have mer Mom call back to pay for her. We also mailed our Validation notice to her the next day. We never her back for her or or moth. We made numerous attempts up to and including January 12,2012 the day we are notified of the insurance payment.

Review: This collection agency clearly said they would report a deficient charge on the wife's credit report even though they are receiving payment per the agreement.Desired Settlement: Change their unacceptable practices and issue and apology for their wrong doing when the agreement was clearly meet and make sure nothing has been reported to her credit report. If it has, I will file a complaint with the FTC and sue the company to have it removed.

Review: My complaint is not about the fact I owed money to a company. My complaint is that I am not being refunded an overpayment immediately after the mistake was pointed out to the company. This company uses an outside vendors called [redacted] to take credit card payment. After setting up a monthly payment plan and making payments for a few months I decided the debit got down to an amount reasonable to pay off all at once. I let the normal monthly payment process and the paid the balance to bring me down to $0.00. On 11/21/2013, I received an email notifying me I would be charged my normal monthly fee. I called Berks Credit and Collection to inform them of this. I was told not to worry about it because the email was probably just sent in error. I was still charged on 11/24/2013 and received an email confirmation which also notified me the my credit card will be charged yet again on 12/24/2013.

After making several phone calls to Berks Credit I still have not received my refund and I am not sure they have taken care of the automatic payments. I find it odd that the managers at berks credit don't know where [redacted] is located but I can find this information. In today's technological world a refund should not take more than 24 hours to issue. I understand the clearing of the funds takes longer.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, a written apology for not taking this problem more seriously, as well as a letter from both Berks credit as well as [redacted] stating that I am removed from all automatic payments. I want berks credit to remove their claims from my credit history as well. I will also need proof from the original creditor that Berks Credit has indeed paid this debt.

I am rejecting this response because: The refund is not the only problem here. I received an email in November stating I am going to be charged once again on December 24, 2013. This should not be happening as I have completed the repayment of my debit. This is the same issue that sparked this whole problem I am having with this company. I am not accepting anything until I stop receiving emails stating I am going to be charged for a debit that is already paid off. Tell the third party vendor to remove my name from their list of people to charge. This is 2013 not 1950. This shouldn't be an issue when someone debit gets to $0.00 regardless of the circumstances.

Review: I had 2 items placed on my credit report with the same account #[redacted] for different amounts. I called Berks to inquire about the debts as I had never been sent a dunning notice so I was never aware of these outstanding balanced that I supposedly owed. The rep I spoke to was extremely rude and basically told me that I should have paid the bills when I received them a long time ago. I tried explaining that I was never sent anything which is why I was calling but was countered with how I should know what bills I owe. Since these two bills are still on my report, I feel that I need a third party to help deal with this agency. It is not the consumer's job to verify the debt that the collection agency is attempting to pursue.Desired Settlement: I would like Berks to delete these tradelines from all 3 credit bureaus and agree to send me a letter stating that this has been done and that my account will not be resold or given to another collection agency.

Review: I received a letter from berks about a month ago saying I was put into collections by [redacted] in [redacted] for a little over $600 for an emergency room visit from april. I was in the emergency room and did apply for charity care ( I had no insurance). I was covered up to 80% and did not know that until I received a bill from [redacted] about 2 weeks before receiving the letter from berks. I called them both because I was confused as to why I was in collections yet, receiving a bill from the hospital. The hospital said they did not put me in collections, meanwhile berks is on my credit report. I called Berks and demanded they call [redacted] and figure out who is in the wrong. I called 2 weeks later and berks said they are still waiting for [redacted]'s to call. So I call [redacted] (hospital) and they said they never received a request from berks to call them and I should fax them a copy of the letter I received from berks. I can't find it so I called berks twice and faxed them asking to send me a copy of the letter via fax. I just spoke to [redacted] at berks and he said they don't fax them and even though they mailed out 2 letter already they are going to mail another one. I told him I only received one and he said ok ok a big white envelope will be arriving to you shortly. He sounded very weird and not trustworthy. I am very angry this is on my credit report. I just filed bankruptcy almost a year ago and i'm trying to rebuild myself and this is a big setback for me.Desired Settlement: I WANT THIS OFF MY CREDIT REPORT ASAP
