Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The company claims that "There is a cancellation period that was not respected", and this is exactly what the problem is. They clearly advertised that reservations can be made and cancelled for a full refund with no penalty or fees within 4 hours of the booking. But as you have read in my previous letter, when I did exactly this, the company did not honor their word. They clandestinely cancelled only a portion of it, and by time I realised their mistake and called them out on it, they said it was too late. It was a very sneaky way for this company to keep a portion of my money and call it my fault, while they advertise otherwise. I call it fraud! Buyer Beware Sincerely,Beverly [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this business is within their individual rights regarding the refundI am at fault as a consumer for not reading the terms and conditions before making my individual purchase from the websiteAt this time, I will not take the credit and keep the ticket reservation at this time which I will elaborate further below That said, I do not appreciate the time it took for this company to both respond to my case and clarify this issueWhen troubleshooting two times with a customer representative, I was unable to reach a manager to resolve this issue in a more timely manner When speaking with the representative in an individual email, I had to ask them to clarify the terms of credit refund within the company which is not covered at all within the terms and conditions or the fare rulesThe representative stated the following: "As I can see, your reservation is still activeWith your authorization, I can process the cancellation to put it as credit as of todayFrom the moment that it is cancelled, you have days to book a new tripAfter that period, the value of your credit will be lost if it is not usedThe fees involved to cancel are 215$ for the penalty fees + Spirit administration fee of 19.99$, and the rest of the amount is put as a creditYou can also change the current reservation prior to the original departure date (June 30th); the cost is 215$ for the penalty fees and a fare difference may applyYou have to call us to be able to use the credit or to change, and it can be used only on Spirit flights" If you look at both the terms and conditions and fare rules, neither cover the limits of this creditHad I authorized a credit refund and made a purchase in the future, I will have been enraged to find out that my credit had already become null and void and was no longer applicable for future flights and also, that there was be extremely limited credit for refund itselfI think that the terms of the credit refund, as well as a general refund from the website are unreasonable and inflexibleI understand that as a consumer however, I am limited in my own capacity to advocate for myself on this issueI feel very dissatisfied by this resolution, but it seems more appropriate to simply keep the ticket then take the credit, even if I cannot make the flightI might warn future consumers who make purchases from this website, or if they do, to make absolute certain that they will be flying flying or to use another platform website who at the very least have customer service representatives that don't hang up on youAs there is limited ability in which the Revdex.com can do to address any of these individual concerns, I am forced to accept this as the outcome and be wary in the future about the policies of the company Thank you for your time and assistance, Andrew [redacted]

The issue has gotten worse - not resolved [redacted] canceled my reservation all together with [redacted] Airlines without any communication (see attached) I am including an attachment of my reservation with [redacted] as well as what [redacted] Airlines shows on their system Please note - I am not asking for my money back - I want the reservation as they sold me back in OctoberI have a hotel and tours schedule and paid for that are non-refundable and immunizations that are required for this trip I just want what the sold me in October:-) I look forward to hearing from you and appreciate any help you can provide This is very stressful as I am traveling with others [redacted] phone: [redacted]
