I have filed a complaint a couple of months ago, things got a little better but they are back to their old ways againI have always paid my bill on time however, they do not pick up our trash when promisedMy trash has sat out there an entire week past the date they are suppose to pick up, trash day was yesterday and the still haven't been byWe now have trash piled up and have no where to go with it because they will not pick up the extra bags that are there because they wont do what they promisedWe have paid for services we are not receivingPlease do something to helpThank you so much!.We would like a refund for last week and for them to pick up on the days they are suppose toWe understand being a day late but this is unacceptable

WCA is experiencing a shortage of drivers which has caused many services issues. This particular location is working diligently to hire qualified drivers in effort to resolve the issues that are at hand. On July 22nd operation manager *** *** noted in the system that he attempted to

I apologize for the delay in removing your trash and recycling carts from your property. We will have a driver come by today, 2/27/to get them collected

I've tried to reach out to Ms*** by phone rather than through the Revdex.com complaint system so we can better explain how our billing worksLeft a voicemail message at *** and awaiting her reply

*** wrote up a release based off the estimate that Mr*** provided He wants the release revised to reflect supplemental funds if more damage is discovered on the vehicle when being worked on This is against *** policy If more damage is found that requires more money to fix than in the original release, Mr*** can request the additional funds at that time This is an insurance industry standard, not including supplemental funds before the vehicle is worked one The customer is demanding on going against ***'s policy Again, he provided an estimate that *** has honored in the release If it takes more money to fix, he can provide *** with a revised estimate Very best - ChristyWCA Executive Assistant

WCA is typically able to retrieve carts within one week of service cancellation. Due to unforeseeable events this process has been delayed. We were able to get in contact with one of our drivers today, 11/4/16, to have the carts removed from this address this afternoon

My Customer Service Representative, Sloane P***, spoke to Mr*** and resolved his issue Below is her report:"I just got off the phone with Mr***He said he does not want a credit for the entire quarterI issued him a $credit for issues he was having and forwarded this on to
