This is where I think we have a complete misunderstanding of the process in doing business together We are a company that provided ***, Yahoo and Bing Optimization services for a fee We provide a FREE website, FREE directories and FREE Brand Alerts The templates we work with are not Custom Websites and you should not have expected to get such a website for free Any monthly fee you were charged, was for Local Search Engine Optimization which gets you ranking on the first pages of the search engines(We did accomplish this for you ) It clearly states in the Contract that you were paying ($xyz) for Local SEO and ALL other services were provided for FREE This is the contract you saw and signed You also agreed to charges through multiple payment disclosures from multiple agents We are not in the business to charge someone's Credit Card who does not want to be charged, this is why we are so thorough in our enrollment process I get it, there is a huge misunderstanding of what was being offered to you But you (business) did not want to speak to anyone about resolving the matter as we wished to You wanted to come on to the Revdex.com and figure it out here If you are open to it, I do have a solution, so we both can move on Please reach out to me so we can put this matter to rest *** x*

After reviewing your account I see you signed up with BrandRep, IncJanuary 22nd, 2014, was read a payment disclosure, by our Sales Rep, went through enrollment specifying our terms and signed and agreed to our program This program has a month
commitment period which then becomes month to month which is clearly stated on said e agreement Client Agreed to $a month, which was then reduced to $a month on the 3rd month to help client continue We only Billed the Client for months total out of the month agreement and still provided the client with a refund on the last month charged ( to be exact 5/22/15) When trying to resolve client, she was unavailable to speak to There should not be any refund given for the matter has been resolved

We were with this company for 12-months, found them to be dishonest and rudeVery misleading cold call sales tactics with empty promises and misleading agreements
