is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  I just wanted to note though that they only offered me 2 replacement items (one for each child) and while I feel that is better than nothing, it is certainly the minimum that they could have done.  I will wait to reserve judgment on my satisfaction based on what 2 replacement items I get and May's boxes.

I was never given cancellation instructionions to cancel my subscription. I since was emailed that my subscription was nideed canceled, but this was never done through any instructions. I received an apology from the [redacted], but have not received a refund of any kind. I placed numerous phone calls and voicemails, and was never contacted ONCE. I was supposed to be sent a link following an email from [redacted] the [redacted], which never arrived. I since have had to cancel my debit card because I was no longer comfortable with this company having my bank information. I will accept the response only when I have received a refund for 2 months of product.

I just received another email from them today, March **, 2016 at 5:13 AM.  I got another one Tuesday, March **, 2016.  They continually send me promotional emails even after I've been reassured by Janay at Bluum that I have been removed from all email lists.  I don't understand how it can possibly be this hard to get my email out of their system so I quit getting emails.

 Conveniently I am no longer able to access my service tickets but the one previously attached from Bluum is missing one of my additional attempts to cancel. As stated the link was followed and all steps were taken to cancel. Strangely enough Janet finally decided to return my phone calls this afternoon. I have attached a picture of my husbands account and as it displays he has two cancel account with one over a month ago. This company seriously needs to be investigated further.

I don't want to spend more money returning products that they sent wrong.  Manufacturers of products can say that the age appropriate is 3 months and up but that doesn't mean that a 10 month old boy is going to be interested in a rattle toy.  Same with the milestone stickers: my son has passed the majority of them so I'll never used them.I didn't ask for any product for me, and I received the lip (no body) balm.
Yes, I paid $14.50 because I had a coupon, but I still paid.  Not because you have a coupon they need to send bad and [redacted] products.  ?

As requested, we have cancelled all future shipments however the July bluum box has already gone out and there is no way to stop it. We have also refunded customer card for the remaining two months in the renewed subscription term. All bluum subscriptions renew at the end of term unless cancelled before the renewal date. At the time of ordering you are informed the the subscription will renew. The Groupon offer also stated that the subscription will renew and needs to cancelled before the term end. Since the subscription...

was not cancelled before the renewal date, the subscription did renew for another term. The cancellation policy in noted on the website that any subscription terminated before the end of term will receive a $25 cancellation fee plus the cost of all boxes created. The difference will then be refunded. Our customer service team is happy to help as much as possible to resolve and issues.

It is unfortunate to see negative and untrue comments about our business but we are happy to clarify all matters.  The customer has contacted bluum on 3 occasions and our customer service team has responded to all 3 ticket requests to cancel in a timely fashion. Additionally, we confirmed the canceled subscription as well as issued full refund on 9/*/14.   Customer may sign in to her bluum account AND review all emails to and from bluum ([redacted]). No other action is needed here. Our customer service team has handled customer's account details promptly and effectively.

Hello Revdex.com,The customer purchased a monthly recurring bluum subscription on 10/**and was charged $14.50 ONLY. We've thoroughly investigated all charges processed and our system even suspended the subscription because of the declined renewal charge. We have also sent her notification of this...

As clearly noted in our FAQ (on our homepage), bluum subscriptions should be cancelled by waiting at least 5 days before the renewal date (shown on all bluum accounts and in original order confirmation) then signing in to use the cancel link provided. Additionally, the bluum promise is to send each customer 4-5 products for baby/child and parent. bluum does not promise each box will carry any one type of product since each month features different products customized for the child's age and gender. We delivered this promise and sent her a box that contained the following items which contain (combined) a retail value of $35.50. Disposable Compressed Wipes 20Pk With Travel TubeSnack Trap - Natural MonkeyJchews Smartphone - PurpleActivity BallWe are sorry customer was confused by the cancel process and have even offered her a $10 store credit for any future orders and for the untimely response. Customer has never contacted bluum in any way to discuss her cancellation issue therefore, there was no way of us knowing there was a problem processing her request since cancellation instructions are located on our support page. We have cancelled the subscription so no other charges will be applied...

unless she decides to reactivate.

We have already shipped customer's missing item and tracking details have already been emailed to confirm. All customers receive different products each month. We gladly accept error in not including the missing product. All other products included in her April bluum box were added by our brand partners and merchandising team for her child's age group and we stand by that. If she doesn't feel like the toothpaste isn't a great fit, we welcome her to reach out to [redacted]'s of Maine as they personally recommended the product for all babies. We will not ship any other items as we do not promise nor guarantee toys or books in every book. We do however note there is a wide variety of products sent to discover. We think this customer is attempting to scam bluum because she has paid a significantly discounted rate of her first month in her subscription and is only requesting more products because of outside influence in seeing other parent's boxes. We stand by our goal to help families discover products each and every month.
