No, it is not like an auctionReal auctions don't charge for every bid placedI found out the hard way how your website worksIt is not clear how it works until you are a paying customerI grasped the real cost of using your website only after I attempted to use itIt is not as friendly or auction-like as you or the terms describe, nor is it comparable to eBayUnless I click the item and view the item page, I do not see that each bid costs me $There is no running totalIt is not easy to use for a new userQuibids seems carefully crafted to disguise the real cost of bidding, and blame the consumer when the real cost isn't realizedYour response is insulting

QuiBids was very prompt in responding to my refund requestI received a response from their support team on the same day as my requestAlthough I do disagree the option to purchase a starter bid pak is evident at registration, perhaps their web page needs a makeover

Hello,Hello,Thank you for your email. Unfortunately this user violated our terms and and conditions by opening another account. The gift cards the customer is referring to are the ones that were refunded because you are not allowed to have multiple accounts. Customer was told to
call in the office for an explanation, but wants everything done over email. The customer was refunded for any outstanding products or bids, so they are not out anything and their original account is still active. If you any other questions feel free to contact us.
