Our apartment complex also has cameras outside the units which I can obtain the video footage showing if they indeed came by and attempted to try to come to my apartment.3rd of all, this is a copy of my Invoice from ordering online. DO YOU SEE ANYWHERE COMMENTS REGARDING A RESTOCKING FEE OR A NON REFUNDABLE DELIVERY FEE WOULD BE APPLIED? Did they just pull that out of the air????? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action has already been taken and the same issue arose with their REPLACED NEW SOFA. We have tested this resolution before and willing to accept the offer again. But if the same issue arises with their second replaced sofa, what does Bell propose we do? I showed the defect to the owner named NAZ at their showroom in Sugar Land TX. It has a manufacturing fault that the middle section of the 3 seater sofa starts to break from the bottom within a couple of weeks of usage. Please keep in mind the middle piece is rarely used because it does not have the recliner. One would think that early signs of damage should occur on the pieces with recliners. But this is not the case. The joint at the bottom damages the middle one because the middle section is designed to be fixed and it cannot take pressure from the side pieces reclining constantly. I am a mechanical engineer with a Master's degree from Michigan. I know what is wrong with the design. Also, when a customer is not happy, the owners should not call him and threaten to BREAK THE LEGS if he asks to come to the store. I was clearly told that if I again come to the store, my legs will be broken. I have the phone number that the call came from. May reveal to the judge if the case goes that far.

The customer statement of having spent  $ 1200 is not correct at all.  Moreover the customer got FREE WEDGE OTTOMAN along...

with the sectional. 
There was no confusion on the product manufacturing .  It was evident on the price tag itself.  The customer was fully aware of that. 
The customer after having used the Sectional 6 years is asking for the refund.  IS IT JUSTIFIED ?
Our Corporate office has already replied the customer on 09/11/15.
At this moment we are not able to help the customer.

It is OK if Bel wants to pick up the furniture and refund us, but the delivery charge we paid must be included in the refund. We've wasted two day worth of work waiting for the two deliveries ourselves, and that is money too.A simple question to Bel: If you were a customer and received a two-piece sectionals that don't match the showroom display, would you pay for the delivery charge if the merchandise is not replaced ?We like the modern style of the merchandise, all we have asked is give us the same furniture like we saw at the showroom. If Bel can not do that, then refund all our money.

The customer had some issues which were taken care of by the SERVICE TECHNICIAN on 06/24/2015
Again customer complained for which the service was schedule on 12/04/2015 and later...

on rescheduled for 12/13/15.  One of the most competant technician was sent out to take care of the problem.
He talked to Mr. [redacted] ( husband of Ms. [redacted]) and was  her husband was fully satisfied with the services. Mr [redacted] informed that there were no issues whatsoever.
We are unaware of the reasons of this complaint to Revdex.com when there is no problem with the merchandise.

Review: I recently (Sept 2012) purchased a home at [redacted] from this Realty company, who also was the [redacted] of property. When we purchased this property, we signed a contract which included new siding. Upon recent inspection after my wife keep complaining that the coldness keep penetrating the walls and entering the house, I decided to get a company in to check on the quality of my insulation. Upon calling various companies, I was told that the seller (Best Buy Homes) did not use any insulation under the siding they install, and on some parts of the house they even covered the previous aluminum siding without even removing. This has now become a major problem in my household, as I have a newborn baby (* months old) and the place seem to me much colder due to no / poor insulation in the house that I just spent all my money on. I had previous heating issues which was a nightmare to have them take care off.Desired Settlement: Install insulation under siding in my house.

[redacted] signed a contract that he is buying the house as is condition. Therefor, [redacted] hired a licensed home inspector and performed a full inspection of the property. All items that were proposed by [redacted] attorney to be repaired were done accordingly. [redacted] was fully aware to the condition of the property and decided to pursue and purchase the property. [redacted] had a plumbing issue after the closing and even tho seller did not provide any warranties at closing seller sent his plumber to correct his issue out of good faith and at his own cost.

I purchase the house based on commitments made by [redacted] and his partner [redacted]. Many promises were made by [redacted] who was not available at closing, so we was put in a tight position. To my best knowledge they is a bunch of scammers ripping off poor people. They need to be dealt with by the law. I am to go a further step to the Attorney General office. I was recently contacted by an officer from the Attorney General office investigating similar cases within our neighborhood about investors.

How can you sell a house in New York without putting in Insulation in the walls. This is insane. We have a baby in this house, and for a baby to live in this condition, for a house that is purchase for nearly $400,000.00 is just crazy. I had to re-do the concrete work due to flooding on side walk, the cabinets is falling apart, the plumbing issue took us forever to get resolved. I am in the process of replacing roof at this time.

This is total misrepresentation by the seller for advertising a house that is fully renovated. I have a copy of the ad. still in our possession. They buy houses cheap, put small amount of monies into these properties with inferior products and services and then fool us the buyers and we is unaware until we actually live in the house to know the property actual condition.

Please stop playing with people hard earned money.

Let get this insulation issue resolve before its too late.

Lets start with the fact that no one scammed or ripped you off. You saw the house multiple times directly with the [redacted], you hired an attorney, and then you performed a full home inspection by a Licensed Inspector that YOU hired.

I went through the report and you were fully aware of the condition of the property before entering into contract. Also, I was told by seller that you had an issue with some leaks from radiators after closing and they sent a plumber that corrected the issue.

I'm very sorry to hear about your difficulties and hardship but I don't see how this will solve the issue. instead of going on every website and writing "Scammers" and "Fraud" about my company you should have invested the time contacting the seller and as a human being to human being try to explain the situation and the would of helped for sure. After talking to them they said the didn't hear from you since the winter and also your attorney never made any attempt to contact seller attorney.

I wish you all the best and hope you get through this the best way possible.
