Customer has never contacted bluum in any way to discuss her cancellation issue therefore, there was no way of us knowing there was a problem processing her request since cancellation instructions are located on our support pageWe have cancelled the subscription so no other charges will be applied unless she decides to reactivate

Customer placed original order on On the customer upgraded to a 6-month term to start on her subscription renewed again as noted that it willHer account stated her renewal dateShe never responded the to the email on how to resolve this matter.Our FAQ states that all subscriptions (monthly and long term) will automatically renew and to avoid any other charges and boxes being created that she must cancel the subscription before the next renewal date which was 1/*/Customer service received an email from the customer on Monday and responded within hours as we do all of our customersWe advised the customer that since she did not cancel the subscription her January box was completed and shippedWe also offered to schedule her subscription to cancel after the current term ends but advised her that if she no longer wants the remaining months that a $early termination fee will be deducted from any refundOur terms state that all refund requests must be made within hours of the initial chargeThe box cannot be stopped after it has been created and sent to our shipping facilityAll of the information provided to the customer is and was available on her account and on the website to viewWe are more than willing to help our customers resolve any issues :)

The August gift box for [redacted] ***r, ordered on was shipped on and delivered on (In/At Mailbox) to the address provided by [redacted] in Watertown, MAThe customer was provided all of the delivery details and since the box shows that it was delivered, the gift giver or gift receiver must contact [redacted] to inquire if the box may actually be in their facilityThere was no error from Bluum as the box was shipped to the correct address provided by the customerThank you for your time

In response to claim- bluum recently experienced a technical issue with our serverAs a result, several customers were charged in errorWe quickly realized this error and refunded all customers affected on 11/*/If customers did experience overdraft fees, they must report these with screenshots of the charges to customer service via [redacted] Apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for bluuming!!the bluum team

It is unfortunate to see negative and untrue comments about our business but we are happy to clarify all matters The customer has contacted bluum on occasions and our customer service team has responded to all ticket requests to cancel in a timely fashionAdditionally, we confirmed the canceled subscription as well as issued full refund on 9/*/ Customer may sign in to her bluum account AND review all emails to and from bluum ( [redacted] )No other action is needed hereOur customer service team has handled customer's account details promptly and effectively

All bluum subscriptions renew at the end of term unless cancelled before the renewal dateAt the time of ordering you are informed the the subscription will renewThe Groupon offer also stated that the subscription will renew and needs to cancelled before the term endSince the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date, the subscription did renew for another termThe cancellation policy in noted on the website that any subscription terminated before the end of term will receive a $cancellation fee plus the cost of all boxes createdThe difference will then be refundedOur customer service team is happy to help as much as possible to resolve and issues

Worst customer service of any business I've every experienced in 30+ years of retailName a problem that could occur, they can/have/will accomplish itMy over year old has only gotten things for expecting mothers and my "October" boxes come in November ***, at least that's what they just told meAnd that wasn't a problemDisgrace for a business

Customer requested to cancel her bluum subscription and was emailed instructions directly from our automated system to follow to process her request on however the email titled "We're sad to see you go.." was clicked and never actually opened by the customer as highlighted in the attachment (screenshot from our email processor)This is why her bluum subscription renewed for the month of MayShe has contacted customer service times & these support requests are also recorded and attached between May *- [redacted] Our customer service team sent her the cancel instructions once again and that email was then opened but instructions were not followed which would cause her subscription to renew once again on June *, We have canceled her subscription and refunded the May renewal chargebluum encourages it's customers to carefully review all communications from us to ensure proper handling of all requests
