We have already provided an explanation that the complainants vehicle was not damaged from towingThe vehicle was inspected and driven off the lot by complainant

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.I called them several times and was always directed back to there email addressI sent over everything they asked for in regard to there process of filing a complaintAs well as being on three way when my insurance attempted to contact themI reached a gentle one day that confirmed that my fax had been received and that he would have someone by the name of Renee contact meAfter waiting and not receiving a call I called backWhen I reached her she directed me to the email adress stating she had nothing to do with claimsI them sent an email after speaking with her asking for someone to reach out to me because it has been two weeksAnd if I did the receive a response I would seek legal representationAnd although they got the email I was never contactedAnd because of the damages done to my car I had to file on my insuranceAs well as paying a deductible just to have my car declared a total loss because of how they decided to treat my car when towing itThere claim paper said give a description of the damages as well as a estimate and that's what I didAs well as making several phone callsThey never reached out to me nor my insurance requesting more infoI have all of the paperwork that was sent over to them Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Regards, [redacted]

Complainants vehicle was towed for an altered visitors pass resulting the tow being initiatedShe then retrieved her vehicle from the facilityThe Claims Department was notified via email days later after the release from the complainant, alleging that her vehicle was damaged from the towThe damages she is claiming would not be possible from the tow

I did not even get a chance to tell them towers that took my car I was moving it because thy did not stop towing even after they saw me behind the car flagging them downI am not satisfied with thisI need my back back I have missed work and this was illegal for your towers to come and take my car when I’m two feet away from the car and trying to flag them themI have call you yours and you guy have blocked my phone number so I cannot get in touch with you! The front part of my car bumper is torn off and it’s you guys fault! Here is a picture of my car in your lot with the bumper town off and you cannot say it was like that because here is the picture that you also took with your tow truck camera and the truck is beside me and I was sitting in that truck when your tow truck guys block me in with the sec tow truck Regards, [redacted]

We have filed a theft report with the City of Arlington for the items removed from the vehicleWe will see them in court The owner of Black Bull may be an attorney but we will pursue this because this company has a long history of damaging vehicles, towing vehicles with stickers, and lying about itThey prey on people and count on people being ignorant of their rights and unable to devote the time off work to pursue the claimsThey should be shut downApartment Complexes and businesses should be very wary of signing contracts with this firm
