 As I stated before I can't believe that they stand by a policy on wearable sized items  if something doesn't fit then a customer should be able to return them

 It states there are no exchanges for bathing suits or undergarments. I bought shoes. How can you sell on line, without the customer being able to try on, and say you won't exchange for size. This is unacceptable.

It wasnt clear or communicated in a obvious manner its final sale, its a shirt! You buy it online it may or may not fit!how is it legal to not allow for this consideration?! It claims to be able to support tour back and pull in your gut which it did neither!  
But hey I guess good honest healthy business practices and integrity arent in your mission. Its a $17 shirt, losing that money wont hurt me but the bad publicity and immoral business practices will eventually catch up to you. Sad

they are refunded the cost of the two comforters we have been battling over for two months.  That part is acceptable.  However, they have not told me what to do with the two wrong size ones they shipped me.  One of the biggest problems I've had with their support is they only answer ONE questions.  They don't address the whole thing and all issues involved at once.I am writing them one more email about the wrong size comforters and their return shipping if they want them.  I will let you know what happens.

I'm absolutely sure mine is not the first request for a refund or I would even take a store credit from them for a miss size wearable item like shoes or clothing

 Once again, they did not address my issue. I will not quit until I speak to someone from their company as to how their server got my address and credit card information without my supplying it to them. I don't care that they have a secure server, I don't care that my info has been deleted. I want my initial question answered by phone by one of their supervisors.
