Big O Tire and TBC Corp are not accepting responsibility for what they have caused.Instead choosing to point the finger at everyone else.After repeated attemps to contact them to resolve this matter had failed, they finally sent a letter offering only to replace the keys that they lost and expecting me to sign a waiverBasically telling me not to discuss the sitiation with anyoneThe total of what they have cost me out of pocket to date is over $4000, and does not even including the damage to my car and the stress, physical pain etcthat they put a disabled person through.Another repair shop is currectly investigating the damages caused by Big O's negligence

Our sons vehicle was to be repaired and it was not done to his satisfaction and they would provide an adjuster to come look at the vehicle, *** *** was the adjuster in another state and refused to listen to us and refused to send an adjustet to look at the vehicle, also he talked very ugly and rude to us on the phone anf refused to listen to us at all., I also contacted several o Tty her people in that business and they refused to help us, I would never recommend thi sdd company at all or will we ever do business with them again All this company foes is kerp passing the problem on to someone else and th err y never call you back

I have visited Hamilton and shopped at the different quilt stores several times All of the employees are friendly and helpful I have also used the web site and I am always pleased with the material, patterns, notions, and other things I have purchased They even have a "man cave" for my husband to wait in when he doesn't want to follow me from store to store!

Alonzo helped my son and husband order tires for son's truck He told them total would be $1,and that included tires, alignment, balance and rotateHe also told him there would be $rebate Before they left they had him repeat price a couple of times, it was $1,with rebate it would be $The tires were ordered and I was to bring truck and payment next day My son gave me the money When I left the truck, I had Alonzo reclarify total I did not have enough money The rebate was a mail in not an automatic deductionAlonzo used the calculator and gave me the total I would need when I returned to pick up the truckI had him repeat three times, I input it in my phone and my daughter was a witness, the total due when I returned would be $1,When I returned, the price increased to $1,I had to go to bank again and he would not acknowledge what he didThe tires are nice and Leanne River was an excellent customer service representative, but as far as the customer service and business practices of the others I would say they are a very very poor example! !!

I sent a quilt top to Missouri Star Quilt Company to be quilted, and I couldn't be happier with it! It's beautifulIt took weeks, but it was worth waiting for, and the price is reasonable

They called my home once and left a message When I dropped the vehicle off, I told them I would not be at home My feeling is they should not have completed the oil change without my approval on the amount Also, the same oil can be purchased at *** for $for gallons You would think a large purchaser like Big O would get a break on the price Of course I was upset when the oil change cost times the amount Also they knew what kind of vehicle it was and should have told me there might be an issue with regular oil The fact I was lat by miles is not the issue, the issue is they charged triple without my permission

Ordered fabric on 8/12/16, usually receive orders in one week from other fabric companies, so I called to ask about order on 8/because the status still had not changed from paid ( yes they charged my credit card account the day of the order) they told me my order was being cut as we spoke Still no change to status on 8/23, so I did an on line chat, they also told me my fabric was being cut as we spoke Still no change to status on 8/25/ so did another "chat", pretty much getting a run a round at this point, finally told them to have a manager call me on the 26th, they said that would happen first thing this morning, still have not had the call, tried a chat again today, finally told them to cancel the order They keep telling me they are cuts behind, I finally told them if they are that far behind and can't find help to catch them up they should stop taking orders until they can catch up Whey should they get the use of my money and then string me along like thisWill nev

An order that I submitted was returned to this company because they did not include my PO BoxWhen I told Anna McQueen (employee of company) that they had to add the PO BoxShe emailed me back that the PO Box WAS on the labelShe LIED! The post office produced a picture of the label and it was clear that the # was NOT on itIf they lie about this what else do they lie aboutI emailed Ms McQueen and got no replyI will never use this company again or visit their town againI was so disappointed to find out they are not what they project on their site or in their town

The owner was not aware of problemI met with customer at the store and diagnosed the problemI replaced tire, and rebalanced all tires, test drove vehicle with customer who was satisfied with the resultsThe owner responded and if any other issues should arise, to please contactThe owner

I have been doing business with BIG O TIRES since Up until now, they did well at resolving issues regarding my vehicles On June 18, 2014, my wife and took our Lincoln MKX to them for an oil change and pre-vacation check-up, and they recommended replacing shocks and struts Since they had the vehicle already, we agreed to the service because we trusted them However, when we received the final estimate, we felt it was excessive Therefore, we researched other car dealers and discovered that BIG O routinely raises the costs of its parts to the consumer by 50% When I confronted the management (***), he informed me that most shops "jack up their rates 100% on parts." I then contacted four Ford/Lincoln dealers to inquire of their parts mark-up Without fail, each dealership quoted me 25% mais standard I feel that a 50% maon parts is counter-productive to good business practice When I asked for a resolution (refund), *** informed me that he was "just following the owner's orders." Even our warranty company (Carefree Car Protection) would not cover the total amount because they felt it was excessive as well A modest maof 25% is reasonable; however, doubling that is punitive I attempted on two occasions to work this situation out with Big O to no avail

My vehicle was hit by someone insured with GuideOneThe representative is acting with complete disregard to my schedule on getting the repairs done
My vehicle was struck by a person that is insures with Guide OneThe person admitted fault and now the representative is telling me that I can only take my vehicle to the shop for repairs on a Monday and TuesdayI attempted to explain that I have to work with my schedule and not theirsHe then proceeded to tell me that I would be responsible for any additional charges that were accrued from a rental vehicleThe representative is extremely disrespectful of anyone's time but his ownI did not ask to be in an accident, I am merely trying to correct what has happenedIt took me about three emails to get a contact name and number other than his own

We replaced all four tires on Mr***'s carI guess he fell to call and update your recordsCopy of invoice attachedThe Sales man has years' experience in the businessYou don't get certified to sale tiresThe salesman rode in the car on different occasions with Mr*** driving and
they could not get the car to "shimmer" or even show any signs of driving difficultyMr*** would not be satisfied there wasn't anything wrong with the tiresWe contacted corporate they agreed the tires were not bad but let us honor the warranty and replace the tiresWe pride ourselves in satisfaction of our customers.Our customers are very valuable to usWe do believe we honored our warranty.Sincerely,*** *** Owner/President

On 7/21/*** *** brought a Mercury Grand Marquis to our store for a wheel alignment, Mr*** had just purchased USED tires at another establishment that already had irregular wear on them and had wheels on his car that were the wrong fitment, Due to the wheel offset being wrong, they
stuck out farther than they should causing the tire to hit/rub the fender when hitting bumps and turning the steering wheel sharplyWe aligned Mr***s car to factory specifications, and informed him of the wheel fitment.On 8/16/Mr*** returned to our store saying we didn't properly align his car, We showed him the alignment printout where the car was in fact aligned to specificationsWe even offered to pull his car back in & show him the current measurements but he declinedHe stated he was taking the Carelsewhere.In his complaint Mr*** states that employees "yelled at' his girlfriendThis is completely false; no one yelled at or spoke negatively to either Mr*** or his girlfriend.Mr*** then apparently took his car to a competitor and without even looking at the car per Mr***) they told him we modified the cars specsThen the shop supposedly pulled the car in with Mr*** not present) and did another printout saying we modified his specsSomething they'd already told him before even looking at the car or pulling it on a rack.Bottom line, we offered to pull Mr***s car in and physically show him the specifications but HE declined without even giving us a chance to show himTo reiterate, Mr*** came in with used tires that already had irregular wear & wheels that are the wrong offset for the car, causing them to "stick out"We did all we could do to try and not only explain, but show Mr*** the issue he was having but he was unwilling to do so.Manager

Made payments to an Insurance policy I cancelled months ago
August I cancelled my insurance with Guide One, I called and faxed a letter November 26th I noticed the payment was still coming out of my accountMonday morning November 28th I called to inform them of the situation I still had my faxes that I previously faxed them they wanted that along with copy of my new insurance policy when I talked to the agent she said everything is handled I called corporate days later to check on the process the agent I talked to told me my refund would not be mailed but deposited into my account in to business daysI called back December 8, cause now it has been business days only to find out that it has not been processed at all and refunds take weeks this is not how you handle business I really feel I should have been refunded my money in one to two days cause that was that company's mistake now I have to wait even longer and that just suppose to be accepted

I worked with ben he told me he looked up the rims and that they were ok on the audi on the ride home I felt the tires rubbing I brought the car back in and ben reassured me that they were fine a couple days later a couple of tires popped they were hitting the suspension and put a rip all around every tire like a cut I have complained numerous times to corporate I received one phone call from the owner who proceded to yell at me

I am rejecting this response because:? First of all, I did not recieve any confirmation that I wouldn't be charged for the ringsI called to ask how much they were and got the an answer of "I can't remember off the top of my head but it's not much"Secondly, I do not want the hub centric ringsI do not want this company touching my tires again, purely out of fear of them messing something upI have already gotten my tires rebalance from someone else WITHOUT THESE RINGSThey are not, and never were, needed for my wheels.? ? I want a refund for the service that I paid for because I had to pay someone else to fix this mess.? ? As for the tires, it is true that I signed the invoice because I did not carefully read what you were charging me for, so that is my fault for trusting the company without reading what I was signingI will get the tires replaced elsewhere.?

This was a special order wheel from back east? There was @ a $deposit? This was non refundable and non returnable? The consumer found a used tire for less money? On the consumer's receipt was printing a 25% restocking fee? I honored this and refunded 75%

I am rejecting this response because:  When you sell someone a software, you should allowed them to be able to change the password/username or to be able to log in.  The issue was nothing technical that needs technical service.  The issue was we are locked out of the system that we paid in full.  There was no way for us to be able to reset password/username to get back in.  In addition, we have use  d the same password/username, there shouldn't be any reason for us to get locked out completely.  Even if we accidentally entered in wrong password/username, we should be able to reset it since we bought and own the system!  There was absolutely options or ways to reset it.  This company is very shady in doing business.
