It is 'not' made clear how this sight works as is obvious from other complaintsWhy would I spend $on items I could have purchased at Wal-Mart or similar store for $- $30.00? It's not logical and certainly not common senseI will send these items back to them for a refundIt is true also what others have said about time being added on instantly when the bid is ending, so you have very small chance of winningMy opinion is this is a company that needs to be looked into as far as fair practices, and/or misleading consumersI do NOT accept the explanation given

I am rejecting this response because: my resolution is to totally negate this deal by returning the iPad and getting a full refund of bids on QuibidsApproximately $Their resolution was for me to return the iPad and they would refund me $I believe the site fraudulently denied me biddingThe bidding for that auction stopped shortly after that with the winner saving 68% off the priceI will participate in mediation to resolve this matter.Is there another government agency that regulates this type of activity? Federal Trade Commission?

My name is *** ***I filed a complaint with your office about QuibidsI wanted to let you know that I filed a dispute with my bank and had my debit card cancelled so that Quibids cannot take the $from my bank accountThe
$was credited to my account so I am not out any moneyThe information you may need is belowI still feel that you need to talk with Quibids and tell them that they need to be more clear about the sign up process and to make it clear when you sign up that the customer is purchasing something so that this will not happen again with someone else

The fact that this is seemingly canned response only indicates further that they are not even interested in understanding what the complaint is actually about
Further, it seems they are uninterested in the fact that some 3rd party may potentially be fraudulently misrepresenting them
And the Revdex.com should be aware that QuiBids is claiming they have an "A" rating from you when they do notSee their Google+ page:

I am rejecting this response because: When registering, the website has ads all over the pageAnd when you get asked for your credit card information that is what it appears they have againWhen I entered my credit card information, it never came up and asked if I was sure, nor did I receive a receipt for the "purchase" like my fiance didI had no idea that it was charging the card because I was not made aware of it until I checked the statementMy fiance and I want our money back, and no longer want anything to do with your website
