Hello and thank you for your replyIf I missed it, please let me know, however I happened to save the ad called "Black Friday Door Busters"Within that ad is the *** TV for $that I am told by the store sold out the day priorThe store opened at 8:AM and I got there at 8:AMHad the TV's sold out that day before I arrived; I would accept that as my being too lateHowever - that is not the case hereThe ad I received Friday was for Friday, and I simply realized a short time later that those advertised TV's for that Friday event, were simply never there for the Friday eventThat to me is quite unfair and no number of disclaimers change the facts I am presentingI am again requesting Best Buy to live up to something better and allow me to purchase a 49" TV for the advertised price if you cannot honor my original remediation request

I am rejecting this response because:
The TV was NOT mounted in a location to receive rain or other weather elements that would cause damage The technician on the scene never even inspected the television He said it was to high up for him. Best Buy needs to honor the warranty and replace/repair the television No one at Best Buy local retail stores must understand the warranty either and are selling warranties under pretenses I returned to a best buy recently and asked about the warranty and was told AGAIN by a sales repthat the warranty WOULD COVER mounting the tv outdoors as long as it was not in direct path of hard rain, snow, hail etcI've been told on numerous occasions that the warranty will cover most everything unless the screen itself is cracked My job places me in a position to recommend Best Buy to lots of people Our organization purchases MANY tv and electronic products annuallyThis has been a very unnerving experience I was told on two occasions a Best Buy manager would call me directly and yet that never occurred.I am going to go to a Best Buy retail store and video with my phone me asking the question about the warranty and record the response about mounting outdoors on my COVERED patio Then what? I have attached two screen shotsOne is of the gift card that was used with a dollar reward card with the remaining balance to be issued on my credit cardI have additionally attached the original email from best for the dollar rewardWhen I had to purchase these items in addition out of pocket I was not aloud to use the 10dollar reward zone cardThis issue has not been resolved and this was on best buys part as the first screen shot was taken from my best buy appLastly I hAve attached a confirmation email I received after placing my orderThis signified the order was completeBest buy has refunded my gift card but I have not received any compensation for paying out of pocket for these items to receive them after they canceled
