I do apologize about the delivery time delayNormally when one of our reps give an ETA they’re close unless something happens with loading that areaWe have sent Mr [redacted] the warranty and receipt multiple timesI personally have attached it to a previous responseIf you go back and look at a previous response you will see the attachmentsWe have tried to send Mr [redacted] what we call a punch list and Mr [redacted] never responded to that punch list that was sentThe warranty would cover the buildingThe warranty does not cover anything inside of the building as the owner’s insurance would cover anything insideIf you have issues with your building that need warranty work send the information with pictures to [email protected] can review the pictures thereOur rating is based on the number of buildings we put up vs the amount of complaintsWe also respond to every complaint that comes inWe have less than ½ of 1% of buildings we put up get complaintsWe put up hundreds of buildings a month and get a couple of complaints a yearThe customers building is up and functioningIt is under the warrantyThe information has been sent to the email attached to this complaintI feel there is no way Mr [redacted] has never received the informationThank you, Brian S [redacted] Customer Relations / Information Technology / Social Media All Steel Carports INC800-730-Ext:765-284-Ext:[email protected] Fax: 765-284-

Mr [redacted] is correct when he says he has called about the repair on his building I have been contacting this company from on or before March Mr [redacted] is correct when he says we've told him we would call.to schedule the repair but left off the part"WHEN WE HAVE A SCHEDULE IN HIS AREA." they keep telling me that I will be contacted by someone Mr [redacted] is corrects HIMSELF when he said"I never hear from anyone..." BUT THENgoes on to AFFIRM that Amber called and TRIED to schedule him for BUT HE WAS UNABLE to work his schedule to meet our crew for the repair I never hear from anyoneAmber the rep who schedules Ohio called and talked to me on 07/15/She called to schedule the repair for 07/17/2017, and I told her I do not get home until 4:30PM Amber tells himI will call you as soon as I have a contractor back in your area Today 7/25/she has attempted to call him for a possible afternoon schedule on Friday or Tuesday Aug We look forward to having the repair completed for Mr [redacted] if HIS schedule allows! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] The business response makes it appear that they scheduled the install and contacted me prior to my response comments dated 10/17/This is not the case! Tayde called on Friday, 10/21/to say that she "thought" someone would be in my area on Tuesday to install our door I asked if someone would confirm for sure on Monday, as I needed to make arrangements for time off work I was told someone would call and confirm, and this did not happen Once again, I had to do the follow up and confirm that installation would actually occur on Tuesday.We FINALLY have the correct door installed on our carportHowever, All Steel Carports has provided nothing but POOR COMMUNICATION, EMPTY PROMISES, and DEFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE My best advise to anyone looking to purchase a pole barn-type building or carport is Do Not Buy from All Steel Carports! [redacted]

In response to [redacted] *** Complaint ID: [redacted] Despite his decision not to install a vertical metal roof, All Steel Carports offered to come back at our expense to install the caulking strip that he purchasedWe even went further to satisfy Mr [redacted] by agreeing to pay for the caulking strip that was needed to stop the leaking on the horizontal roof despite the fact we told him this would likely happen if he did not have a vertical metal roof We bare no liability in this issue, but made the offer in a show of effort to assist the customerThe punch list he references that applying caulk strip was one of two tasks that we had agreed to completeThe first task on the list was to confirm that the number of Mobile home anchors were properly installed on the buildingWe asked Mr [redacted] to confirm if all anchors were installed but he indicated he did not know so we offered to have the contractor confirm the amount of anchors and install any missingThe total cost of the anchors on his contract was $He has withheld double that amount for over a year.By his own admission, All Steel Carports never requested or demanded the payment awaiting the opportunity to install the anchors after the ground was thawedWe went back and installed the anchors and he still refused to pay the company.Mr***’s complaint is that he is unsure he has proper anchors and that his horizontal roof (61ft long) is leaking where the metal overlaps.Our “Punch List” addressed both of these concerns, but Mr [redacted] declined to have us come back to fix the problemsWe understand that Mr [redacted] refused to pay us because of the anchors and leaking roofWe accept that as he is entitled to the proper amount of anchors for his buildingWe just have to be able to come to the building to VERIFY how many are installed and if any others are needed If he cannot tell us how many anchors he has and he will not allow us to come back and verify the number of anchors for him, then how will we ever resolve the concern about the anchors? Perhaps he feels that if he doesn’t let us come back on his property, then he won’t have to pay us because we can’t confirm he has all of his anchors?As for the roof, our offer to apply the caulking was the best remedy for the situation that he has, but he has refused to allow is to come and make that application We had even offered to take the cost of the caulking strip off the final payment that he purchasedAgain, despite the fact that our representative, Jake, Properly informed Mr [redacted] of the potential for leaking if he chose not to install a vertical metal roof This notification occurred on November 19th, the same day he purchased the walk in door from JakeTherefore, All Steel Carports feels that the only solution to collect the $1,that is owed to the company is through a legal cause of action

Friday, October 16, This was theinformation we provided MsWelbourne when she threatened to file a Revdex.comcomplaintWe would like to publish this so that is very clear how reasonablewe have been with her.We now withdraw ouroffer for a discounted gable end *** [redacted] All Steel Carports installed the building you ordered as per invoice # *** The dimensions of height, width, length as well as color and placement are exactly as you contracted us to deliver and install for you Please advise the Attorney General and the Revdex.com that you signed a contract and that the company you are accusing of fraud delivered precisely what you ordered as far as dimensions, color and placement areconcerned.Please also advise the Attorney General and the Revdex.com that when the building wasinstalled you signed yet a second time that the building installed was correct in dimension and color.Let me appeal to you to think about the fact that IF, WE had sent a building any size different than what you CONTRACTED with us to build, you would have every cause to be angry with our company and pursue legalaction against our company for failing to provide EXACTLY what you ordered You ordered and PAID for "THIS SIZE" but you broughtme "THAT SIZE" That, [redacted] constitutes your claimof fraudulentbusiness practices.Your claim that we should install a gable end, that you never ordered and at nocharge to you, based on the fact that we constructed a building precisely to the contract that you ORDERED is unreasonable You refer to the gable end as a HALF GABLEwhich implies that perhaps you should only have to be responsible for half of the price! The issue is that there is NO SUCH THING as a half gable end What you have requested us to do is install all the components of a gabled end but only apply 1/of the sheet metal to the gable end and still leave you with the half of the sheet metal that you are asking us to FABRICATE to meet special requirements for your building So, in fact, you are getting a full gable endand we are asking the contractor to CUT the metal for the "half gable", again,at no additional fabrication charge to you.The price of a full gable end, installed AT THE TIME OF CONSTRUCTION of yourbuilding is $ (We have attached a copy of the pricing sheet for your review)And we even offered you a discount which you have dismissed Please also Advise the Attorney General and the Revdex.com that at the time of the installation you noted that a storm blew in causing the contractor to speed up his work to secure the building for you and as a result of the weather, several things were overlooked pertaining to some screws in thetrim and on the siding.Please also advise these parties that you requested that the contractor checkthe room to insure that no screws were missing on the roof as they hurried to get out of the storm There is no evidence that any are missing, but you requestedit, and as a courtesy we obliged and agreed to do that for you as per the punchlist.Please find the revised punch list which will reflect a 30% discount on thegable end and reconfirms our commitment to provide you with every modification that you have requested and every task that you feel needed to be addressed as per ourdiscussions with you.We believe that you have the building that you CONTRACTED with us to provideYou have an agreement from our company (called the punch list) to provide every additional service that you requested of our company all of which are being provided to you at NO CHARGE, with the exception of a gable end which you determined, after the building was installed, that you wished you had added to your order, and that, is being offered to you at our cost, which is a significant discount to you.Please consider my comments to you and if you feel there is any task that wefailed to place on the punch list, please email me back immediately and I will make any mortification which we have failed to properly list.All Steel Carports would like to complete the task list, whether or not youchoose to purchase the discounted gable end If you do not choose to purchase the gable end, just sign the document and note: REMOVE REQUEST FOR GABLE END and we will comply.Respectfully,Brian ***All Steel Carports Inc[redacted] ***

In Response to Mr [redacted] , We do apologize about the scheduling issues you've hadWe usually can't commit to a certain date of install but can usually get pretty close to a dateSince we do traveling construction there is a pretty big chance that something can happen on the road to delay a schedule or delay a contractor coming back to load another scheduleThat is the main reason we do not do predetermined install datesAll deposits are nonrefundable, They're used to pay the dealer for their work and also a fee to fabricate the buildingOnly in certain circumstances can a deposit be refundedI listened to some calls and found one with a rep named Amanda and during that call Mr [redacted] , said the 12th of May would be bestAmanda said she would note that down and right after that said once they have a schedule sometime after the 12th you would be contactedI then listened to another call and it was from LaVera calling to schedule the building for the 12th of May for installCustomer accepted that date of install Thank you,Brian S*Customer Care Department / Quality Control AgentAll Steel Carports [email protected]: 765-284-

In response to Mrs [redacted] ***,I do apologize about the delay in getting your permit approved.I've looked over all of the information and found the plans are expired for ***.The date stamp that is on the plans is the expiration date for the engineer that we were looking at; the plans expire year from the date issuedI do apologize about the confusion that we have caused in this case.I do want to make it clear that All Steel Carports has no intention of profiting from the plans a customer purchasesWhen a customer purchases plans, they are for their specific building only.I reviewed the email Gabby had sent to youShe did state in the email the plans she offered for purchase would be for your exact buildingThe engineer would have drawn the plans for a 18x21xwith both sides, one end and mobile home anchors installed on a ground foundation.The generic plans that we send and the specific plans that Gabby offered to you are two completely different sent of plansOur generic plans are for everything from 12-wideWe do not profit off of our generic plans, we simply have those as an option so that a customer does not have to purchase the plans for their building unless the township requires the plans for the specific building to be drawnThat is generally the only time someone would have to purchase plans for their building.We have purchased the generic plans for ***The engineers are going to update the plans and send them with a new seal that will not expire for another yearWe can provide you with the generic plans to your email [redacted] once we receive them from the engineers Thank you,Brian S*Customer Care Department / Quality Control AgentAll Steel Carports INC.800-730-Ext:219765-284-Ext:[email protected]: 765-284-

Mr [redacted] is correct that the contractor did not call him to tell him he was unable to continue with the trip to install his building on Sunday Our office is closed on Sunday so we were unaware of the issue until we opened on MLK Holiday, Monday Upon learning of the matter, we immediately spoke to Mr [redacted] and we refunded his deposit in fullMr [redacted] said he understood how the communication occured since we were not opened on Sunday and the contractor was trying to get his building done despite the weather, but failed.We then called Mr [redacted] back and told him that we would offer to install his building on Monday, Jan and also allow him to keep his deposit because we wanted him to know that the company cared about his business and that despite the weather giving us fits, and failure to communicate the matter to him, we knew he needed his building and we knew we could get it to him faster than him waiting another period of time with another company He agreed and said he appreciated the extra effort We did agree that it would be weather permitting, and we are praying for a good day!We understand that customers need their buildings and we reminded him that our company doesn't get paid, nor the contractor, UNTIL the building is installed! We look forward to having his building installed next week!

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that as I stated in my complaint All Steel Carports was supposed to contact me sometime this week Decto Decto set up a date for them to install my carport, they have again failed to contact me to make arrangementsI have no missed calls from them, no voicemails and no emails I thank you for looking into this manner for meWe have purchased four carports in the past from a different manufacturer and have never had any problems until we ordered this one Thank you for your time
