Our cancellation policy is very clearly stated and changing the size/ color of an order falls under the same category. I received acknowledgments of two, not three ordersI thought the second email was a confirmation of the first order...I was not aware that the order was for three beanies, not oneAnd I was certainly not aware that they had repeated the order. Perhpas some of the error was mine, and certainly some was mobstubsIn the interest of good business relations and to show at least a modicum of interest in customer satisfaction I wold hope they woulld accept that I did not want SIX(!) beanies, and allow me to return the unwanted five for a full refund
