7 months of no response.
A nice guy came to my door offering alarm service, I cancelled my COX to be with you guys thinking it would be a great switch. Wrong! while I ended up saving some money I would of rather paid the extra price and save all the hassle that ive encountered. I will list all the issues.
1. Since November 14th I had multiple issues, I followed up with emails after that and many many phone calls/ NO CALL BACKS/ no response to my emails. I have paper-trails of all my emails.
2. I decided to Cancel May 28th and notified the person who installed my equipment due to the lack of response and my equipment not properly working . Since still no response I decided to put a stop payment to make some noise and get attention.
3. I get a letter asking me to call a different number than what I have- great! I reach out to yeraliz rodriguez, she told me she would be my point of contact- I reached out to her for over a month no response.
4. I make a BBB complaint-
5. I suddenly get a call from Steven Kostek a "Customer service manager" from 1800-833-3211 extension 1191. After speaking with me over the phone and several emails exchange he advised, this was my fault for continuing to communicate with the same people over and over, where other people could of helped me out if I would have kept calling the regular line.. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
6. The contract had my husbands information but they asked for my signature I told them I needed to wait for my husband to sign and they said it was not a contract only the services we were agreeing to. Now Steven wants to hold me to this "contract" and charge me over 2k in penalty fees for cancelling. I made him aware of the irregularities and he continues to enforce this. I DONT WANT TO BE WITH YOU GUYS! CANCEL ME AT NO COST .

We will cancel the account without penalty Please allow days for the process to complete and ignore any correspondece recieved prior After cancellation neither party will have any further obligation to the other

In the event the customer sells their home, they will be eligible for a 90% buyout

We have no customer by that name or account at that addreess Perhaps you have the wrong company ? Can you scan copy of the contract ?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] home security was a separate and distinct local company, not a dealer of Safe Home SecurityAt no time did SHS company representatives make this assertion in any phone calls that I madeThese claims are patently falseSHS has reveived payment every month since the [redacted] installed security system was disconnected on 9-11-They were not the entity performing the monitoring of the system while it was connected, as all alerts and monitoring were handled by [redacted] Any and all attempts that I have made to invoke early termination of the contract based on the clause of early termination after 90% fulfillment have been met with hostile and rude customer service agents that transfer calls to extensions that go to voice mailAfter leaving messages, no one returns my callsI have tried to discuss a negotiated settlement of the remaining terms, but no one from the company will return the messages that I have left making this requestI want these people out of my life Sincerely, Erik L***

[redacted] , The letters you sent simply say the account is closed and paid, we agree I told you that yesterday I recieved a page fax, none of which helps us I need to see the tradeline on a [redacted] credit report showing me that we are reporting you delinquent That was not included with your fax Otherwise if you disputed already with [redacted] as I advised there is nothing further to do at this point
