They have a towing contract with my apartments in Mesquite, TX and they are charging or guest $4.32 to park in visitors parking.

The vehicle was towed for an expired pass

No documents were provided by the complainant except a body shop estimate (no pictures of damage etc...)This does not validate if any damage was in fact done by the company The alledged damage that she claims with the Revdex.com contradicts ,the claim form provided to the company

This company is llyingThe sticker affixed to the windshield of that car that night was new, it was never affixed to another auto until I personall walked out there and handed it to ***The car was properly parkedThey opened the car door and attempted to remove the stickerIt appears that they tried to reaffix it before returning the carThe manager of the apartment complex insisted that they return the carBlack Bull towed the car back to usWe did not pay to get the car backDoesn't that say something about how valid their claims are that they had authority to tow that car in the first place

We need more specific information to look further into the complaintThe year, make and model of the vehicleThe dates the tows took place and the property the tow was initiated fromThanks

Mrs*** has failed to provide any supporting documentation of her alleged allegations after having several months to do soShe has been referred to our legal department per her request and has not been cooperative in working with them

at the apartment complex on their tennis court.there was NO SIGN POSTED on this bldg where we parked!i have pictures to verify my word.the entire dance class was invited to this event and was told to park here.there was nothing posted on this bldgwhere my car was parked saying TOWING , nor was there any sign stating you need a pass.'this storage facility my car was taken to was miles from where he towed my vehicle from and they charged me $

I have gone above and
beyond my ability to provide everything this company required me to provide regarding the illegal tow, provided different estimates, pictures, and have called numerous timesThis company provided me with a copy of the receipt so they definitely have the receipt information so that is a unique request that is a stall of time I believeI was told not to file any claim until after the night I picked up the car to find out I had by there policyI followed and provided everything which took time out of my work day

Please provide a copy of the call receipt so we can attempt to identify the information regarding the tow. If the complainant jumped the fence as he claims then you will be taken to jail for trespassing just like any other business or place of residenceIts very unfortunate that complainant
failed to wait his turn as only one customer at a time can be serviced
