I was later contacted and they said that it was the radiatorThey said they would be replacing everything hoses, radiator, thermostatIt was going to be $I picked my car up and two days later it was still leaking in the carI went back and they were like it is the heater coilI told them I had told them that from the beginningThey tried to convince me that it was the radiatorThat it had a lot of holes in itThat is not trueThe car was not smoking from the engineIt was smoking inside the carThe car never overheatedIt had been in the shop a week prior and had an oil changeIf it had as many holes as they said that it had in it there is no way that I could have continued on driving itThey refused to refund my money for unauthorized repairsThey DID NOT fix the problem that I came in there withIt still remains now I have to go to Nissan to fix the heater core $later

This company is one of the best I've ever usedThey are prompt in their shipping, love their magazine, are quick to answer questions and their fabric is really good, too! I highly recommend

On May 28th I ordered $worth of Morning Mist II fabric It is now July 28th and after four different people have all made promises and excuses, I still have NO fabric and NO refund

Good Morning we have been in contact with Mr*** but yet to resolve or come to an agreementMr*** disagrees with our offer seems to be unreasonable and asking for to much even the BAR Repis telling Mr*** that he's asking for too muchWe are going to again meet and speak with
Mr*** to see if we can agree on a termI'm also meeting with the BAR Rep to ensure that we are doing everything possible to assist Mr*** within reason

I ordered some fabric from these people on November 4th, They immediately charged my credit card for the amount of $ They sent me part of my order which totaled $plus $shipping They said they were out of stock on six yards of the last fabric which totaled $ I called them several times and their phone system said they were busy and to leave a message and they would call me back They NEVER did I finally got an answer to my e-mails and they said the fabric would be in in early January I have not heard from them since and have not received the fabric They do not respond to my e-mails telling them that I WANT MY MONEY BACK! (Or even to get my fabric.)
I cannot believe that any reputable business would behave in this manner so I have to assume they are not a reputable business I hope you can help me resolve this

Business states consumer should have received check about a week ago

On March 21, 2016, I went to Big O Tires to have my brakes changed The Technicians were Shane H*** and Cody W*** They did an excellent job with the repair However, I gave instructions that I wanted to keep my front rotors, which were being replaced, and to put them in the back of my pickup They did not comply with my wishes I don't like businesses that don't pay attention to what the customer is wanting, that sends a bad message Companies are there to provide a service

We were bringing a car from *** to our son in *** and had it inspected twice by two different *** *** inspection agenciesThe car passed both times without any issuesWhen my son got the car, he took it to Big O for a BC inspection, and was told that the brakes were so bad, that he couldn't even take it to another mechanicObviously, my son was nervous about taking the car elsewhere and we were not actually thereThey replaced both front and back brakes, even though the brakes on the front had just been replaced months priorWhen we questioned this, he decided to refuse returning the used brake parts to usThe owner ran us down to our son***He told our son that obviously the brakes needed replacing, as the car was years oldIt seems that they just did the repair just because of the age of the car, not because they were actually neededWe have tried to resolve this many times through phone calls and emails,

The BMW was towed in because the vehicle had a large coolant leak, the vehicle was acquired from an estate sale The client received the initial $estimate and was told "to start" The technician removed the intake manifold which exposed several hoses, wiring etc The client was
called back with additional hoses to be replaced during this visit which brought the total to $+/- We through we had a faulty fuel injector/fuel rail that was leaking during removal/installation of the intake manifoldThose parts were replaced at NO CHARGE to the client as they were NOT needed, it was an installation error with the old parts, which we admitted toWe never attempted to "sell" these parts to the client either We replaced several hoses and played "wrong part rodeo" with the dealership when trying to get these parts We would tell them what we needed over the phone and they picked out a part in their computer they thought we needed We accept responsibility for a portion of the time delay as as VIN number was not provided which could have saved us on one part that was ordered Once we had the vehicle running we noticed the radiator was leaking as wellWe called the client and provided the estimate for the repair work for the radiator, once again this is the first time we got the vehicle running since being towed in The client purchased the radiator and we installed it The previous radiator appeared to have been "repaired" by a silicone sealant on the pass side tank and was not holding when heated up and under pressure The client came to pick up the vehicle and began debating the amount of the bill Lanny, the store Manager gave him 15% off the total ticket which was $ The client returned because the vehicle overheated, the technician diagnosed it as a faulty thermostat We as a shop SHOULD have quoted this as part of the initial estimate Because of this we absorbed the $cost for customer satisfaction The client left with a hand shake and a smileTwo weeks later we hear that he isn't happy I contacted the client and found out the vehicle is running rough and he took it somewhere else and they found multiple "misfire codes" and had the spark plugs replacedThe concern of it running rough is still happening according to the client When the vehicle left our shop it had no rough running concern and operated normally I am not sure if the client is unsatisfied because it still has an issue so I offered to refund the client $to bring the total down the $which was the original estimate, after more hoses were exposed We replaced everything we quoted along with the fuel rail and (1) fuel injector as we thought they were faulty which is why we charged the client $for those two items On top of the offer to refund the client the $I offered to give the client a $in house credit to have his vehicle worked on at another location of ours The client insisted on $1,refund back to the original amount of $ So far We have offered/discounted $(taken off ticket already), $(thermostat done for free), $and the $store credit, totaling $1,More than he's asking for, he wants $1,on top of the $already given and the $thermostat (already installed). Please feel free to reach me with any questions. Brian Sandoval***District Manager

Big o tires tried tell me all of my ball joints and control arms are worn out and needed to be replaced along with pitman arm and idler arm plus alignment for a grand total of dollars plus tax.I took my truck to another shop for further evaluation and it turns out none of the control arms or ball joints needed replacement. They were going to charge me about 1,dollars for repairs I absolutely did not need. This shop is very dishonest indeed and consumer beware because they are crooks. They are located at S.Beeline Hwy Payson AZ 85541.Do not take your vehicle there you will be ripped off.I got my truck fixed for dollars at an honest shop

I have been in telephone contact with this guest and I am working on resolving this issueThe guest has claimed that our business is responsible for damaging her sway bar links when we installed the rear shocks on her vehicleI spoke with the shop and the technician that replaced her
sway bar links after we replaced the rear shocks and he told me that the sway bar links were replaced because of wear and tearI asked him again wording it differently and he told me that our shock installation had no bearing on his recommending and replacing the stabilizer links on her carThe guest is claiming that we are responsible for repayment to her for the cost of having the rear shocks inspected and then remounted, the stabilizer links replaced (both rear and front), the cost of renting a car for days, as well as several rides on ***Adding up the receipts that she provided me the amounts total $636.90, but she has requested reimbursement of $from our corporate consumer complaint groupBased on my investigation we did failed to install the rear shocks correctly when we originally worked on the car on 06/29/She took it to another shop and spent $to have the car looked at where they determined that on of the mounting bolts for the upper shock mount on the right rear was installed incorrectlyThe guest is due compensation for this error of at least the $she spent to have the care looked at but as of this date we have not come to an agreement as to what that amount will be

Dear Revdex.com, I absolutely reject this resolutionThis branch is a complete jokeI look forward to spreading the word, through social media, and to everyone out in San Tan ValleyPeople should know this business(if we call it that) is dangerous and has an F in customer serviceWhat the owner and others didn't say is that before they apologized they stated "It Happens"One phrase you should never say to a customerAlso they never rushed to the scene, it took them about minutes to do anything because that's how sympathetic they wereThe owner of this branch should be ashamed of himself, he has a bunch of ***s working for him which makes him a ***
