refunded the account that I informed them has been closed.  So it has not been resolved.  They need to either send a refund check by mail or overnight the product I ordered to the correct address.

Their response "emailed satisfactory...

response", is false.  It may have been satisfactory on their end, but was not on mine. I will be glad to return the items, that were not ordered, if they will send a prepaid shipping label. And then refund the $29.95 they charged my card, without authorization. They refused to do this.

 You will note in the attached letters there was a statement made that the sheets were Egyptian...and they are NOT even cotton...there is nothing that indicates these sheets fall into the category of Egyptian sheets...and yet there ad explicitly states so. They are in fact made in China. AND they are of such inferior quality they could not be washed and hold together!!! As far as the shoes are concerned...they do not clean at all, have creases which will split when the shoes would be worn and are not correctly sized for a size eight foot. All of this contrary to the enclosed copy from their own website. AND this misleading is actually fraud.

[redacted]   Yes, I accept their response.  The company sent me an email saying I would be receiving a refund in 3-5 working days.  I have the sheet set all folded and ready to return if they would like to see what happened, but I guess they don't want them back.   Thank you very much for resolving this matter and helping me to get a refund for this defective merchandise.   [redacted]

They did not have a clear cancellation policy and I cancelled within 20 minutes of purchase.  Basicially, they have  zero cancellation and that's because everybody would cancel if they read all the complaints about them.  I have also reported this to the FTC.

In terms of the sheets, as seen in the attachment these are very clearly advertised as being microfiber. All of the institutions you listed are simply in place to ensure that we comply with what we advertised. As you received exactly what was advertised we cannot authorize a refund.Should you...
