 I have attached pictures of the item description from MobStub as well as pictures of what I received.  I have also check Fossils website and they do not make watches with plastic faces or plastic bands.  Each item they sell clearly says Fossil on the face and this item, of course, was not or (appears) to have never been part of their inventory.

But that does not apply in this case, because I tried to get in touch with someone immediately after I clicked the wrong size by mistake and no one was available to assist me via- phone immediately after I made a technical error. Customer service should be readily available to adjust orders and errors before they are processed AND the policy is NOT CLEARLY STATED. If this is not resolved, I will look into further action.

Every deal page clearly states the item is not eligible for a return. I have attached a screen shot of our faq's which also show that we have a no cancellation policy listed as well as a no return policy.

these items I have bought from mobstub came with out any instructions or package or name and the product is not working several times I tried to reach mobstub they didn't answer their phones and they never return my calls this is very unprofessional I asked for a refund of 42 dollars out of more...

than 150 dollars I spend with them. I cannot tell the items serial # because it didn't come with one thanks,Ruben Cazala

they KNEW that they had sent me the incorrect item. If you run out of an item that a customer orders ("due to popular demand") you should NOT just send a replacement item that you feel is suitable. Contact the customer BEFOREHAND to see if they'd like a refund or another item. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!

First she (Lilly) told me she refunded me on December ***. Then when I didn't get it by the ***, she said she refunded it that day too. I called her a liar and told her she already told me that she refunded my month on the ***. This is why I filed the complaint. You have many complaints against them with the same issue.
