I accepted their offer to replace the 2-pk iPanda chargers; however, I have every reason to believe that receiving one "[redacted] Certified" iPhone cable that is actually NOT "certified", means that NONE of their iPhone cables are, in reality, "[redacted] Certified".I still seek a refund of the $15 paid for the iPhone cable.[redacted]

A refund was FINALLY issued for complaint ID [redacted]. I had to fight extremely hard to get a resolution, for items I NEVER even ordered. CONSUMERS NEED TO KNOW WHAT MOBSTUB IS DOING!!! Items left in a cart will be shipped and charged to you (if you make a subsequent purchase and they have your credit card for that order). AND, they will accept no responsibility for this happening. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN and will post negatively about them whenever I get the chance. They should have resolved this when I started emailing them and told them what happened.

I paid for merchandise & company unwilling to change address before it was even processed for shipping. Will not resend me the merchandise I paid for and or refund me. I received email stating after I ordered from mobstub stating when I emailed them address issue they replied back & this is copy of the response: Your request (# [redacted]) has been updated. I want my merchandise or refund me money by sending me a check.
