The current page owner of the page [redacted] is listed as [redacted] the page owner needs to be [redacted] who is listed as an admin. The business [redacted] is no longer managing this presence or related to this brand. [redacted] is the owner of the magazine and holds all rights to this brand. Please switch ownership to [redacted] ASAP.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: no viable option was given.  This issue occurred not by signing in from a new device, this was requesting either a link to reset password or a confirmation password on a new email address.  [redacted]! was able to reset their security features allowing me to recover my Recovery Email Facebook has on file within 3 days of my initial complaint.  I do not understand why Facebook cannot simply reset whatever issue is causing zero links/codes to be sent to my email, so that I may receive the codes to reset my password.  I have 12 years worth of memories, photos, lost loved ones, Bible study groups I am in charge of, and a business group.  Creating a new account is not a satisfactory option, and I have filed reports via Facebook, but cannot get in to my locked account to go through the steps listed in the above response- especially the code generator as I cannot get into my account on any device.  I have tried requesting that a new link be sent to me several times.  I tried from my phone, iPad, and laptop.  I tried connected to my wifi, a free wifi, just my network on my phone, and my parents' wifi.  There is something preventing the link being sent and I would appreciate Facebook just reset that fail safe.  I have completed the 3 friend code verification, and again, no code was sent.  Please just reset whatever you need to reset in order for the code to be sent.  This process has now been 3 weeks, again, [redacted]! was able to allow access and send the verification code to allow me re-entry into a deactivated account within 3 days.Sincerely,[redacted]

It appears like the messaging has been fixed and it looks like it is active but I am not receiving the messages in my inbox.  I sent a few tests and had someone else do the same and the messages never appear in my pages inbox. The person sending the message doesn't get an error and to them it looks like it went through.
