We're not sure what the customer wants at this timeWe have already closed her accounts and contacted her via phone to confirmWe are even sending her free boxes this monthNo other action will be taken by Bluum

Customer states she did not receive instructions but the email titled "sorry to see you go" includes cancel instructionsIndependently, she received confirmation that her request was answered not that her subscription was cancelledWe even responded to her request explaining that she'd receive confirmation of her cancelled subscription once she completes the instructionsAdditionally, she did not log in to her bluum account since December which would have shown her that her subscription was cancelledOur customer service team processed the cancellation on 2/*/and sent a confirmation emailFurthermore, we have already issued a refund to the card she provided on file and emailed a receiptWe have received her request to have a check mailed as of today but that is impossible since we completed her request for refund on 2/*/and the action cannot be reversedNo other action is neededA check will not be mailed

Our customer service team has responded to the customer directlyShe was offered replacement products for her children

Our customer ***, called and emailed several times to bluum and we responded each timeBecause her email address is a Google account, our responses were most likely sent to her spam folderFor reference, she can search her email for bluum customer service support ticket #***
and #**These tickets can also be found on her bluum accountThe subscription has been cancelled and she has been refunded the April renewal datePlease be sure to check the spam folder for confirmation of receiving bluum responses to all inquiries Thank you for bluuming!

deleted the billing information from your accountYou may verify this by logging into your account, scrolling down to the box on the right side of the screen and seeing that there is no credit card information availableTo obtain a refund for the January and/or February boxes, please make sure that both are returned to usThe January box will need to be returned, but you can just refuse delivery of the February boxPlease give us the tracking number(s) once this has been doneWe will look out for their return and issue the refunds as soon as they are received and processed.Thank you

If you take a look on their Social Media page, I am NOT the one scamming here, almost EVERYONE has posted similar complaints to mineI just wish I would have done the research and saw all of the NEGATIVE reviews of this company before purchasingI will NOT make this mistake againVERY POOR CUS***ER SERVICE! Hi Revdex.com, bluum cancel process is clearly stated as is the response submitted to all cancel requests to our subscribersAll subscribers must wait at least days before the renewal date shown on bluum account or original order confirmation then simply sign in and follow the cancel link
instructionsAfter completing the cancel process, each customer is emailed confirmation of the cancelled bluum subscription The issue is some customers refuse to follow these instructions and instead become upset We understand this and working on a more user friendly processFor now, the customer's subscription has been cancelled. Their requiring $27.00* as a "cancellation fee" is ludicrousI feel this is just another shady move on their part to gouge their subscribers. I could possibly accept a nominal fee of a couple dollars, but $27...???!?! How do they justify that? How difficult and time consuming on their part must it be to cancel someone's subscription? (*Sarcasm*) Quite obviously this is just their way of punishing weary moms that aren't diligent enough to read the fine print of their scamThis whole thing makes me sad since their baby box was a lot of fun and loaded with cute surprises. Such a shame the whole experience is now ruined by this billing nightmare

Please see attached screenshots of the customer tickets and customer service responsesAs noted earlier, we definitely responded to our customer's issues and even offered a resolution

The customer has two bluum accounts with two active bluum subscriptions goingUpon receiving cancel requests for both accounts, we sent cancel instructions to both emails we have on (*** and ***), but our records indicate no response from either email address
Additionally, no attempt was made at cancelling the two subscriptions based on our website analysisWe have cancelled both subscriptions and refunded the renewal charges mentionedFor reference, the customers may search their email for the following tickets from bluum customer service (*** and ***) which are ALSO shown on the customer's account when signed in

Our customer called and emailed her cancel request on 1/**/and she was emailed cancellation instructions on the SAME day.We see that our customer did open the email containing the instructions to cancel her subscription on 1/**/but did not perform any action on her bluum account
Customer called and left a voice message once again earlier this month and our customer service team did call her back but got no answerWe then emailed her explaining that she did not complete the cancel instructions in January along with the bluum cancellation policy. Since we are able to track all customers who follow the cancellation steps, we verified that our customer did not complete the cancellation instructionsOur email even noted that our customers should receive a confirmation after completion of the cancel instructions to ensure it is processedNo confirmation was sent because our records indicate, our customer signed in to her bluum account but did not take the necessary actionWe can provide evidence of the all actions upon sign in with time stamps since it is all recordedAfter receiving her last communication, our customer service team canceled the subscription for her to ensure no future charges are collectedHer February bluum box has already shipped and is on the way to be delivered since the subscription was not canceledWe are happy to assist all customers who wish to cancel their bluum subscriptions at any timeAs noted in our FAQ, all cancel requests are to be sent via ***No refund is due for the February bluum renewal charge but as noted earlier, we have suspended any future billings

I did not receive one email or phone call back from BLUUM I even kept an eye on my spam & junk folders Nothing I just logged into my BLUUM account again, and see that there are "tickets" which I guess are messages There was no indication that I would receive messages on my account and not via phone/email When I tried to click on the "tickets," the page goes to a bright green page that states "Oops. The page you were looking for doesn't exist." Thus, I have no idea what their terms were that they want me to accept, or what was "solved" or "closed" per my "ticket" page.

I couldn't follow the instructions to finish the cancel request because the link didn't workIt sent me to the home page where it displayed a videoAnd after reading several other complaints that were filed through here; I am NOT the only person who has had difficulty with these cancel proceduresI am happy that my subscription is cancelled, however, I DO NOT wish to receive any more boxesI will gladly ship whatever boxes arrive at my door back; if they've already been sentI would like a refund of $that was charged to my debit after I requested it be cancelled.

The statements made by this company in regards to myself and my husband not making appropriate attempts to cancel is completely and inaccurateI replied to the emails that were sent and followed the appropriate cancel method and apparently it meant nothing to the companyI have also left numerous voice mailsBoth accounts had service tickets with the heading "canceling account" one of which was well over a month agoBoth stated closedClosed yet still charging our accountsI want our refunds and I also want you to stop screwing over customers.
