I am rejecting this response because: I want the rechargeable phone battery that I won with the bid of $0.86, I want to keep the $bid package that I purchased to bid with which was my first beginners package purchase which they required, I want my $back that they took out of my account without my permission or knowledge which there was no notification about, that's want I want because I would like to keeping using QuiBids, but if they refuse to give back my money then I will file in small claims court for all my money back plus pain and suffering and mental anquiest and will move on and never use QuiBids again and let all my friends and relatives know how Quibids take your money out of your bank account if u purchase anything or not if u just registerThank You for Your time *** ** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I am missing from my account the very mintue I had sign up, I had no option to choose for myself because the button was already selected for meI took a screen shot of a sign up page for quibids and I it was so small that I didnt see itI believe this website used information and I was lead to believe something else then what they actual offI am very upset because this website took my last bucks and I have no way to buy groceries or anything to survive on till next pay day

Just reading your response shows how confusing this QuiBids business/process is, I cannot even understand the double-talking response to my complaint, much less how the bidding process worksMaybe much younger people can, but surely not myselfI think you are taking advantage of people who are elderly and who cannot follow the process easily by making it so complicatedI have filed this complaint against you hoping you would refund my $60.00, but your response indicates that you are not going toSo my complaint against you still stands

QuiBids is incorrectThere are two steps to registerThe first is choosing your username/password/email addressThe second step is where they get youThe next page you come to is where it says to start bidding just scroll downThere you are REQUIRED to enter your credit card information to proceed and says nothing regarding that you are buying the $bid pack other than you can buy oneBut once you put in your credit card info to proceed you are automatically charged the $but without you realizing itUpon further investigation of my own you cannot bypass the second step of entering your credit card info and unknowingly purchasing an unwanted $bid pack unless you close the web page and go back to the initial QuiBids website login pageThis is unethical business practice if you ask meI will not accept a response from QuiBids unless its a full refund of the $
