They have my phone numbers, and we have talked. Their responses were unacceptable. Saying they were unable to contact me is a lie.Fortunately another trash service moved into the area and I was able to fire them.

some major changes here at WCA, especially when it comes to customer service.  Please see the compliant you originally filed below: Complaint Details In the last 2 weeks we, as a neighborhood, received new containers. During the time before this we were using our own containers. On Tuesday, June 30, 2015, we, (my family) placed our container that we had purchased within about a month before this, on the curb as usual along with the new containers that we received. The trash men through away our new container. It had trash in it, and since we are a big family the new ones were also full. I contacted that customer service office and spoke with a young lady who stated that my info was being sent to the supervisors in my area and that they would give me a call back. Well 2 days went by and no call nor message so I contacted that office again and this time spoke with a Margaret who before completely listening to my request shut me down and stated that there was nothing that they could do since my personally purchased container was in the truck and disposed of. (I'm not stupid I know this) Again was told that a supervisor was going to call me. But this time she said they had all my info even though she still didn't have my name...I had to offer my information to the rep. She also told me that we are to ONLY use the new Blue containers that the company has provided. Which for my family is difficult since there are 8 people and 3 dogs in the house. I just want to either be reimbursed or credited for my item. I know it was the trash me and not just someone driving by because I checked the surveillance cameras and saw them through it out. Second, my neighbor has moved out and left a trash container out on the curb and the men refuse to take it...it has been sitting there for more that a week now and is becoming a sanitary issue since now it is full maggots. I tried putting it along with my trash but the company never picked it up. So I moved it back over to the neighbor's house because flies were entering my home. Desired Outcome/Settlement Desired Settlement: Refund I would appreciate a refund for my container ...It was a large grey [redacted] brand [redacted] cost was $35 (without tax) .
