We have already addressed the reason complainants vehicle was towed. We will be more than happy to let the courts settle the bogus claim. WE have provided all information to you regarding filing a case in court if that's what you choose. Best regards.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.It has been numerous days gone by without any type of correspondence letting me know that these multiple issues are being taken seriously, being handled, and are going to stop costing me time and money. I have yet to receive a eta of damage repairs, refund for the illegal towing of my car which was proven by pictures and lack of signage placed in responsibility of the Tow company from what the apartment complex notified me. I was parked correctly and had parking permit visible, yet was towed, charged 300.00 (because they do not provide change) plus damages to my new car, missed time from work for estimates that have been claimed not to have been received all at once... I am to my boiling point with the stress of this indecent and just want to be compensated and have my car repaired to the way it was before BlackBull Tow Company decided to illegally tow and damage it.

I am rejecting this response because:As I stated in my first complaint about this company they towed my car without giving me the opportunity to get another pass from the office. As you can see by the attached picture...

that the two passes I got were consistent and dates but were only issued to me for 3 days at a time. My car was towed before the office opened. The office did not open until 10 a.m. when I was able to go and get the second pass that allowed me to park in the parking lot from the December 30th until January 2nd. The office only gives passes for 3 days at a time I was unable to get the second pass until the office opened at 10 a.m. on December 30th. My car was also towed from a parking spot in the parking lot of the apartment place where there was no and is still no signage stating that my car will be towed. I am still seeking to be reimbursed for the monies paid to this company as they towed my car using unfair business practices.

I have provided Black bull towing the information to view the police video that proves they damanged my vehicle. They were informed to view viod at the Police Headquarters at [redacted] Black Bull Towing has refused to view video footage. I have several emails with communcation from me to Black Bull towing advising them of the above information. They refused to accept responsibilty so there company has been fired from doing business with Capstone Management/View at Lake Highlands.Regards,[redacted]

We need more information regarding the vehicle that was towed. License plate number or vin. number. Thank you.

We have filed a theft report with the City of Arlington for the items removed from the vehicle. We will see them in court.  The owner of Black Bull may be an attorney but we will pursue this because this company has a long history of damaging vehicles, towing vehicles with stickers, and lying about it. They prey on people and count on people being ignorant of their rights and unable to devote the time off work to pursue the claims. They should be shut down. Apartment Complexes and businesses should be very wary of signing contracts with this firm.

Please provide the call receipt number on your paperwork, as well as the year make and model of the vehicle towed. Thank you.

The vehicle was towed for an expired pass.

The location you were towed from is head-in parking only at the time the vehicle was towed.

Complainant/ Chase has the correct information regarding the law firm she is inquiring about per her request. She will need to communicate directly with them.

Complainants vehicle was towed on 5/12/16 for no permit. Complainant also has knowledge regarding the towing rules for the property and chose not to abide by them resulting in his/her vehicle getting towed. Photos are attached showing no permit in the windshield of complainants vehicle.  The property provided the thirty day cancellation on 5/12/16 based on the false information provided by the complainant so they would not have to pay to get the vehicle back. This was a valid tow and no refund will be provided.

We need the year, make, and model of the vehicle towed along with the call# on your paperwork before we can proceed. Thanks for your time.

I am rejecting this response because:The damages to my vehicle were not visible at the time it was picked up and my vehicle started acting up after it was picked up. I did not assume the tow company had damaged my vehicle and proceeded to buy a new gas cap. I can show a copy of that receipt. When the issue did not clear, I proceeded with taking the car in to the dealership that has been serving my oil changes. They can vouch the damages to my car were doing by the tow truck as those damages were not present the weekend prior to the tow when they changed my oil.

Complainant was towed for altering her parking pass. As a resident she knows that you cannot transfer stickers from one vehicle to another. Complainant indicated that she had items removed from her vehicle. The drivers do not enter the vehicles, and by her claims of all the expensive items she says...

were removed, why would you leave such items in a apartment complex within a high crime rate location? Parking passes are to be obtained if a tenant has guest at her property.

You inspected your vehicle at the facility when you retrieved it, drove the vehicle for 9 days and then decided to file a damage claim. It appears that you may have some mechanical issues with your vehicle and the damages you are claiming could not be caused by towing of the vehicle.
