Please re-read the original complaint.  It states that she is deceased.  Also, SHS has not returned the message that I left.  I have called numerous times to speak to the manager of this case and she is always unavailable, so I've left a message which has not been returned.

We will cancel the account without penalty.  Please allow 30 days for the process to complete and ignore any correspondece recieved prior.  After cancellation neither party will have any further obligation to the other.

The account is closed, and considered satisfied, with no balance due. The customer has no any further obligation to Safe home Security regarding this account.  Please let this serve as your requested receipt
