It appears that the vehicle was parked on an apartment property instead of parking at the location the event was hostedThe property requires a permit or pass to be issued to be on the property

Once again this has been referred to our legal department that complainant has already been in contact with

We need additional information regarding the alleged tow that took placeWe need a copy of the call receipt from the complainant and the photos she claims to have of damages. If Black Bull causes damages to the vehicle the consumer is notified and the repairs or madeBlack Bull Towing has a
damage claim department in which complainant has failed to file a damage claim regarding her allegations

After review of the complaint, it appears the complainant failed to note in his Revdex.com complaint that Black Bull just received his estimate of the alleged damages on 1/25/His claim is currently under review with the claims department

Complainant is correctHe was parked in a visitors area without the required stickerHe was visiting a tenant that is aware of the towing rules for the property and failed to get the required sticker for the complainant/guestSignage is posted on all properties serviced as wellThe information
regarding him filing a case for tow hearing is at the bottom of his paperwork he received if he disputes the tow

When damages are claimed by the consumer there is a damage claim processThe complainant failed to file a damage claimThe allegations of the insurance are completely as insurance is required for all motor vehicles operating on Texas roads

Complainant has not filed a damage claim to be reviewed by the company to see what damages if any damages actually occurred

We need more information to allow a responsePlease provide the year, make, model of the vehicle towed and date of tow

I followed thw instructions on there claim sheet which I can email or fax overAnd they received it but never contacted meI came on Monday to get me car out of town just to find it has been damagedLet it on their property for days until it was towed away by my insurance companyI took pics and video as well as noted the cashier within five minutes after paying gerShe said fill out the claim form and fax it overI did exactly that and still no one from the business contacted me Although I reached out to them several times.If you need a copy of the claim form or fax I can provide that

***Regardless if the multiple payments the company takes, I provided a working credit card to be usedOne worker claims the cc machine was not working and then another stated it was working fineThis company misleads people to rack up feesOn top of lying that they would have the tow men assist in jumping the car if we paid the fee and they moved it to the front of the propertyThey just dropped the car and refused to help jump itThis company scams and lies and needs to be investigated
