I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I am tired of saying the same thing over and over again just to be ignoredAfter reading the Revdex.com reviews, I truly feel for each customer because I know what they went through with All Steel. I don't expect to gain anything from this I am sure that All Steel will never offer me anything to make this rightI was sure of that the minute I mailed the checkI am just trying to save someone from having to go through the same ordeal I am going throughMy All Steel contract had written on every single page: four week delivery time per Lavera written on there by MrG*** that I purchased the building from. We had already spoken to Lavera at all steel on the phone and she said to put the four week delivery time per her on the contract. This was in November 2017. My sole reason for purchasing this building from All Steel was based on how quick they promised they could have the 30xbuilding installed and completedWe told them we had to have it to store cars in before winter weather set in, and that if they couldn't have it by then, we would go elsewhereWe own a body shop and this building was to be part of our business. We had a time agreement not an estimateThe building showed up in that time frameBut, it was approximately six weeks later before they got it to the point that All Steel called it completedThere were no weather delays just solely them dragging their feetThe first contact with the installation crew is them calling to tell me they were lostThey were six hours late and they were about feet from my drivewayOur business name and address is clearly marked on the building. They were on the phone with my wifeShe told them she could see them across the road in a motel parking lot for them to pull out on the road and that she would be standing in the next driveway wearing a bright pink shirt, turn left. They get about feet from her and they turned rightRight down through a housing area with a truck and trailerThis should have been my first clueThey don't know left from right and they can’t see a person in hot pink waving her arms at themIt takes several more minutes before they make the block and end up in the same parking lot again. When they do start unloading the trailer, there was obviously something not right with these guysThey had some major impairments of some sort. The pad where the building was to be constructed was marked with orange paint where everything was to be laid out down to the inchThey showed me the building design it was the same as I had ordered, my designI watched them lay out the framing on the ground and the doors were in the correct location. Once they got started assembling the building, they were strugglingThey acted like they had never put a building like this one up beforeThey were constantly putting things together and taking it back apartTo the point I called All Steel and asked if this crew had ever put up a building of this size before and I was told they were one of their best crewsMy exact words to that were “you’ve got to be kidding”. After three days of this, here is what I was left with: one 10xshop door missing, just left me with an open hole; one walk through door completely wedged closed, could not get it to open at all; another walk through door that the wind kept blowing open because it was so out of square it wouldn’t stay latched; the back wall wasn’t even fastened down, it just moved with the wind; all of the five other 10xdoors that was installed were so poorly installed it would take two people to open and close them. This building is sitting adjacent to another buildingIt is just longer than the building it is next toThe 10xside shop door had to be one foot from the corner to allow me to use that area of the buildingThe FIRST time, they completely installed the door framing that way, had the tin installed on it , was just missing the door, and then they took it upon themselves to saw the wall apart and move the shop door down closer to the adjacent building which made it uselessAnd this is what the first crew left me withFast forward, I’m on the phone trying to make someone at All Steel understand what a mess I am left withI’m sending them pictures, videos, and asking to talk to the owner of the company and I got nowhere for days. Then I am being told by Mitch at All Steel that where the door is framed is where the door is going to stayI explained that the doors placement was designed for a specific reason and why it wouldn’t work thereI told him with as big of a mess this crew has left me with, and if this is the best his crew can do putting a building together and if the door was going to be left in the wrong place, come get the building out of my way and I would have someone else build one in its placeHe then agreed they would put the door framing back where it was supposed to be.Fast forward, the first crew came back to put in the missing 10xdoor on a day they were not supposed to be thereThey were told by my wife on the phone that the door was framed in the wrong place to NOT install it, and to not be on the property that we were not going to be there that day, for them to call their companyThey installed the door anywayThey rammed the side door they were installing into the front door and ruined itThey installed it right over the top of my truck that was in that doorway and used my truck bed as a work platform to stand on. Fast forward a couple weeks or so, they send someone else out to make the repairs after the first crewThey never showed this crew any of the pictures or videos that I sent so he didn't have what he needed to repair my doors. The only thing he could do was reframe the door back to the correct location it was in the first placeWhile he was here, he showed me a lot more things that were wrong than I even knew aboutHe showed me what a sloppy job they had done assembling the buildingHe also told me that the door framing that was originally welded needed to be platedI was under the assumption that when someone came back they would bring the stuff to plate it. I requested over and over almost begging for All Steel to send this guy back to finish up the repairsThey lead me to believe they were sending him back but they sent a completely different crew instead. I truly believe the second guy, Jo, could have completed my building and done a good job and not left me with what I have nowJo also told me that all the shop doors needed to come back down because the first crew had sawed the tops off of all the rails when they installed them. Fast forward, when the third crew came, I had to move everything outside in the mud that was next to a door, which took man power and equipmentThen when they were done, everything had to be put backThat money came out of my pocket. That crew never plated the wall. My once factory welded together double beamed header that I paid extra for, is now cut and splicedIt, the door it’s self, and the wall that supports the front corner of my building is now being held up with a cent L-bracket and only two screws. Anybody with good sense can see that this won’t ever hold up in a wind storm. And this fantastic warranty that All Steel keeps referring to that I have yet to see is probably not worth the paper it is written on, just like their word!As far as the shop doors, they are better than they were in the beginningAnd that’s not saying muchThey still rub the side brackets, they make a lot of noise, they pop a lot, they are bad to hang up inside their tracks, and they are still hard to open and closeWhen I got the building inspected, all those hundreds of screws I found scattered all over now need to be installed on my building to secure it from blowing apart in the windThere are LOTS of screws missing mostly on the roof areaThe inspector pointed out from the bottom side how many screws were missing and how many had missed their mark and were holding nothing. He said the doors weren’t installed level which makes them bind up in their tracksAnd he confirmed what I already knew about the door framing that was cut and spliced. My building plans called for both front and both rear doors and the one side door to all be one foot from the corners to make it work out for me. What I am currently left with is the left front door is over three feet from the corner which makes it awkward to pull a car in through and not hit the door frame. The building was designed to hold eight vehicles. Two deep, three across, and that leaves 10xto pull two small cars in from the left side doorThat front door being over three feet makes the last vehicle on the left side (pulled in from the left front door) hard to get parked in straightAnd it can’t be done at all with a car hauler because that extra two feet messes things upAnd I got offered NO compensation at all for that being left that way, just totally ignored it. About thirty days into this fiasco, I was dumbfounded when I get a phone call telling me it has been thirty days since the building was delivered and that he wanted paymentMy response was “you’ve got to be kidding! I was supposed to have a finished building almost thirty days ago and I still don't have it. Until this building is completed and I get it inspected you’re not getting paid.”Fast forward once again, when the third crew shows up with the new door tracks, they worked most of the day on into the night just trying to get the doors to fit as good as they did. Nothing about the building is squareLess than hours after they left, I get a text from Mitch at All Steel telling me to contact him that day (Friday)I explained in my text back that I was out of town on business and would get with him on MondayI explained I was going to get the building inspected in a few daysThat I had not even got a chance to look at it myself in the daylightThe crew was wearing tiny little flashlights on their headsI couldn't see how they could tell what they were doing. I get another text from Mitch demanding that I contact him on that day supposedly per the owner (this is the same owner that I requested to speak to throughout this whole ordeal and never had any luck).Monday morning before I even get a chance to call Mitch, I get a call from All SteelThe man was just calling to collect payment just like everything had went perfectly. I briefly explained to him about the problems and the length of time it had been and that it hadn’t passed inspection yetAnd that I needed to speak to Mitch. He told me he was out of the officeI spoke to Mitch laterI told him we were going to have adjust the price and when it gets inspected in a few days that I would contact him thenThe next phone call is Michael from the legal department with All SteelMy wife answered the phoneThe man has a very very nasty attitude and mouth. Spouting off all kinds of demands and deadlines of what I have to do that day or elseI tell him in an email later that day to chill out that I didn't like the way he had talked to my wife and to talk to Mitch and go over all the problems that I was havingThat it had only been a few days since the last crew had left and it was going to take a few days to get someone in here to inspect it. And that I knew I still had some problems. I sent another email explaining to him in detail all of the problems and issues, giving him the benefit that he did not know what had happenedHis email back was him being a smart-aleck making fun of my documentation of what had transpired, calling it a historical record and telling me that it had matched their records almost exactlyI was trying to resolve a six week long $20,dollar problem. So, he already knew the problems but he was still acting this wayFast forward to ThursdayOne week from the day the last crew leftMichael pulls a complete Wanting to know when I am going to have the building inspectedI told him I was scheduled for Monday or Tuesday of the following week weather permitting. He says ok that he would give me until Monday for the inspection (not until Tuesday) and for me to have a good weekendSeemed strange to me to say that on a ThursdayI soon found out why. I had told him earlier that I would be out of town Friday around 9pm that night he does another back to his nasty self by sending me an email telling that he is going to invoke the 20% interest backing up days prior to then if the full amount wasn’t paid immediatelyThat they would lock my building and everything inside it and if I wanted to take him to court I would be driving to Indiana to do itHe tells me that he is sending me pictures that he took earlier that day of the outside and inside of my locked building and pictures of my propertyJust to show me that he had been on my property without my knowledgeI have No Trespassing signs clearly posted. He also tells me in his sarcastic way that I have a beautiful buildingIf he looked in his own pictures he could see some of the problems. Wouldn’t a logical person working for a legitimate company with all of the agreed upon problems, if they were planning to drive from states away to come here, wouldn’t they want to meet with me and let me show them the problems? So we could work to resolve them? Not sneak in on a day he knows I am not going to be on the property? His sole goal was to get paid, and he nor his company didn't care what methods it took to get it! I want this to post to the Revdex.com website to keep anyone else from having to go through thisI don't think anyone else could disagree that when you buy any new product no matter what it is that you want it to be in perfect condition to have everything about it to work correctly at least in the beginning, especially when you spend $20,dollarsThis was supposed to be a two-three day installation back in December and I am still dealing with it in April. I also think no one would disagree that they wouldn’t want strangers roaming around on their property. Let me get this straight as for your warranty, if this wall fails during a wind storm or fails period, your warranty will replace my building for free and All Steel will take responsibility for whatever vehicles get damaged inside as a result of this event? You couldn't even build my building right the first time and it took you six weeks to get this far on a three day job and it’s still not rightDo you REALLY expect me or anyone else to believe you are going to stand behind your so called warranty? I don't think this warranty is worth the paper it may be written on but I would still like to have a copy of it.As for the $dollar discount, I did not accept it that was all that was offered, unless I wanted to drive from Arkansas to Indiana to go to courtI still think giving me my 10% deposit back of $is more than understandable. I don't see anyone losing five days of work; having to pay for equipment and labor to remove everything out of the way so they could do their repairs, and having to move everything back in; having to deal with all the phone calls; all the hassles; all the headaches; and all the threats; and don't forget, doing without a completed building for about six weeks, for $dollars and being happyI don't understand how a business with a customer rating of 73% can still have a Revdex.com rating of A+

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The crew from All Steel Carports came out and took pictures of the rust on all the panels. We would like to emphasize that we want to have the rust on the roof treated and repaired. We do not want any panels replaced. The reason for this is as I stated previously we do not wish to take a chance on this problem reoccurring in the future. Also, this would put many more new holes in the tubular frame and also could cause possible future leakage. We will be completely satisfied if they repair the roof or give us a fair settlement to do this work ourselves.Thank you for your cooperation.Lee ***
In response to Mr***, We deeply apologize for the delay in getting the repair scheduled and completed for Mr***.Amber the rep who schedules Ohio called and talked to Mr*** yesterday 07/15/2017.She called to schedule the repair for 07/17/2017, Mr*** stated he is
not home until 4:30PM.Amber will try and adjust the schedule to meet the customers schedule of later in the afternoon. If Amber is unable to make adjustment so we are scheduled to be there when Mr*** gets home she will have him on the next available schedulePlease accept our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience we have caused you. Again, it’s our goal to retain you as a satisfied customer and will hope to serve you again in the future Thank you, Brian S*All Steel Carports [email protected]:
In response to Mr***
We deeply apologize about the delays in getting the material
dropped off at your location
After Mr*** called about not receiving his material
the representative Ashley tried to contact the contractor multiple times(When
a contractor
is on roof or at a spot he cannot safely stop to answer the phone he
will call back when he is at a point to make a phone call) Once she was able to
make contact with the contractor he stated he had some issues on a job site in
Thornville, OH that put him behind on the rest of the scheduleAfter Ashley
notified me of this I called to notify the customer
The customer then
gave a different address then what he originally gave for deliveryThe
contractor was then contacted again so that he could be advised of the new
addressOnce the contractor was contacted he was already out of that area and
close to the area of the original drop-off address
The customer was then notified the contractor was not in
that area and the material would be dropped at the original addressAny
changes to a delivery once the schedule is out is normally quite difficult to
make changes toThe entire schedule is mapped in order based on the original
addresses given at the time of order
Once the material was delivered the contractor contacted the
office to let us know the material was deliveredOnce we get calls like this
we do not make any follow up calls
Again we are deeply sorry and apologize about the delay in
receiving your product and the issues with the representatives you spoke with
Rest assured measures have been take with the representatives to assure these
issues will not arise again in the future
In response to *** ** *** Mr*** was scheduled for an install of which he accepted after he filed his original complaint. On Dec 9, days prior to the scheduled date, the customer service representative contacted Mr*** to tell him that the schedule had to be moved back days and that the revised install date would be Sunday, Jan 14th. He explains that the contractor is going to work all weekend to get every customer installed on the schedule. In that recorded call,on Jan 9, Mr*** acknowledged the schedule notification and ACCEPTED the date of Sunday, Jan 14th. However, on Monday, Jan 10th, he files a notification that he does NOT ACCCEPT the response from All Steel Carports???? Mr*** is still on the schedule for Jan 14th in the afternoon

In response to Mr. [redacted], I have forwarded this case up further. We will give you the 5 supports anchors you are requesting. They will be put on the contractors truck who installed the building and he will deliver them to you.He will deliver them on the next schedule in that area. I will get this to Lavera right now so she can pin it to get delivered. The sheet metal that is on the sides and ends. Sheet metal on the sides and ends of our buildings only go down to the base rail. The metal does not go down any further. So if the building had to be leveled and is on bricks the sheet metal on the sides and ends will only go down to the base rail. It does not go down past the base rail. Excuses, excuses, excuses is all this company has to offer me and many other customers. Apparently no one from the Revdex.com has ordered anything from " all joke carports" and hasn't had to go through what me and other customers have. I've never in my life witnessed such a pathetic company put people through this kind of frustration. This company has the worst, most rude customer service any company can have and shame on the Revdex.com for giving them an A+ rating! I will make sure that everyone I know and work with never ever even think about buying anything from these lying imposters!! Thanks for nothing Revdex.com

Friday, October 16, 2015 This was theinformation we provided Ms. Welbourne when she threatened to file a Revdex.comcomplaint. We would like to publish this so that is very clear how reasonablewe have been with her.We now withdraw ouroffer for a discounted gable end. [redacted]...
[redacted]All Steel Carports installed the building you ordered as per invoice # [redacted]. The dimensions of height, width, length as well as color and placement are exactly as you contracted us to deliver and install for you. Please advise the Attorney General and the Revdex.com that you signed a contract and that the company you are accusing of fraud delivered precisely what you ordered as far as dimensions, color and placement areconcerned. Please also advise the Attorney General and the Revdex.com that when the building wasinstalled you signed yet a second time that the building installed was correct in dimension and color.Let me appeal to you to think about the fact that IF, WE had sent a building any size different than what you CONTRACTED with us to build, you would have every cause to be angry with our company and pursue legalaction against our company for failing to provide EXACTLY what you ordered. You ordered and PAID for "THIS SIZE" but you broughtme "THAT SIZE" That, [redacted] constitutes your claimof fraudulentbusiness practices.Your claim that we should install a gable end, that you never ordered and at nocharge to you, based on the fact that we constructed a building precisely to the contract that you ORDERED is unreasonable. You refer to the gable end as a HALF GABLEwhich implies that perhaps you should only have to be responsible for half of the price! The issue is that there is NO SUCH THING as a half gable end. What you have requested us to do is install all the components of a gabled end but only apply 1/2 of the sheet metal to the gable end and still leave you with the half of the sheet metal that you are asking us to FABRICATE to meet special requirements for your building. So, in fact, you are getting a full gable end... and we are asking the contractor to CUT the metal for the "half gable", again,at no additional fabrication charge to you.The price of a full gable end, installed AT THE TIME OF CONSTRUCTION of yourbuilding is $175.00 (We have attached a copy of the pricing sheet for your review)And we even offered you a discount which you have dismissed Please also Advise the Attorney General and the Revdex.com that at the time of the installation you noted that a storm blew in causing the contractor to speed up his work to secure the building for you and as a result of the weather, several things were overlooked pertaining to some screws in thetrim and on the siding. Please also advise these parties that you requested that the contractor checkthe room to insure that no screws were missing on the roof as they hurried to get out of the storm. There is no evidence that any are missing, but you requestedit, and as a courtesy we obliged and agreed to do that for you as per the punchlist. Please find the revised punch list which will reflect a 30% discount on thegable end and reconfirms our commitment to provide you with every modification that you have requested and every task that you feel needed to be addressed as per ourdiscussions with you.We believe that you have the building that you CONTRACTED with us to provide. You have an agreement from our company (called the punch list) to provide every additional service that you requested of our company all of which are being provided to you at NO CHARGE, with the exception of a gable end which you determined, after the building was installed, that you wished you had added to your order, and that, is being offered to you at our cost, which is a significant discount to you. Please consider my comments to you and if you feel there is any task that wefailed to place on the punch list, please email me back immediately and I will make any mortification which we have failed to properly list. All Steel Carports would like to complete the task list, whether or not youchoose to purchase the discounted gable end. If you do not choose to purchase the gable end, just sign the document and note: REMOVE REQUEST FOR GABLE END and we will comply.Respectfully,Brian [redacted]All Steel Carports Inc.[redacted]

Regards,
Lee W[redacted] I reject this response because I was told by Kaycee, their representative, that the one year maintenance warranty also covers sheet metal against rust. I have a copy of the one year maintenance warranty on the carport. I have an e-mail from Kaycee, their representative, stating that these panels would be covered as part of the maintenance warranty and that they would take care of this problem and they would be getting back to me shortly. (Management never did get back to me). The distributor also stated that this rust should be covered. My question is what good is this maintenance warranty and their reputation if they go back on their word that they are going to take care of this problem. Why did they take all of this time dragging their feet on this issue if it was not covered? On my first e-mail to them, they could have simply stated there was no warranty. As I stated earlier, I have all five e-mail responses and a copy of the warranty sheet. I would be more than happy to mail copies of these to you if need be.
In response to Mr. [redacted]I do apologize about the delay receiving your response, Attached is a copy of the warranty page. Highlighted is where it states that Water under the base rail is not covered under the manufacture warranty.I went back and listened to the calls and at no point were the...
words "not our problem" said, Also I never advised you would have to hire someone to "come fix the problem".I stated in the call that we do not cover water under the base rail and that you could purchase some silicone and put on either side of the rails to correct the water coming under the rails. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
All Steel’s response really blurs the line of the many employees I dealt with and all the problems into what he makes sound like just a onetime event not something that they drug out from December until February. He also says I made no other requests. I thought the Revdex.com report stated my requests. My wife called around different building companies to find someone who could have us a building the quickest. It was going to be used as part of our business. We explained we needed it before winter weather set in. Lavera at All Steel said we would have the building within four weeks. We ordered it on November 28, 2017. She said it would be a two day installation. It showed up in that time frame. But, they worked on it three partial days, when they would finally decide to show up just a few hours before dark each day. When that crew left on the 21th of December, I was left with a 10x10 open door frame in the wrong place with no door at all there, five roll up doors that would barely open and close, one walk through door that I couldn't keep closed. The framing was so out of square, the wind kept blowing it open. It wouldn’t stay latched. My back walk through door was completely closed solid, couldn't open it at all. And the back wall of the building moved with the wind. It is impossible to secure a building in that condition. As far as the contractor that took the pictures and video, it was the second of three separate contractors that was here throughout the many weeks it took to get the building to this point. His name was Jo. At my suggestion, Jo took the same pictures and video that I had already sent to Mitch at the company, to show the company what a mess the first contractors made assembling the building and so the next contractor could know what to bring with them to make the repairs. I was right there when he did it. Had Mitch showed the pictures to Jo, he could have brought the parts to fix my doors with him when he came. Once again I am left at their mercy waiting on someone else to show up. The building that I ordered, and every one of the contractors that came showed me the building plans. They all showed the same thing: the front two shop doors, the rear two shop doors and the one left side shop door were to be one foot from the corners. The building was originally put up that way, then the first crew (on the third day they were here) took the wall back apart, hacked and spliced the frame and the tin, and moved the door opening down the wall which wouldn’t let me use my front two parking places. A few weeks later, the second crew put that door back where it originally was and scooted the left front door over three feet from the corner. That makes it awkward to back something out of the building. The front of the building doesn’t look balanced anymore .This building was designed to hold eight vehicles, two rows of three coming in from the ends and two coming in from the side. I had someone inspect the building just when I said I would (Monday, February 05, 2018). He found the same things wrong that I knew to be wrong in the first place. He found screws missing on the front and rear of the building. He found several screws missing on the roof looking up from the bottom side. He said the reason I was having trouble with the shop doors was they were not installed level. That is why on two of the doors, the side of the door rubs the brackets that stick out from the wall that holds the door up. As far as the wall that was sent welded from the factory correct (I paid $100 extra in the beginning for each of the side door headers to be double metal and welded) and the first contractors cut up and moved, my guy said that it needed to be welded or at the very least plated well. The second contractor Jo even said it was not right. He kept pointing out things that were not assembled correctly. He said the door framing needed to be plated, also. I guess he assumed the third crew would plate it when they replaced all the door railings where the first crew had sawed all of them off several inches to short, which was the reason I had such a huge gap at the top of every door when they were closed and why they were so hard to close. But no one ever plated it. It is still being held up by one little L-bracket and two screws. I don't build buildings for a living, but I do deal with metal daily in my auto repair business. When metal is cut for any reason, it has to be welded and plated to retain its structural integrity. That is my 30 years of experience speaking. The additional request he says I didn’t make, was read the whole original Revdex.com report. I asked for my 10% deposit back for compensation for some of my lost wages from missing work (the better part of five days), for all the troubles, and for loss of full use of the building for the length of time it took for it to get to where it could be secured, and for the door to be in the right location so I could use the front two parking places. And for all the endless hours I spent calling and waiting on return calls that never came. I explained to Mitch at All Steel that the one day that they had me to remove everything out of the building that was next to any of the six shop doors, so the third crew they sent could take down all the doors and reinstall them, and that after they left, I was responsible for getting everything back inside where it belonged cost me $400 for equipment and labor for just that one day alone. That is the ONLY compensation I got from them period. I got nothing for anything else but headache. I knew the minute I mailed the check that the responsibility for getting the building completed and up to my standards was going to be at my expense. I don't want anyone from All Steel on my property ever again. At least twice now they have shown up on days that I specifically said I wouldn’t be around. I told them to not be here unless I was present with them. I think I am like everyone else. I don't like strangers roaming around on my property. I am responsible for everything that might get damaged or might disappear. The first time I am referring to is when the first crew come back and installed the missing door in the wrong place after my wife told them on the phone they were not supposed to be on the property that day that we were not there and that the door was framed up in the wrong place, to not install the door until it is framed up in the right place, but they installed the door anyway and rammed the front door with the side door when they were installing it and bent the front door all the while they were using the bedside of a truck I had inside as a ladder. They left without telling anyone about the damage. The second time was February 02, 2018 when someone showed up on a Friday. I have said numerous times I wouldn’t be around on Fridays. He emails me pictures of my property and shows me pictures of the inside and outside of my locked building. Not sure what his point was, but wouldn’t you think if he was going to go to the trouble of coming from Indiana all the way to Arkansas that he would make arrangements to meet with me face to face to let me show him the issues and discuss a solution instead of sending me an email showing me he had been here? The man has a very, very bad attitude and was explaining to me what all he was going to do to me if he didn’t receive full payment immediately. They were going to lock up my building and everything inside it, and that if I was going to take them to court that I would have to come Indiana to do so. And he was going to charge me 18% interest until this was settled. The only solution he gave was, I was going to pay him or else. If he would just read the emails and texts and look at all the pictures, he could see the problems. The collection department was acting like I had a building here and complete since December 21st. Not that the last repair crew had just left here a few days before the really nasty threats started. I told them repeatedly as soon as the building is completed and passes inspection they would get paid. They were calling me wanting payment because it was reaching the 30 day point, and this was BEFORE they ever got all my doors to open and close. What I am still asking for is the remainder of my deposit $ 1,355.50 and for the $100 it will cost me to get the door header welded. As far as a copy of the warranty, I would love a copy. I have asked for a copy numerous times. I would like to have it in case we end up in court. I have also asked to talk to the owner of All Steel several times. So far I have not been successful at getting either one. I also asked for a paid receipt. I sent that request in with the check. I read in the response to this complaint that they agree it’s paid in full, but I still don't have my receipt I asked for. I would like to have that as well.Even if I never get another dime from All Steel, this really needs to be on the Revdex.com website so that no one else will have to go through this. I spent almost $20,000 for my building. By reading these reports you can see what I got for my money, one big headache. But even those reports don’t tell everything I went through dealing with this company. I went ahead and paid them to get all the crap to stop.

We attempted to install Ms. [redacted]'s building within 18 days of receiving her order, but she was not ready due to permitting issues. On Nov 15th, she contacted our office that she had her permit and was ready to install. Dec 8th (4 weeks after she had her permit( the CSR called to...
schedule her for delivery on Dec 14th.She received several calls updating her on the schedule as the freezing rain and snow as well as a vehicle breakdown delayed the contractor. We hated to call with a delay, but we did not want the customer waiting for the contractor when we KNEW that he was behind the schedule due to the cold, icy conditions. The contractor was working as many hours and as fast as he could. They were having to spend time removing snow from some customer's building sites just to install the building. All of these matters created additional delays, but we called the customer on Dec 12, Dec 13 and Dec 15th to update her and reschedule as BEST WE KNEW HOW. We do NOT have a crystal ball that we can tell just how long a delay will be. On the 15th we spoke with the customer's husband and told him that the contractor should be at their location late on the 16th for the installation. Dec 16th, the contractor had difficulty finding their location on his GPS and so he made a couple of calls from his helper's phone, but no one answered. It would ring and go to busy. We are not sure what happened with their communication, but the installer does not get paid if he does not install the building, so he had every reason to want to finish his trip and make the money from installing the customer's building. All Steel understands the customer's frustration and we will certainly put her back on the fastest schedule we can arrange to her area We have holiday's now impacting the scheduling and the CSR is doing all she can to reschedule the customer based on the availability of contractors. We believe the contractor tried his best to reach the customer, and it is unfortunate that they could not reach her.
In response to Mrs. [redacted], We do apologize about the delay in getting your driveway fixed by a contractor. We use independent contractors they're not employees of All Steel Carports. They are contracted to do the work but any damage to a customers property they are responsible for. We have...
forwarded the information over to the contractor and advised him that he needs to contact the customer and turn this over to his insurance company so this matter be taken care of. All Steel Carports will assist the customer with this matter from here with the contractor to make sure resolution is made. Revdex.com:

I would be more than happy to mail copies of these to you if need be.

words "not our problem" said, Also I never advised you would have to hire someone to "come fix the problem".I stated in the call that we do not cover water under the base rail and that you could purchase some silicone and put on either side of the rails to correct the water coming under the rails. Revdex.com:

We have...
