Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: their so called 'help' section is entirely useless. as it so happens, Microsoft defender picked up the virus that I got from face book. at the moment my computer is 'ok'. had it not been, I would be asking [redacted] for $[redacted] to replace my p.c. something he would probably have in a jar on his kitchen table. what is the next step? My Facebook Page is not hacked. Someone made a claim on my Facebook Page and Facebook give my Facebook Page to this person, without checking with me or clarifying with me.
There was never any attempts by Facebook to contact me or to check the claim with me. I can assure Facebook that I am the authorized representative of this particular subject matter. In fact, I am the legal owner of this particular subject matter. I could provide the necessary legal document or title deed if required. Please advise me of an email that I could send in my document.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I made this complaint because I couldn't get my account by using the only 2 options on[redacted] like I said before the only computer that I used to log into Facebook before no longer works so the only other option I had to get my account back was to provide my I'd which is what I did but it was denied..... It is my account how is it that the only option to get my account back doesn't work as I have said before the Facebook account name is the SAME as the I'd I provided and the email address that I use to log into Facebook is the same email that you were sending messages to when I provided my I'd. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution is a little confusing as I have already been contacted by[redacted] at Facebook and was sent a link to reset my account which I have done.
