I do not understand specifically what the Revdex.com is requesting relative to authorization. [redacted] is the Owner of The [redacted]. I am employed by her. My...

responsibilities include management of the business online web presence among other things. [redacted] initially made the purchase of the Brandrep services (since she is the owner of the business) and then handed responsibility over to me. She has directed me to initiate this complaint and follow it through to resolution that she deems adequate.
This can be confirmed by simply contacting her via one of the following methods:

Was able to speak with Business owner and clear up the miscommunication.  Website was completed and LIVE February 1st (8 days after signup).  We have provided 27 new 1st page rankings on [redacted] and [redacted] that are currently live as of 6/20/16.   This misunderstanding drew this...

We are sorry you feel that way.  After reviewing your account, we did provide services within the short amount of time you were with us (90 days).  Keeping in mind the optimization process doesn't happen overnight.  I do see you were pinned in...

[redacted], I do see we created a website to help with your'e ranking, I do see 19 strong directories to help you with ranking and lastly I do see my team working on optimizing your'e account.   This was all with the 90 day process.  Now yes we didn't get you ranking, but as we promised we would work for free until we got you ranking on at least 2 keywords on the first page of [redacted].  Guarantee: [redacted].  You declined when we provided this offer to you, asking for a full refund for all the work done.  To be clear, we would never tell any of our clients that "it is unlikey that we will get you ranking within this 90 day period."  Also to be clear, it doesn't take a week to get listings on the first page of [redacted] and or [redacted]'s organic results(free search)  Sure you can set up your'e own keywords, but getting them on the first page is really what matters.  I also see in the notes your'e reason to cancel with us was you wanted to work with home adviser because you didn't get enough phone calls.  The optimization process once again takes time and you should only expect phone calls when you get ranking.  We are not scam artists, we continued to work for free on your'e account and always want to make sure you get what you pay for 100%.  Contact me, i'm sure we can come to a reasonable resolution.

Client signed up for our Local SEO Service back in May 2014. With this package client received Local SEO, Directories and a free website.   Agreement was signed and client agreed for us to perform the work for his photography business.   Here is our...

BrandRep also created Directories for client for were set up and completed by June 13th (still live).  Client was pinned in Google effectively and the first notification on the first page of Google was sent by email on June 16th.  Notifications of first page keyword listings continued on June 25th, July 16th, in August multiple times and continued for the rest of the year into 2015.  Client did contact us on Oct 17th wanting to cancel his account and we were able to offer him a price reduction and 1 free month to help with different keywords other than the ones that we showed ranking.   Client agreed to this and billing continued.  ON November 7th, Nov 30th and Dec 23rd 1st page Google notifications were again sent to client. We even still have client ranking currently on these keywords to date:   1) [redacted]

BrandRep is required to be the Administrative owners of your Google Plus profile while we are providing Local SEO with our service Guarantee, per our service contract with you. If our partnership ended and if BrandRep ceased providing service to you, we would release ourselves as owners of [redacted] Google Plus profile and you could claim the listing, regaining full ownership privileges.

Dear Revdex.com of San Diego,
 
As a part of our Local SEO service, because The [redacted] did not have an existing website, we purchased a domain name, www.[redacted]. This domain name is used for the purposes of hosting our website that we created for The [redacted], for as long as we were providing our Local SEO to The [redacted] 
 
We are not in violation of any Uniform Domain Dispute Resolution Policy. We registered the domain name because we purchased it. As seen in the attached service agreement between BrandRep and The [redacted], the SEO/Call Site service is included at no charge. We are the owners and creators of the site and are the registrants for the domain name. We are free to do with it whatever we want. We could use it for another organization within the same industry in Cullman, AL, or we could not. We used it for the benefit of The [redacted]' online presence while they were our client. They chose to discontinue our service, which included the website and the domain name. 
 
Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to resolve this complaint.
 
Attached are both, our service agreement, and the email we sent to the client regarding this matter.

This company is offering me nothing.  I would like a partial sum back of money wasted. 
 
[redacted] says I was ranking in first position when in fact the day he sent that email ,I was not.   I have attached the first page rankings on the same day he responded to the last email.     I may be  ranking in map locations ( not what was offered) on key words that I DID NOT choose.  That is what he is sending you pictures of.   Those are not pictures of what google front page even looks like. 
 They are  either not doing their job OR are misrepresenting what they do. 
 
I am not the first to say this or note that the entire company seems like a fraud.

screenshots attached to the emails I sent you. The combination of the products in your package working as one cohesive strategy could have produced exceptional benefits for your business. The ads we worked on was on Google only and the optimization services focused on the organic section Google, Yahoo! & Bing. Google ads are instantaneous while the organic section requires patience with optimization services.

My name is [redacted] and I work for BrandRep. I remember speaking with [redacted], and I wanted to personally respond and help resolve her Revdex.com complaint. 
Arial;">I apologize for the confusion, and any difficulties [redacted] had in attempts to claim her listing. As [redacted] requested we released her listing so she could claim it and take ownership of it. 
I wish [redacted] had allowed us to be in contact with Google while we worked on your account, in order to avoid any discrepancies. After replaying our conversation I do recall there was a secondary listing that was claimed by either [redacted] or somebody else. Unfortunately, we don't have access to that listing and nor did we create that listing. [redacted] has since closed her account. She and I spoke a few days after she cancelled, and I answered her questions to assist her further. 
I would recommend [redacted] to contact the person who verified and claimed her secondary listing, as we don't have access to it. With the
utmost sincerity, it was our goal to keep [redacted] as a happy customer. We are
sorry to see this complaint.
