Because we had an appointment for service last Wednesday an they never showed up or had the courtesy to call me an reschedule my appointment They don't care furniture is paid for so they don't care Like I said before all the furniture I purchased is broken I purchased a dinning set with chair -one chair is broken an the others are looseI also purchased a king size bed with mattress an two night stand - the king size bed is broken from the side of the rail 1night stand a rail from the drawer is broken the 2nd night Stant the bottom feet is peeling off I also purchased a breakfast table with chains a a piece in the table is broken an it seems like they installed it with double sided tape to stick to the table this where all purchases made they out they ur of I financed they with *** an they have been paid in full I been sleeping in a floor for 1/monthsThe phone # on file is *** attaches is the picture that I had already email the company

As shown in the attached Bel webpage screenshots, the listing price for the sofa & love seat (pieces) is $while the purchase price is $699.41; the listing price for the table is $while the purchase price is $166.41; the listing price for the mattress is $while the purchase price is $After we talked to the store manager, he agreed to correct the mistakes by refunding us the difference between the listing prices and the purchase pricesHowever, instead of doing what he promised, the store changed the listing prices and claimed the revised listing prices match the purchase priceWe consider it commercial fraud and unethical. Note, we never requested cancelling our orderAny unilateral action by the Bel furniture regarding that is against our purchase agreementWhat we request is:Deliver the new furniture we ordered next Friday (6/17/2016) per the purchase agreement;Refund us the difference between the listing prices and purchase prices per the webpages of the day we bought the furniture (6/3/2016).We urge Bel Furniture to correct their mistakes and improve their businessWe also want to protect our right as a customer and prevent other customers from having similar bad experience
