The complainants vehicle was towed for no permit. No refund will be issued.

I am a resident, there are no signs stating that a permit was required to park under the carport. The sign that Black Bull has posted states that residents or visitors must have a permit and it can not be expired, which the apartment complex does not give. There are only a couple of visitor parking spots which are labeled for "Future Resedents".My vehicle was wrongfully towed from my apartment complex.

The complainant has the correct contact information. The firm has indicated they have not spoke with the complainant.

We already responded, complainant was towed for having an altered parking pass.

Black Bull Towing has not referred anything to their legal department. I was informed to make contact with the Huhem Law Firm. I called the attorney office and they stated they do not represent Black Bull Towing. Black Bull Towing is refusing to take responsibility for their actions. They are aware of the damages to my vehicle and to justify their mishap they told me I shouldn't have backed my vehicle into my parking spot. This matter is not resolved.

Black Bull towing is lying. The parking sticker had never been affixed to an automobile until a few hours before the car was towed. I still have the other sticker on its' original paper. These people are disreputable crooks and we will see them in court. I will personally pay the court cost for this to go to court because this firm deserves to be shut down.  They towed an automobile with a sticker affixed to the windshiield which was current and which was parked appropriately. They removed personal possessions from the car and refuse to provide a copy of the inventory. They refuse to return the items they removed from the car. This is automobile that they actually towed BACK to my apartment when management informed them that they had violated the contract. There is damage to the door. The owner of the car is getting estimates now on repair.l We are filing theft reports with the City of Arlington for the items which were locked in the glove box and trunk of the car. As for high crime area, I have lived in this complex for over 7 years and this is the only time that anything of mine or anything belonging to any of my guest has been taken from an automobile. The major contributor to crime on our parking lot appears to be Black Bull towing.  Their claim that the sticker was tampered with is lame and will not stand up.  They are clutching at straws to cover their illegal actions. They did not provide the required notice that the owner of the car has 14 days to file in a JP court. I will do everything in my power to see that this company losing its license. They are consistently disreputable, violating the laws and preying on people who are usually living from pay check to pay check and do not have the resources to fight back. I have the resources and I will fight back and I will see that my friend is compensated for the damage they have done. The laptop has the only copy of photos of the grandbaby and personal records which have value far beyond the cost of the laptop. Black Bull has a small window in which to "discover" that they are mistaken and have the items they took from this car.  I recommend that they examine their inventory logs and storage areas and speak with the tow driver. It will cost them less if they act promptly. It will probably cost them much more the longer they wait. This is not going away. Lying about the sticker will not cover their actions. They are the ones who removed the sticker and attempted to put it back on when they towed the car back the next afternoon. I watched as the daughter of my friend took the new sticker I handed her and put it on the windshield of the car a few hours before Black Bull towed the car..

The complainant failed to provide documentation of the alleged damage. Only a body shop estimate was provided with a brief statement that is conflicting to the one filed with Revdex.com. Complainant advised that she was seeking legal so we forwarded the information to our legal department.

Complainant/ [redacted] was towed from Meadow Ridge Apartments not the Academy parking lot as he alleges.

The vehicle was towed for an expired visitors pass.
