I completely disagree with their so call response to my complaint, this sounds like a typical response they use for everyone that sends a complaintThis company needs to be shut down so that no one else will ever get taken advantage of againTheir site does not say what they are applying it says or doeslet me tell you that when you enter the site it is not free to look at the site and it only allows you to put a card number in before you can view their product , this is the scam part of it, the only time it says anything about the is at the top when you are putting in the card number it does not imply that if you start bidding you will get charged for bidding I mean are you serious why would I want to pay cents for every time I place a bidI thought and that's how it comes across that they need your card for future winning bids which I get but not to take money out for every time I place a bidthis is a horrible site and is not clear as I;m sure they are well aware of that's how they get so many peoples money it clearly a well devised scam and they took there time planning out and scamming people out of dollars, I am disgusted that they care able to run a business like this and they are getting away with such a outrageous scamI can not believe a business is allowed to do this to people just for trying out and entering there sitethere is no way that if I knew I was paying and cents for each bid that I would never do itno way not everI guess this is the new way to scam un suspecting people out of easy cash for themselves, shame Shame on youPlease don't allow this company to take advantage of one more person, put a stop to this horrible company and their very vague website that takes money for entering a site and they think they are bidding and paying on only the item they are bidding on but nope that's not the case you are paying to just bid on items, Scam, Scam , ScamI want my money back and you to be put out of business, I will be contacting my lawyer and I will make sure the way you practice business will be put to a stop and for good

I am rejecting this response because:Yes, it true I did not bid for a long timeI realized there were major issues during bidding, and I stopped using the serviceI did win a flash drive once, but not many people were biddingRecently, I decided to play (hoping the game would be fixed) so I monitored the bidding and realized Quikbids still have the same problemI then googled if others were having the same problem, and located a video describing the same problem I was havingI am a former Network Quality Assurance Software Tester, and have failed online programs that didn't meet the criteria of online financial dataIt is obvious to me that Quikbids did not examine the problem I reported. Maybe they are confused on how to test the problemThey can contact me at *** and I can talk someone through defining the problem. Bids still cross over to other items. Again it is obvious that Quibids did not check their software or page for cross biddingWhen someone complains about a software bug or tampering of their software, it should be checked out thoroughly without provocation.Sincerely,*** ***
