Dear Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action has already been taken and the same issue arose with their REPLACED NEW SOFAWe have tested this resolution before and willing to accept the offer againBut if the same issue arises with their second replaced sofa, what does Bell propose we do? I showed the defect to the owner named NAZ at their showroom in Sugar Land TXIt has a manufacturing fault that the middle section of the seater sofa starts to break from the bottom within a couple of weeks of usagePlease keep in mind the middle piece is rarely used because it does not have the reclinerOne would think that early signs of damage should occur on the pieces with reclinersBut this is not the caseThe joint at the bottom damages the middle one because the middle section is designed to be fixed and it cannot take pressure from the side pieces reclining constantlyI am a mechanical engineer with a Master's degree from MichiganI know what is wrong with the designAlso, when a customer is not happy, the owners should not call him and threaten to BREAK THE LEGS if he asks to come to the storeI was clearly told that if I again come to the store, my legs will be brokenI have the phone number that the call came fromMay reveal to the judge if the case goes that far Regards, [redacted] ***

Did they just pull that out of the air????? In fact we have tried to contact the customer on the following dates to arrange pick up and get those chairs exchanged. We left voice messages but the customer did not... call back.
