Black Bull Towing is lying. They removed the pass from the windshield and lied when we called by telling us that there was no parking decal on the vehicle. I do not own a car. I am given 2 parking decals a month and the one affixed to Becky Stumbaugh's car was a new one which I personally took outside and watched her daughter [redacted] affix to the vehicle.  Our manager insisted that they return the vehicle to our parking lot because they had violated the contract by towing a car with a current parking decal. The car was towed back to my apartment between 4 and 4:30 p.m. the next day. Personal property in the car was missing including an Aces laptop computer, wallet with $146 in cash, men's 14K white gold wedding band with six diamonds, man's armani watch, pair of Revo sunglasses, and a birth certificate. The Birth Certificate was in a file folder with a stock report showing stocks in excess of $130K. The papers were in the trunk and when the car was returned they were strown all over the trunk and the birth certificate of the person who was shown on the stock report as the owner was gone! These people are disreputable. They habitually remove stickers from cars when they tow them. This time they are a disadvantage because instead of it merely being a "he said she said" between them and the car owner, I was a witness that the car had the sticker on it. I am the person who is the renter at the apartment complex where Black Bull preys on the residents and visitors. I personally walked to the car and watched my friend's daughter affix the sticker to the windshield about 2 hours before Black Bull came onto the lot and towed a car with a current sticker which was properly parked in our lot.

the property where my car was towed without authorization, provided the emails regarding BlackBull Towing not having authorization to tow there anymore. She was very upset that they did this.

I followed instructions given by them. As well as informed a member of their team the day I came to pick up my car the it was damaged to the ointment it was undriveable. My car steed in there property for three days until a tow truck picked up the car and MD delivered it to a shop for an estimate. BBlack bull towing never contacted me after reviewing the fax I sent which questions nor concerns. Nor did they reply to attempt from my insurance company. I have pics as well as a claim filed through. My insurance as well as the tow from there property  to the shop.

I am rejecting this response because:And again I reiterate, the damage was under the car, not visible unless I had an opportunity to lift the car and view underneath. If that is what you all expect people to do, you should offer that option at the time of pick up. Also you were not present at the time of the tow to be able to document how your driver towed the car. I have the parta that were replaced that show where the driver placed the hook on plastic and tore through it.

I have provided all requested documents to the company and sent copies of documents to Corporate office of the apartment complex. Black Bull received all information to view video footage from police department and 2 different repair estimate per there request. The corporate office of apartments gave black bull towing the opportunity to resolve and repair my vehicle or their services would be terminated. Due to the black bull towing refusing to resolve matter there company was fired. As previously stated I have made several attempts to confirm their attorney and again the law firm stated they do not represent black bull towing. The law office confirmed they did have business in the past however not currently. I have all email correspondence if needed to reference.

Sure Storage accepts multiple forms of payment for retrieval of your vehicle. You stated that you used your credit card which was declined after multiple attempts. No refund will be given. Take care.

I am rejecting this response because:It was your driver hooking up the car to pull it out of the spot that attached the hook to the wrong spot and pulled on the plastic cover, onto the canister of the EVAP system along with the cables that go to the gas tank and sensors. That damage was not present before you all towed it and the EVAP light turned on within minutes of me leaving the storage facility.Also no where at your storage facility, receipt or invoice does it state I have 7 days to come to you all for repairs and the state law is 2 years.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.I called them several times and was always directed back to there email address. I sent over everything they asked for in regard to there process of filing a complaint. As well as being on three way when my insurance attempted to contact them. I reached a gentle one day that confirmed that my fax had been received and that he would have someone by the name of Renee contact me. After waiting and not receiving a call I called back. When I reached her she directed me to the email adress stating she had nothing to do with claims. I them sent an email after speaking with her asking for someone to reach out to me because it has been two weeks. And if I did the receive a response I would seek legal representation. And although they got the email I was never contacted. And because of the damages done to my car I had to file on my insurance. As well as paying a deductible just to have my car declared a total loss because of how they decided to treat my car when towing it. There claim paper said give a description  of the damages as well as a estimate  and that's what I did. As well as making several phone calls. They never reached out to me nor my insurance  requesting more info. I have all of the paperwork that was sent over to them.

Complainant was parked under the carport without a sticker, permit or pass. The property has designated visitor spots that complainant would have had to park without the proper pass.

license plate to determine his reason for being towed, as nothing was provided in his complaint.
