I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would NOT be satisfactory to me.  THEY OFFERED A 2 SENTENCE LIP SERVICE, but no solutions. Trash was NOT picked up again in our subdivision yesterday. I know they have issues all over the city. It amazes me how they continue to get away with this lack of service that we all pay for & they don't feel they owe us any kind of refund. They obviously have too few trucks & workers to handle the work & they don't care!  Maybe a class action law suit would light a fire under their lazy butts... I for one, am sick & tired of this. I hope their business goes straight down the tubes where it belongs. They are worse than the trash they are supposed to pick up!!!

The desired settlement states, "When the next bill comes due I hope they don't expect payment."  We definitely do not expect payment.  We will not be issuing an invoice for January at all.  Mrs. [redacted] is no longer a WCA customer; she cancelled her account.  I made sure that the balance is zero on this now former account.  I'm not sure what else we can do at this point.  WCA has apologized and met the desired settlement. Very best - Christy [redacted]WCA Executive Assistant

OK to close this complaint, but response was not very adequate as far as how they were going to keep this from happening again.  The service credit will not be known until the next billing cycle.  This is only a "fair" quality of service.  Thanks for the Revdex.coms help!

WCA purchased Town & Country Disposal October 1st 2015.  When the company was purchased there were many drivers that were not in compliance with DOT regulations causing a shortage of drivers.   WCA is working diligently to hire drivers that are DOT compliant to perform daily duties in...
