my email address is [redacted]. I can not give you the direct link since I am not able to log onto my account. If you search the previous compliant I made you should be able to see the link.
There is no direct link to my Facebook Profile as the account has been disabled. My email address, [redacted] , is the email address that was associated with the account.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I do not have an account with Facebook for it to be hacked. On August 28, 2017 at 3:23 a.m, I received a message from Facebook stating it looks like you're having trouble logging into your account. If this is not you, let us know. I chose the option to inform them later that day after reading the message that it was not me. I want Facebook to delete my e-mail ([redacted]) and all information (name from their system). I have not attempted to rejoin facebook. August 28, is the first time I have ever received a message from facebook. I cannot log onto an account that I no longer have or use. I do not have a password and will not submit a new password.
when I responded to facebook on August 28, the matter should have immediately been resolved. After my response on aforementioned date, Facebook assumes a duty of care. Sincerely,[redacted]

To Whom it may concern,
I have attempted these solutions provided. When I submit my request with photo id I get the response listed below. Whoever has hijacked my account still has it and I can't login to rectify anything. If by stating "It looks like the problem with your account has been resolved" you mean that they still have control of my account then yes it is resolved. However I do not consider it resolved when I have no access to my own account. It is very much not resolved. All I get back is auto responses back that point to help article that have not resolved the issue.
