I will gladly send pictures!where I parked, there were NO signs posted saying they would tow my vehicle!!! There were no signs all the way down the bldg.the school teacher and staff members were parked right beside me for over two hours before I parked there. They had older Vehicles, I have a convertible Camaro.this is a reoccurring issue with this company. I looked at all the many complaints from internet and they do this all the time as well as stripped and damaged many pls vehicles

The one picture provided by complainant/Lara clearly shows an older paint job with many imperfections based on the age of the vehicle. The clear coat is peeling off the vehicle as well as the paint.

I am rejecting this response because:it wasn’t a visitors parking because he even said the visitors parking was across  the street. It wasn’t reserve parking because no where on the premises did it state that.

car flagging them down. I am not satisfied with this. I need my back back I have missed work and this was illegal for your towers to come and take my car when I’m two feet away from the car and trying to flag them them. I have call you yours and you guy have blocked my phone number so I cannot get in touch with you! The front part of my car bumper is torn off and it’s you guys fault! Here is a picture of my car in your lot with the bumper town off and you cannot say it was like that because here is the picture that you also took with your tow truck camera and the truck is beside me and I was sitting in that truck when your tow truck guys block me in with the sec tow truck.

Signage is posted at the property entrances at a minimum.

No documents were provided by the complainant except a body shop estimate (no pictures of damage etc...). This does not validate if any damage was in fact done by the company . The alledged damage that she claims with the Revdex.com contradicts ,the claim form provided to the company.

Mrs. [redacted] was provided with the company's attorney information and has reached out to the correct law firm . They are aware of her allegations and she has been asked multiple times to communicate directly with them.

We have already provided an explanation that the complainants vehicle was not damaged from towing. The vehicle was inspected and driven off the lot by complainant.

It appears that you were parked in a visitors spot or reserved spot without a required permit that you or the tenant you were visiting should have obtained. The driver allowed you to pay a "drop fee" which was less than the 125.00 standard drop fee rate.

Before finding out or being "told" that only one of the estimates were recieved I promptly had them resent! Both were sent the same day including pictures but I was told to resend or to send in the 2nd estimate again on the 25 in which I did.
