Yes the item was shipped and did deliver on the [redacted]. Only after opening this dispute. Will never deal with Monstub again. Customer service is terrible. They should be forced to provide their customers with a support phone number.

As suggested by MobStub, we contacted MobStub to request an RMA to return the unwanted items. It has been several days now and MobStub still has not provided us with an RMA. Once we are provided with an RMA, able to return these unwanted items at Mobstub's expense, and receive a refund for these unwanted items, we will consider this complaint to be resolved.Regards,[redacted]

We require for the billing address to be saved for the order to be processed however, as soon as your order is placed you can delete your billing address. This can be done by simply hitting the "delete" icon in your billing profile.
